i am owning pulsar 150dts-i i purchased on 14th oct 2008 i am facing many problems like engine oil leaking, noisy engine, week both shocks( front&rear) for above problems i have taken my bike to bangalore for 5 times still above problems was not solved so i am giving only 2 choices first one is i requestd u to send any experts to my locality(bangarpet) second one is i will bring my bike to bangalore than you must replace the engine i hope u will respond to it as soon as possible and 1 more thing i[censored] neglected above 2 choices than it will be very serious .

I too purchased a Bajaj pulsar 150 DTS-i, on 13th of April 2009, i took my bike 4 times in a period of 2 months to bajaj service authorities, as my bike used to give an average mileage of 29.73 km/l, still its giving the same, where as at showroom they said it will give about 55 km/l (highway mileage), my bike gears also stuck & causes noise, ...no one is listening to me ...i need bajaj (HeLp) service people to personally check my vehicle, at PARIS BAJAJ, munivaar, Srinagar, KASHMIR
I HAVE PURCHASED BAJAJ PULSAR AND I FEEL IT IS VERY GOOD BIKE ...I PUCHASED IT SECOND HAND BUT STILL IT GIVE ME MILEAGE OF 45..NO ENGINE NOISE NO OIL LEAKAGE ..EVERY THING IS FINE AND I LOVE IT ...IT HAS BECOME PART OF MY LIFEQQQQQABASDFCGHKL'

Pulsar 150 DTS - I — Poor Service

I had purchase Pulsar 150 Dtsi on 05.01.2011,Engine Number DHGBTJ18729 & Chase No MD2DHDHZZTCJ 33800.I had serviced in MM BAJAJ Perundurai,that place service was very very poor.No responce also.Please do something as soon as possible.I had problem in back side wheel.

      Vibration in handle when crosses 45 mark in milometer

      Dear Sir,
      I purchased this bike from Bajaj Showroom-Aundh.
      Right from the first day I am observing a bit of vibration in my bike's handle and it start shaking more when I cross the 40-45 mark in speedometer.I don't think that it has anything to do with the safety while overspeeding because my other friends doesn't have this special functionality:).

      This is hiten, I have taken a Pulsar it has been finance by Bajaj Auto, but right now position is like that still not received a NOC Certificate from co., we have gone at Rajkot office and so many times has been spoken with finance office always says u may collect from gandhidham office, still not finding or nobody can give proper answer of this matter,

      i was taken finance for my two wheeler (PLATINA) having proposal no.13255 & i have already cleared the payment through bank in August'08, your people told me that within 45 days i will get my NOC, but till today i didn't get my NOC.         This is your Quality Problem So pls arrange to replace my bike’s leg guard with O.K. Quality pass.

        If this rusted leg guard will not replaced then it will make a bad effectiveness to other metal component.

        So underwaranty replace it immd. Otherwise I will take legal action in favour of Bajaj Pulsar.

          i hv purchase bajaj pulsar bike on loan from bafl my loan installment have been fully paid.but yet i have not receive my R.C.book. from where i have to collect my r.c book or it will come by courier at regiestered address.kidly help.look in this matter as soon as possible.

          Dear sir,
          I have purchased a bajaj platina 125 dts-si on cash from KALPATARU AUTOMOBILES, budge budge trank road, bata more, mahestata kokata-700141, fax no 24901569. on dt 21.07.09 and as per challan chassis no md2ddjkzz spc08396 and engine no jau bsc07235.the dealer promised me to hand over my all papers alongwith r.c book within 10 days but i have not received anything from the dealer till date.i personaly spoke with him but everytime he made a cause and fix a date.i am afraid that the dealear has not processing my papers to the the motor vehicales(r.t.o).i am very upset whereas i am unable to drive my bike on road.
          So, i request you plz do the needfull act to sloved this problem and take nessesary action as early as possible.

          i purches my veichle at 28 oct 2007 the warranty is of 2 years. my fuel tank colour is cracking and (like papdi) & falling from 2-3 places it is very tiny but visible my service centre engg. says it is not getting replace.so what i do the warranty is finished in next one month, so please sugest me somthing & help me...wating for your reply...

