Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in regarding to the two-wheeler loan that I had taken from your auto finance company under the A/c. No. 200550 dated 28.05.2008. I had issued 8 (eight) cheques in favour of Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd on the date of purchase. The cheque details are as follows.

I had paid an initial payment of Rs.19060.00 (with out our exchange vehicle cost) during the delivery of the vehicle. After which you did not present any of my cheques. When I called up to enquire I was informed that my cheques were misplaced.

Despite several times of communication both to your collection executives and customer care nobody till today have turned up with the settlement letter and the NOC for the vehicle. I am always ready to make the full payment on the same day I receive the settlement and NOC letters from you. I would also request you to give me a letter stating that you would not present my misplaced cheques ay any cost.

I had already explained the above details bother to your customer care and collection executives many times. Despite this I have received an legal notice from your end, which is totally unprofessional approach from your company. Request you to send your customer care executive with the letter, for the full payment.

    the complaints given by me has not been taken seriously and not been rectified since the first service, people are very keen on chargeable parts and service rather than the complaints given.
    The job card written by the service people are not legible to notice whether they are making a note of all the complaints given by the customer. And also they are insisting to sign the customer feedback form without delivering the vehicle. So far the two major things I have been insisting from the 1st service are 1. Low milage 2. Reserve tap not working.

        Myself Vivek Verma, I purchased a Discover 135 CC, from Ghaziabad on 16 sep 07, about Rs. 30, 000 was financed by Bajaj auto finance, which i paid through monthly installment till Sep 08 with out any gap. Now after the compeletion of my installments I went to bajaj finance office at vaishali ghaziabad, they told me to come after 2 months for NOC, then again when i reached there on 24th Nov 2008, they processed my request for NOC and told me to come after 20 days, Again on december 25 when i went there they told me that NOC has not yet came, Today i.e. 21 Jan again I went there and they are still not able to give any satisfactory answer.


        Please help me, I am totally frustrated by there service.

        Hi this is sailesh i have paid my EMI but my praposal no is[protected] by ecs date is on every month of 15th i had some probrel with my bank account so i cleared the tocal due amount with receipt no AP10905709 now i dont want to present check for ECS as i can not deposit the amount in that account so please help me in this issue.         Iam Kuldeep Kumar J from Warangal Dist of Andhra pradesh, I have purchased BAJAJ PLUSAR 150CC on 27thJuly'06 with Proposal Number:476 on finance with BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LTD from local showroom named ANIKA BAJAJ LTD, Subedari Road, Hanamkonda, Warangal. I have paid all my instalments without any cheque bounces during my loan tenure, but i could not get NOC as on date as my two wheeler loan end on Feb '09. I have approached serval times to local showroom & contacted customer care also in this regard but nobody is giving proper response.

        Is this the attitude your paying to a customer who never bounce any instalment? After alot of efforts iget connected to customer care person who simply ignore our calls keeping phone on HOLD.

        Sir/Madam Plz look into the issue and do the needful at the earliest in getting my NOC.

          Sir,
          This is to inform you that I Suman Choudhury, S/of Hemanta Choudhury residing in 59, B.P.Sarani, PO - Garalgacha, PS - Dankuni, Dist - Hooghly. I bought a two wheeler Model - Bajaj Discover ; Colour - Black ; Chassis no. - DSVBMB93075 ; Engine no. - DSGBMB93220 ; on 08/06/05 for Rs. 45000.00 in cash from Auto Smart's Showroom in T.N.Mukherjee Road, Dankuni, Hooghly. But they did not gave me any document of Registration, insurance or even sale letter and closed the showroom forever within few days. After few months I came to know about another showroom of Auto Smart in Banaras Road, Kona Bazar, Howrah - 711323 and contacted them, but they refused to give me the document as I was working in Tobacco House under proprietorship of Late Manasa Ghosh with whom they have some personal enmity. I also paid Rs. 3000.00 on 09/08/08 as per their demand and their promise to give me the requisite document as I told them that I resigned from Tobacco House two years back. But still they are not giving me my documents, and now demanding Rs.10000.00 from me which according to them is the liability of Late Manasa Ghosh to pay them.

