cheating in bill n extra charged

i have been cheated by a bajaj dealer where i had given my bike(pulsar 150 old) for engine overhauling.
1.>i'm not satisfied by its service.
2.>the propriter didnt give me a proper bill raher he just gave me bill on cashmemo when i paid the bill.
3.>the most importantly the price of the spares were stupendously ingenuine.
the difference is aprox. rs 3000.
why this much unfair with me?

NON RECEIPT OF ORIGINAL RC BOOK

I have purchsed a Bajaj Ct-100 Delux model in Feb 2006 on 33 monthly EMIs from Prakash auto Ulhasnagar - 3, which were regularly completed in Nov 2008, even after speaking to the officials they are not giving my original Registration Book and my Blank cheques, which they have taken during purchase of vehicle saying that one of my cheque was bounce (actually no such entry exists in my pass book)
and now they are asking to pay me fine...

Mileage only 25 ,assured for 50+

The vehicle when purchsed was assured by dealer that it will give 50+ mileage which was 75 on papers... but now it is giving about 25 only...

Moreover the service centre of Bajaj dont have good mechanics to solve the problems...

I took my Wave for serfvicing and the guy in service centre just washes the scooter and gives it back and doing just nothing.

Kindly help...

I had given my Pulsar (150 C.C) bearing registration No. TN 07 AW 0574 for re-painting and service on 05.01.2009 to your authorised Service Centre, namely, Jai Bajaj, Adyar, chennai.

COMPLAINTS NOT ADHERED

the complaints given by me has not been taken seriously and not been rectified since the first service, people are very keen on chargeable parts and service rather than the complaints given.
The job card written by the service people are not legible to notice whether they are making a note of all the complaints given by the customer. And also they are insisting to sign the customer feedback form without delivering the vehicle. So far...

Improper after sales service

I purchased a bajaj pulsar DTS-i 150 cc motor cycle from Kalyani Motors, 7, Achaiah chetty Layout, RMV Extension, Hebbal Road, Bangalore - 560 080 on 25th January, 2007. I am maintaining the vehicle with due care by servicing it in regular intervals as specified by the company. cheque date and deposit date is different

i purchased a bike from company showroom of bajaj from wakdewadi branh pune, with bajaj finance on[protected].
i made a down payment of 16315/-, my installment amount is 1255/- per month for 18 month . cheque date was 15th of every month but installment is debited on 5th of every month. i have a copy of statement given by the company showing cheque date 15th . i have sallery account with icici bank my sallery credited every month after...