              PLS FIND COUPLE OF MY REQUESTS TO BAJAJ AUTO FOR A PROBLEM WHICH IS SELF EXPLANATORY IN-VEIN:--

              I AM A PROUD OWNER OF BAJAJ CHETAK 04 STROK-125 SCOOTER-WONDER GEAR 2005 MODEL, BEARING DELHI'S REGISTRATION NUMBER :-DL4SA-W4960, WITH ENGINE NUMBER CMEBMA19494 AND CHASSIS NUMBER CMCBMA19483, AND CLASS SCTR S.

              ALTHOUGH, THE RIDE HAS BEEN VERY COMFORTABLE THE SCOOTER HAS DEVELOPED A DEFECT OF GEAR SHIFTING WHICH SEEMS IS A UNIVERSAL COMPLAINT IN THIS PARTICULAR MODEL. THEREFORE, THE SERVICE STATIONS HAVE DETECTED THE FAULT OF GEAR BOX ASSAMBLY AND IT REQUIRES IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT TOGETHER WITH THE CROSS ETC.                 I took my Bajaj Pulsar180 on Feb 2008( Reg No: KL-43 A / 2751) from the RF Bajaj Showroom cohchin(Mamangalam, Edapally PO, Cochin 682024).But so far they have not given my RC book Original. I am following up for the same for the last one year, but every time they are telling some silly excuses. I spoke with every one in that showroom. But they are not taking this as a serios matter. I will be grateful to you if you could help me in this regard.

                  i bought xcd 125 on 26/11/2007, since then i am facing this jerk problem, if i contact bajaj service people they are like theres no prob you dono to ride so you ve been facing such problem, till now am not satisfied with my bike performance, dono what to do???? another problem is of tapput, its making strange noise, if i ask them to check it out the are like no such noise is coming, , , bajaj service sucks

                    our complaint no.01CUS68544 was given by you & you said that to contact im Mohinimore : 67927353 so where it is & what is the name of the person with whom to contact.

                    I have received a system generated NOC from Bajaj Auto Finance for my CT 100 , but the Registering Authority is not accepting the NOC without proper round seals.
                    What can be done? Any one please help...

                    I have taken a vehicle loan(2wl) from BAJAJ AUTOFINANCE Indore branch (loan account number is[protected]. payment of loan started on 15/12/2005 & ended on 15/11/2007. From ourside any cheque is not dishonoured during the EMI installment. Second year insurance amount paid on date 09/04/2010. the recipt no.is 34774036 of BAFL Indore Branch.And by there side NOC is also Given to us.so why written-off is there on the cibil report.So, please remove the written-off from the cibil report.

                      BAJAJ PULSAR 150CC Complaints - front wheel wobbling

                      there is front wheel wobbling when i cross the speed 45km and it is upto 70km i get the wobbling, the sales center say that it is a compny defect.

                      Engine sound

                      1. Engine sound get changed ones it travel contionuesly
                      after 50km.
                      2. At 85km/h and above speed engine smells like plastick burning.

                      please let me know whether these can be repaired.
                      i bought my bike on 20.08.2008....

                      I had purchased BAJAJ PULSAR 200 CC DTS-I-BSII bike on 06th September, 2008 bearing Chasis No.MD2DHJCZZRCC13712, Engine No.JCGBRC18514 in Varun Motors, Siripuram Junction, Visakhapatnam. After first service I have got above said problems i.e. FRONT WHEEL SHAKING, ENGINE SIDE SOUND, JOKERS COMPLAINT. I have requested repeated times to rectify the problem but Varun Motors, Visakhapatnam neglicting to solve the problem. Please take immediate action as my bike is in good condition.