          Its being a long time I am struggling to get my document of registration and insurance but I failed to get those. I even visited in Dankuni police sation & Chanditala police station for making this complain, but they behaved very rudely with me and refused to take any complaint. This is the first time I visited the Police Station and came to know about their true face of non co-operation to the citizens of India. They even scolded me and told me that you will never get those documents and keep your byke inside your home for ever. I am now cursing myself for being a citizen of this country who had faith in the system till now.

          I hope somebody will understand the circumstances and my helplessness and help me in this regard.

            Dear Sir / Madam

            My account number is 123947 & i got a bajaj pulsar financed by Bajaj Fianance. I have got many other vehicles also financed by your company but NOW I REGRET THE DECISION. Neither i would ever take loan from your company nor would suggest any one to do so !! JUST BECAUSE OF THE REASON THAT ITS BEEN AROUND AN YEAR SINCE I HAVE CLOSED THE ACCOUNT BUT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE N.O.C. AND THE CHEQUES GIVEN BY ME TO YO YOUR COMPANY AT THE INITIAL STAGE.

            Please send back my cheques to me with the NOC, else i would not hesitate to take a legal action against bajaj finance in the consumer grevience cell. At the time of offering loans, collecting money your employees keep giving visits every day as an unwanted guest. But at the time of closure & return of documents its seems as the complanies existance is doubtful. I am yet again planning to buy a Royal Enfield, lets see who would be the right company to get iot financed from?

              DEAR SIR/ MADAM

              I AM A USER OF THIS BIKE AND FROM THE VERY FIRST SERVICE ON WARDS I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY BIKE . IT DOESN'T HAVE CONSTANT PERFORMANCE AND I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY BACK TYRE (RIGHT SIDE OF THE TYRE IS GETTING REDUCED). NOW I AM RUNNING ON MY THIRD TYRE . THE FIRST TWO WAS OF MRF & AND THE ONE THAT AM NOW USING IS OF DUN LOP . FROM THE 1ST EXPERIENCE WAS THAT THE VEHICLE WILL GET SKIDDED ON APPLYING BRAKES EVEN IN SLOW SPEEDS AROUND 40KM. THAT S HOW I CAME TO KNOW THAT MY TYRE HAS A PROBLEM ON THE RIGHT SIDE . AND THE SERVICE PEOPLE TOLD THAT IT WAS THE DEFECT OF THE TYRE AND THE TYRE COMPANY REPLACED ME WITH A NEW TYRE IT WAS AROUND 5000KM . AFTER THAT ALSO MY DEFECT WAS NOT CLEARED I HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCE LATER ALSO WITH NEW TYRE ALSO. AFTER AROUND 12000KM OR SO THEY TOOK MY VEHICLE (BAJAJ OFFICIALS ) TO RECTIFY AND THEY CHANGED THE TYRE TO DUNLOP WHICH TO MY VIEW HAS LESS CONTACT WITH THE ROAD.NOW I AM HAVING THE SAME EARLIER EXPERIENCE AND PROBLEMS (34000KM) NOW . THAT DENOTES THAT MY PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED. AND THEY ARE NOT TAKING ADEQUATE STEPS TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM . I NEED THIS PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED THAT S THE ULTIMATE THING . MY WARRANTY WILL BE OVER TOWARDS THE LAST OF THIS MARCH .                 meri Bajaj Discover Motorcycle ( Chassis no. MD2DSDSZZNCL 16227, Engine no. DSGBNL00191) jo ke Reliance General se Insurance thi. 13th April 2007 ko saadi main mily thi & 09th July 2007 ki raat 12:00 ke baad ghar se chori ho gaee thi.
                Maine FIR No (110) karakar, Last Reports bhi Police station (Farrukh nagar) se le kar, bick ke sabhi papers & bick ki RC (HR26AL2747) Gurgaon RC Office main jama karke uska receving letter le kar sabhi doc (Non-Transeble Gurgaon (RC summated): 30th July). RGI, Nehru Place, New Delhi, Office main jama kara chuka hau. mere ghar per serve karne ke liye RGI, Nehru Place se Mr. Vikash ([protected]) bhi aaye the (30th July 2007). Baad main mujhe ek Claim No. 253188 diya & khah ki 13-14 days maine aapka claimes (Rs/ 43, 225) mil jayega.

                lekin cover note no n hone ke kaaran mujhe mera claime nahi mil (Is main meri kya galti hai) aur meri file closed kar de gayi.

                Reliance General Insurance ka jo form mujhe bick ke saath mila tha uska no hain[protected]th April 2007), Meri bick ka Bill Shilp no. 162 tha. Bick yaha se khardi gai thi.

                  I purchased a bajaj pulsar DTS-i 150 cc motor cycle from Kalyani Motors, 7, Achaiah chetty Layout, RMV Extension, Hebbal Road, Bangalore - 560 080 on 25th January, 2007. I am maintaining the vehicle with due care by servicing it in regular intervals as specified by the company. Eventhough the service from Kalyani Motors is not much satisfactory we have been getting our vehicle serviced regularly since we have no other authorised service centre close to our area. We have also taken a Annual Maintenance Contract with the above dealer. We serviced our vehicle on 28th October, 2008. During the service he has replaced the engine oil, Brake shoe and NULON E25 Oil etc., Our next service due was 21434 Km. speedo meter reading date. But on 12th January we noticed some engine noise and taken the vehicle to Kalyani Motors. There they said the engine oil has exhausted and need to be checked. Within the stipulated distance coverage how can the engine oil get over. We always go on the assumption that the dealer does his duty as prescribed in his bill's statement and there is no proper guide for the consumer to check the oil level properly as available in other vehicle like oil dip stick. Due to the negligence of the authorised service agent I had to undergo all the following miseries. The vechicle was ready only on 15.01.2009. I had to pay a huge amount of two thousand five hundered and seventy four rupees. After taking delivery of the vehicle still I noticed noise in the engine side. When I complained about this to the service-in-charge he said that air filter has to be replaced and there is no stock at present and he has asked me to come after some time. I brought my vehicle home and feel it is not safe to ride it till it is completely done. This is the status of a consumer who buys a reputed make of motor cycle. Bajaj should entrust the service job to a reliable and efficient people who will not damage the name of a reputed company. I am thinking of disposing the vehicle and going in for a different make.

                  hi Im Bacil Kenyan national, recently in the month of february i bought a bajaj pulsar 150cc and by bad lack i had a minor accident with it. the only thing that is spolit is the head lump plus the dush board and now to me dilemar I cant get the parts to fix my bike even though it has insurance. the insurance company can only help if there are parts availble.my question is!!! how can somebody sell to me a motor cycle without having spare parts to repair the same????? kindly help

                    Sub.: Defected Speedometer of Bajaj – Platina (100CC) Bike Regn. No. DL5SW 7846.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have purchased Bajaj – Platina (100CC) Bike on 26.08.2007 from your agency, after one week from purchase. I had found problem in speedometer it was not working properly then I went to agency to change of speedometer but Mr. Tyagi said to me speedometer not available in the stock, change it after one month. Thereafter I had made three more visits to your agency for change of speedometer but till date speedometer is not replaced.

                    I request you to please replace my bike’s speedometer as early as possible.

                    Tomarrow I had gone to M/s. Rajivraj Bajaj, Jhilmil Indl. Area, Shahdara, Delhi for replacement of Defected Speedometer. They were agree to replace the meter and open the meter from bike. During the examine in my presence Needle of Meter broken by Mr. Harish (Mechanic of Rajivraj Bajaj) actually he want to repair defected meter. After that they were said we can't replace the meter because It's needle is broken and Bajaj Auto can't replace the meter.

                    So, please tell me Is it my fault, so why I am suffered and harrased by your dealer.