                      BAJAJ PULSAR 200CC DTS-I — POOR SERVICE

                      I have purchased BAJAJ PULSAR 200CC DTS-I bike at Varun Motors, Siripuram Junction, Visakhapatnam on 06.09.2008. After first service my bike got problem that First wheel shaking and Jokers weak. I have many time requested my vendor to solve the problem but they are failed to solve the same. This problem facing since 6 months. Please do needful action.

                        Dear Sir,

                        Proposal No: 39448


                        I Naresh Kumar K has availed the auto finance facility through your esteemed organization vide the above-mentioned proposal # & has cleared all the EMI’s with out any chq bounce in the month of December 2006. In spite of this I have not collected my NOC, RC & duplicate Key.


                        June 2006

                        I have visited your branch office at Kachiguda to pre close the loan & spoke to a person (who does not value the customers time) at reception He made me to wait for more than 1hr & then gave me wrong information. I lost my temper by that time & shouted than another person pitched (culture less & very attitude person) with the manager DP Rao (Person who does not know how to deal with the customer especially when they are annoyed with the services) & asked me to get the bank statement as the supporting document for the reversal of penalty. Immediately I went back to my bank (Oriental bank of commerce), which was GTB earlier & requested them to pull the 1& ½ year old data and came back with the bank statement & submitted the same & got the conformation that once EMI’s are cleared penalty (chq returned with the reason: bank confirmation required) will be reversed. Hence I left the place (This happened from 10:30 Am to 1:45 Pm) I could not attend to office for that half day.


                        Jan 2007

                        This time I interacted with new person from Accounts Department Mr. Srinivas who asked me to clear the 2 EMI’s that were pending so that he can forward the information to Pune Office for the reversal and also get the NOC, RC & duplicate key & the relevant settlement document hence I cleared 2888/- by cash ( Rec No:[protected] & also submitted the bank statement again. This time it is being Saturday (my week off) I could spend 30 Mints.

                        Mar 2009

                        After 2years 9 months Problem is still existing.. Kindly do the needful.

                          I was purchased a pulsar 150 cc vehicle in my home town karaikal(609602) at kalki motors, the service dealer of akash bajaj, Pudhucherry. i got the problem in my vehicle after few days such OIL LEAKAGE at rear shock absorbers, front brake disk in ubnormal position and some electrical complaints. i went to dealer that dealer for 5 times but they are not ready to take for service. on the day 23.03.2009 finally i went to that dealer for the above mentioned problems but they refused to take my vehicle for service and using bad words and using the gundas to avoid the problem. please take the necessary action

                            gear slippage and clutch hard

                            Sir

                            this is a complaint which I am facing from the day one that my bike's gears slips at 4 th gear oftena and the clutch becomes hard after 500kms from service . I had complained the same to Authorised dealer about 05 times but they just do eye washing job now my bike has covered around 10000kms

                            pls i want an action on this complaint immediately

                            Hi,

                            I Naveen Khanna & I had purcased Sony LCD from Sony World & financed from Bajaj Auto Finance Under consumer durable loan.My Loan A/c no.is[protected] & My Loan EMI is 2908/- & It will present in my HDFC saving A/c no.[protected] in between 15 to 20th.

                            I hade paid 4 emi in advanced & 4 has already cleared through ECS on 18/02/09 I hade visited in Punjabi bagh Brance & given hade made the full amt through DD – 10, 000/- (Citi Bank – 872059) & Cheque – 1, 632/- (HDFC Bank).

                            But on 17th March09 9th EMI present in my same bank & cleared also.

                            They have no.Cutomer care no.i am realy very very upset with this kind of process.

                            Kindly do the needful for the same.