                    Kindly tell me speedometer replacing by Bajaj Auto/Your dealer M/s. Rajivraj Bajaj or NOT.

                      i purchased a bike from company showroom of bajaj from wakdewadi branh pune, with bajaj finance on[protected].
                      i made a down payment of 16315/-, my installment amount is 1255/- per month for 18 month . cheque date was 15th of every month but installment is debited on 5th of every month. i have a copy of statement given by the company showing cheque date 15th . i have sallery account with icici bank my sallery credited every month after 5th. my bank has charged a fine 2 times as insufficient balance on 5th . person in the bajaj finance are saying that they can't do anything. please suggest me what to do

                      In this type of complaints it is always better for the company to call the customer and talk directly all the pros and corns, if there is any misunderstanding on the part of customer please try to rectify it, never argue with a customer, never try to show that customer is inferior to u, never, don't blame them for any dues, can comment positively, after all company's good will is on the hands of public, any way I have a good openion about bajaj products, since I have used bajaj chetak for the last 15 yrs.                         my self ranpreet singh, my car no is PB73 0015, i buy my car on 25 jan 2008.after driving my car 9000km.i got problem in front tyres i complaint at ludhiana agency to mr.bhogal because i got my car from there.but he didn't response me and doesn't behave properly to me. after that on18000km.they change my tyres that its in warranty.at the next service when i went to agency they misbehave with me and said me about money 5800rp. .igot bubling problem, paint protection was not so good, fuel pump was damaged, breaks was not working properly from 8000km. i asked about this so many times but they always ignore it.and now when i went in agency for service they said to me that at first u have to pay us 5800rs.than we take ur car for service. and they even blackmail to me and said that ur car will be banned in the all india ford agencies mr.bhogal said so n said that i am the owner of ford. . i am very upset. now u tell me what shall i do.

                        i have pulsar 180 ..its been over an year..i bought my bike..recently i realised that these tyres suck..my bike has skidded twice..these stupid eurogrip tyres..u can hardlu perform stoppie..the front tyre jst keeps on skidding all the time...althouggh i did stoppie but very tough..i m planing to change my tyre..i have heard of michelin is here...
                        I bought my new pulsur in jun 2009 in Krishna bajaj Gurgaon but i am absorving in the road all pulsur having MRF TYRE but my bike got EUROGRIP TYRE WHY? revert back asap.

                        BAJAJ PULSAR 150CC — My new rear tyre replaced by old one

                        Hi,

                        I was given by for sevicing at authorized bajaj service center. When I receive my bike after 4 day I observe that my rear tyre was change and this Tyre is in very poor condition (no grip, roughly use by some one). I was sock when I observe my KM indicator it is only 10000Km And "Itne kam range km ke koi tyre kharab nahi hota jab tak ki koi burn out naa kiya jaay".

                        I want, there shoud be strick action taken to this authoried service center.

                        EUROGRIP will suck bcoz it is not a international brand, it is just a rename of TVS tyres, all know that TVS gives poor quality tyres. Since bajaj want to hide the TVS name from their vehicles they asked TVS to provide tyres in the name of EUROGRIP. this Eurogrip is a austrian company who gives technical assisatnce to TVS tyres.

                        even my pulsar 135LS was given with eurogrip, but after annalysing abt this eurogrip, i requested them to change mi vehicle before it is getting delivered. they did it eventhough they had only one or two vehicles in each load of vehicles they get from factory.

                        First i also booked EUROGRIP pulsar without looking at the tyre. Then came to know about Eurogrip and MRF i changed my booking to MRF.

                        I think first consignment of Pulsar 135ls has MRF and later for reducing cost they would have gone for Eurogrip

                        MRF tyre has different thread pattern which seems to have high grip.
                        MRF looks robust and sporty.

                        i bought my pulsar 150 in chennai on 5-1-2008. i am a fan of hero honda for the past 20 years with 100 cc bikes (HH sleek, SS-100 then splendour) eagering to buy a premium vehicle but hesitating to go for bajaj products as they do not have standard spec in any of their makes. you can see a number of variants in all of their model. finally with the advise of one of my friend who offered me his p-150 for about 1 week as a trial and then only i bought my P-150. impressed with the bike i bought my new pulsar 150. but from the date i was feeling the bike has little road grip even in a slight sandy road. i have felt a much and i advised two of my friends to go for CBZ Extreme who were intended to buy Pulsar-150. very lately i came to know that the problem was with the tyre and now i have no way since i've completed only 37000 km.                         Hi I bought pulsar 150 2015 model and I'm not aware that it is equipped with euro grip tyres. There are lots of issues with the rear tyre while applying brakes it skids and wobbles at turnings. Not at all satisfied with the tyres.😠

                            Dear officer,



                            I have been facing problem in chain set since last month or so. It was making some noise and I had got tighten –chain- 3-4 times uptill now. But two weeks back I went to BAC Bajaj- ellorapark for the chain tighten as some noise was still there. But this time they told me that your chain adjustment limit is over and it can not be adjusted more & you have to change the entire CHAIN SPROCKET set to solve the problem. I was so shocked. How can it be possible? It(bike) was less than one year old. Shine of the same wasn’t also lost. It was driven only 8000 km since its purchase, in 11 months. I argued with them how it can be possible and asked them if it was covered under warranty. I had maintained my bike with all necessary care and painless driving as well as all services w/o fail. But I came to know that chain wasn’t covered in warranty and it was a wear and tear part. I was not able to decide what to do. Since I had no option I went on changing the CHAIN SPROCKET yesterday[protected]. But I still persist, the same problem.







                            Problems:

                            1) either bajaj auto has used parts which are not durable or quality of the same has been compromised to cut down the bike cost. Especially the CHAIN SPROCKET set is so weak that it doesn’t last even a year. Though I have changed it today but it cant be guaranteed to last how much time it’ll last. 1 day, 2 day, a week or god knows. Bajaj Auto is not responsible and is safe by including this parts in “wear & tear list”. One these parts are installed, company don’t bother about its genuineness or quality even if it is factory fitted or it is made by bajaj auto.

                            2) The seat cover made of foam lather (reczin) used in my bike is of low grade quality and it has been degraded in sun light in less than one year time. Now it has started to tear off. IT IS NOT THE QUESTION OF 100 RS OR a PANY; IT IS THE QUESTION OF COMPANY’S GENUINENESS TO SEE THAT customer gets full valuation and reward of what he is paying for.

                            3) One design fault of XCD125 bike: its ground clearance is less. The lowest part of the bike- exhaust/ silencer pipe touches ground when 1+1 riding bike on slightly higher speed breaker or un leveled surfaces. Most of the bikes have this pipe passes before break throttle (rear break lever operated with right leg). Whereas in XCD silencer pipe passes below break throttle.

                            4) About mileage: it was totally fake that it could give 108 km/lit in standard conditions (only automobile company and God knows about standard conditions). One would not expect three figure mileage but at least 75 to 80 km/lit. Infect in my case it never crossed 70 km/lit for single rider (I weigh abt 55-57 kg) condition. I told twice or thrice during my services to improve my bike’s mileage but it couldn’t happened. Then I taken for granted that in no case it will be increased for my riding and also for my friend’s bike. (he also got the same bike one month prior to mine and facing mileage problem)



                            I am not satisfied with your bike – now its mine. I am sure that CHAIN SPROCKET used in my bike is of low quality or some malfunctioning has been done with it. Otherwise it cant be gone in just 8000 km run, average speed of 40 km/hr (constant speed of 42-45km/hr), max speed of 56-60 km/hr least of the time on the good conditioned city road of Baroda only. Believe me this bike is used only by me with very gentle riding. You have to trust me, with these parameters, CHAIN SPROCKET cant be gone. And same about seat cover, low quality cover has degraded and has started to tear off.

                            I have trusted you as a genuine company and service provider, and have purchased Bajaj XCD125 bike with my self earn precious money. But by facing such problems I am doubting my decision to go for Bajaj XCD bike.



                            I have paid 630 INR for CHAIN SPROCKET ( 741.40 MRP & 15 % discount) and 150 INR for the replacement of the same which ethically I don’t have to pay as Bajaj Auto have used low grade parts. And same for the seat cover. It should be replaced by the company.

After purchasing thias bike, the engine got blocked automatically while on ride & after few minutes it starts automatically. But now this is completely jam when I was riding on it. I have shown it to Bajaj service center, They are saying, the piston is blocked, timing chain & clutch plate is not working. It is second time, when it happened. But this time I was riding on 110/km speed on road. So, anything wrong can be happen with me. So, I think I have a defected piece & please give a solution for the same. I have given my bike to Krishna Auto sales, Gurgaon.