                              Sir,
                              I Esteven pereira . resident of raia, manora, salcete -goa, wantn to bring to your notice about my bike (bajaj Pulsar 150-Dtsi) GA08 H 2692, Brought on june 2007.
                              Till today my bike has been giving a lot of problems which i have informed to the service station o[censored]r company in navelim-Goa. Till now there has been no positive reply from them as there are problems cuming up. From january 2008 the bike has been entered the showroom for nearly 16 times and till now they have not rectified the mistake & tomorrow i am going to give my bike for another serving regarding the problem which i have brought to the notice of the managers too.
                              So this is to inform you that by now if there is no action taken by you people then i think i really need to do somethin about this matter.

                              sir i purchased a pulser bike before 6 months.now my bike leaveing a black smog with oil.last service i used power castrol oil my service man said i have no guarnty.

                                MY BAJAJ CT 100 BIKE(UP 32 BH 3318) WAS UNDER REPAIR AS IT MET AN ACCIDENT AND THE ENTIRE ENGINE ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACED AT BAJAJ AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER NAMED-PUSHPA AUTOMOBILES SERVICE CENTER, ALAMBAGH, LUCKNOW, U.P. IN 2007.COUPLE OF DAYS BACK I CAME TO KNOW THAT THE PARTS USED (HEAD BLOCK, PISTON, RING ETC..)WERE NOT ORIGINAL AS THE BIKE IS TROUBLING ME AGAIN & I NEED TO REPLACE THOSE FAKE PARTS WITH NEW GENUINE PARTS FROM BAJAJ.I HAVE USED BAJAJ M80, THEN BAJAJ BOXER, THEN BAJAJ CALLIBER, THEN LAST CT100 IN A SPAN BETWEEN 1990 TO 2009.NOW I FEEL CHEATED AND WILL MAKE SURE THAT NEXT TIME I DO NOT BUY A BAJAJ BIKE.KINDLY TAKE STERN ACTION AGAINST THE ABOVE MENTIONED SERVICE CENTER AND I WANT MY BIKE TO BE REPAIRED COMPLIMENTRY BY THE COMPANYA, D OBVIOUSLY AT A SERVICE CENTER OTHER THEN THE ABOVE MENTIONED SERVICE CENTER.

                                I purchased a brand new bajaj discover DTSi on 30th June at Shakthi Automobiles, Chennai. The very next day bike have started emmiting white smoke. I went and checked with the service centre where they told bike was under registration, so asked me to return back for the first free service. First service was over, again the white smoke problem persists. Returned back to the same service center, they asked me to change valve and seal. I paid Rs 580/- for this and collected my vehicle. Still the white smoke problem continued and again i went to the service station. This time they asked me to give vehicle for the second free service. One week my bike was with them after that they called me & asked me to come and collect my vehicle. They told me that the problem was with carburator and asked me to pay Rs 280 /-. After collecting the money mechanic told me white smoke problem still exists and asked me to wait for another one more week. Now my new bike is with the service point for 20 days and when i visited today i was shocked to see my silencer was replaced with an old one. No one in the service shed is not responding correctly and their latest suggestion is to change pistons, boring, valve etc etc... Why I need to spend Rs.56, 000 to purchase a new bike and put it in to the mechanic shed for changing new parts. Instead I would have purchased a second hand bike...Is the BAJAJ company ashamed on this irresponsibility act towards the customers??? I am very much depressed, irritated. Again in my life time i won't purchase a Bajaj bike OR allow my friends to purchase a bajaj bike. I am expecting a good solution for this problem through this post. My bike no. is TN 22 BE 6574.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  This is Pramod Behra from Raipur, Chhattisgarh. I purchased a Bajaj Pulsar DTSi 150 CC bike on October 2007 from your authorised dealer "Vandana Auto, GE Road, Raipur". During second free service of my bike, It was my instruction to down the pick-up upto some extent for more mileage. And on first paid service at your "Vandana Auto" dealer, I instructed service-men to fully increase the pick-up, but pick-up of my bike gets down after 7 - 15 days from servicing.

                                  This is a repeatative type problem and it happened after every servicing of my bike.

                                  Kindly give a fruitful solution to me.