                            Please look into this matter. This is very serious matter. I will pick my bike from there, only after your reply (BAJAJ AUTO). Hope you will reply soon.
                            I bought Bajaj XCD bike in Aug 2008, and in Sept 2009 have got the chain sproket set changed. It started making noise in less than a year, but I delayed getting it change, for 3 months. Bajaj need to do something positive for this..!

                              Complaint for BAJAJ 220 CC against the Service Available for the Bikes.
                              • Bike is not starting while it is in GEAR.
                              • Bike Creating Problem while Pressing SELF again n again.
                              • Bike Rear Tyre shockers are not working as I am not satisfy seriously plzz do change them .
                              • Bike front shockers also creating same problem as left side alignment is not in Proper Condition.
                              • Relay kit that had been fitted later on this bike is not working properly.
                              • There is a knocking problem coming continuously from the bike.
                              • Continuously oil leakage was there on front of the engine head cap.
                              • Digital meter is not working properly as fuel indicator is not satisfactory.
                              • While pressing the Clutch lever always RPM increases instead of it should be decreases it voice increasing.
                              • Silencer sounds different as it seems to be leaked...I don’t know what EXACTLY THE PROBLEM ARISING IN SILENCER.
                              • Front head light High Beam cover is crack from inside and this is for second time.
                              • The main thing in mind is REAR TYRE BREAKS …..THEY R NOT WORKING IN PROPER CONDITION AS THIS IS MAJOR ASPECT AS WE DO NEED BREAK ALWAYS SO IT SHOULD BE IN PROPER CONDITION BUT I AM NOT GETTING RIGHT RESULT FOR IT AS ACCORDING TO THE TECHNICIAN U PROVIDE I REPLACE THE DISK PAD BUT THIS IS NOT A RIGHT SOLUTION ALWAYS I AM NOT GETTING THEM IN A RIGHT CONDITION. While driving the bike rear breaks r sound different.
                              • Right sparkplug is continuously sparking as in sparkplug it oil is touching continuously
                              • Handle is not moving freely to left side as m not getting free move while towards the left.

This is a serious matter for me as I spend 88, 000 above for this bike I think at least for me it is a serious think I know for you guys this might be a small problems but how many times if it would be once I accept it but just because of your words I am sitting silently .please do something for me sir.                                 I took the bajaj XCD bike last year september(sept-07), the company says that it will give 109k.m/ltr. In newspaper also it was given that the bike gives 109km/ltr, so we took the bike.But i am getting around 45-55 kms/ltr. I am a student i take bike to my college which is 22 kms from my home, and because of less mileage i have to put petrol daily, i cant afford it. I went to the dealer he has not done anything about the mileage. I went 20 times to the dealer regarding mileage problem. Plz help me, the vehicle registration no.-KA-41, J-8444.                                 Bajaj Xcd 125 — Poor performance of Bajaj XCD 125

                                I have purchased a Bajaj XCD 125 on 18 Jan 2008. I wish to inform you that even after the first servicing done on 25 February 2008 from Sreeram Motor, Kurla, Mumbai, my vehicle gives only 45-50 kms average, which is no where near the claim of 109 kms made by the company. More than Ten time I had visited the service center to rectifying the problem, but their best efforts could not be of any help to me. On the contrarary, they are adding problems like irritating firing sound, very low pick up, etc. I had purchased the vehicle considering the Bajaj’s reputation but to my bad luck it proved to be a costlier proposition for me not only in economic term but also increase the pollution.

                                As per your company Advertiesment about the average of the Bajaj XCD M/cycle 109 Km/Lt.. I have purchased Bajaj XCD Motor Cycle in the month of May 2008 from your authorised dealer M/s Vandna Auto G.E. Road Raipur. At the time of first servicing I have specialy told that the avarage of my M/cycle is not above then 40 Km/Lt. service manager has promised me that the avarage will be enhanced up to 80 Km/Lt minimum. But even after Second servicing the avrage of the said M/cycle is still not increesed at present my Bajaj XCD is giving only 40 Km/Lt, which is more un-economical for me, and also against the claim of your Company advertiesment, and good will.

                                Hi,
                                I have purchased Bajaj XCD 125 from Siddi Vinayak Bajaj, Kacheguda, Hyderabad on 11th October 2007 on finance. The finance is for two years. Ever since i purchased this bike, i only had problems with this. From the very second servicing, it started giving me problems in pick up, unusual sounds from Engine, bad mileage etc.

                                Within 6 months, I was told that the Clutch Plates have gone bad and need to be replaced. I got them replaced and in another 45 days, i am told that the Clutch Plates have gone bad again and need to be replaced. When i complained to the highest authority possible, they just told me that there is noting wrong with the bike and it should work fine. Now, I am getting to hear some unusual sound while driving and also the mileage is as usual at 45-50 KMPL.

                                Can we have some one take some action agains Bajaj for this????

                                BUT MY BIKE IS NOT GIVEN TO MORE THAN 40 PER KM AVARGE
                                Sir,
                                my XCD 125 which i bought at 13th march, 2008 is not giving the good average as it was gauranteed. It is just giving 50 to 55 per litere.I usually take it for sarvice at regular intervals even then its average is not good.So please give me some solotion for this problem.

                                Bajaj Auto Company claims 109 kmpl mileage for XCD125CC bike.
                                I purchased the bike on 8th March, 2008 from Popular Baja, Kormangala, Bangalore. I have regularly got all the services done. In all services, i have complained about the same, but in vain.

                                Once htey got me to measure it and did cheating to show-up it approx 70 kmpl. But actual as per petrol consuption and odometer reading, its 45-50 kmpl.

                                BAJAJ/XCD 125 — performance is poor since i purchased

                                i have buyed bajaj xcd 125 on january 2008 from adarsh motors, rayagada, orissa... and since i buyed there has been a problem related to the performance of the bike..
                                it is 125 cc even then its pick up is lower than other bike of similar cc.
                                the engine makes noise as the speed crosses 35km/hr.
                                the rear wheel shakes..
                                i am facing these problems since i buyed it..
                                initially the service center said it will perform good after couple of servicing..but still it is showing the problem..i am a stable and slow driver and i maintained the bike properly, with regular servicing, but still problem persist.
                                earlier i didnt know about this forum of complaining..today my mechanic said that this is a manufacturing problem and you can share this with the customer care.. so now after two years of driving and spending much amount in servicing i am complaining with a hope that at least the company take it seriously and personaly check the [problem and please rectify if they found any manufacturing defect..because it is very bad to give a defective machine to the customer, as you didnt compromise in recieving money so why you compromise in giving quality product for it.
                                I do agree... I also bought Baja XCD125 in October 2007 when it was launched. I got impressed after seeing the extra ordinary Advertisements i, e,
                                1. Milage which they were showing as 109Km/Ltr under test condition
                                2, Comparing this bike with another

                                I do approached the dealer but my Gr8 Bike has never exceeded more than the magic figure of 50Km/Ltr.

                                I would like to know whether I can approach Consumer court for filing a case on Bajaj.

                                i m also riding my bike from 2 and half year, i didnt get any problem in this.
                                Even i didnt get the average below 65 kmpl...i m running my bike at constatnt speed of 45-50 km/hr.
                                I m shifting gear very nicely and not accelerating too much, not using brake to much and not using clutch frequently.
                                Now a days i hav to go on highway, i m getting the average of 80-85 kmpl.
                                For that u also hav to maintain ur vehicle very nicely, i m servicing my bike every 2 month and every 4 month i m changing the engine oil and also tuning the carburettor.
                                being human with vehicle, u will also get gud performance, for that u hav to love ur vehicle...ha haha
                                This is the BIG problem of Bajaj motorcycle.
                                This is a DREAM of getting 80 kms/ltr with Bajaj motorcycle !!!
                                Honda and Yamaha also getting around 45-55 kms/ltr.

                                So what is the EXTRA of Bajaj motorcycle ?...

                                Bajaj have to improve their reputation and service.

                                And important thing HONESTY.
                                I forgot about the SOUND !!!

                                To much loud after 6 or 8 months.

                                just now i took the second hand bike and should see the mileage
                                problem with engine and mileage
                                We had puchased Bajaj XCD in jully 2007. Official you lanuch the bike 111 kmpl. But i am getting only 40-50 kmpl and regulary i am getting problem with engine side. In second serviceing i give a complet to our center they salving this problem again fourth serviceing give complat to them, recently i.e, six serviceing i put complet regarding above, still the problem was showing what is reason.
                                I don't know what is the actual mileage .Even I ride XCD but it doesn't gives constant mileage and performance.It gives around 45-50 kmpl.It also have a problem of oil leakage.This a toy bike.Bajaj don't know anything about mileage and keeps adverstising"This will go 109kmpl, that will go 102kmpl, Not a single bike of bajaj gives an average of more than 80kmpl.not sure* may be less!

                                Bajaj Xcd 125 — Poor product & service

                                I have a XCD 125 Bajaj bike I am totally dissatisfied with the product & your service I am regularly complaint to you many times and your service station about my bike problems (slow speed Engine stop,poor pickup,low average ,gear shifting hard ) those you can not rectify on your label I am fad up your service skill. please suggest me the place where I go and repair my bike. because my last experience to Bajaj all there service center are very bad. A long time you and your service personal they only discussed on telephonically and suggest me to make my mined with another option. I am not understand their words what they want. I humble request to you please help me to my painful problems. I am already spend a hugged amount on it at suman bajaj noida.

                                I had purchased bajaj xcd in 2008. As per your company Advertisement, the average of the Bajaj XCD M/cycle is 108 Km/Lt.. But this bike gives average between 50 - 55 km/lt.

                                This is nothing but fraud made by company to sell its product. Even its service is also very bad.

                                  SAHARA COMPUTER from MAGINOT with hepl of bafl the product no.
                                  DTC5521-T8 2.66G my installment start from the 04 OCT-06 and end at 04 SEPT-08
                                  i already done payment all clear but still i CANNOT GET MY SECURITY DEPOSIT CHEQUE COMPANY WHY SHOULD BE DO LATE, AND THEY WILL NOT PAY ANY INTERST FOR THAT IS IT GOOD WHEN CUSTOMER WILL LATE FOR PAYMENT FOR 4 OR 5 DAY S COMPANY CHARGE THE BOUNCE CHARGE 500/- FOR INSTALL MENT OF 1195/- IS IT RIGHT WAY THEN WHY CONSUMER NOT GET INT.FROM COMPANY 500/- PER MONTH AND I HOPE I GET MY SECURITY DEPOSIT EARLY AS POSSIBLE MY PUPOSAL NO.                                     Hi,

                                    From the past 3 paid services, I am complaining about the wiring of the bike regarding ignition starting and engine doesn't switch off when ignition is turned off. Regarding mileage, it used to give 53-55km/ltr. it dropped to 45km/ltr. The idle time was kept more when I asked last time. and now its giving me 40km/ltr. I had taken this to outsider service to adjust myself. It went well. This shows lack of job done at their Varun service store. I had also complained for pick-up drop. They used to say, this is going well, but atleast they didn't suggest me to clean the Head/Piston. As this is in warranty period, I had given this to service again as another paid service, after that it recovered the pick-up. Today(26-Dec-2008) I gave my bike again to paid service and complained about ignition problem, mileage. Lets see wat happens...

                                    My previous bike was Platina, I went again for bajaj, and thought to move for Pulsar 200cc. Now, after looking at this bad service that Varun provided me, I have to think for something other.. If you have any suggestions please tell me..

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I purchased Bajaj Kristal (Frame # 16403, Engine # 16535) on 11/07/2007. Right from the 2nd free service the silencer has been giving problems. The authorized Bajaj service centre, Baroda Auto Centre, Sama, Vadodara suggested that the silencer needs to be replaced and assured that since, the vehicle in under warranty the same shall be replaced free of cost. In the subsequent services I was told that the spare part (silencer) is in short supply and should be available within a months time. It is now almost more than 8 months and the silencer has not been replaced. Every time the service centre gives us only assurances that they will do the needful in a short course of time. However, no concrete measures are being taken. I am totally disatisfied with the service.

                                      I would therefore urge you to look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest so that this problem is sorted out before the warranty lapses.
