Hi All,
i am sanjeev kuamr tiwari. i am working as software professional in hyderabad.i have a bajaj pulsar bike.i love my bike too much but whenever i am giving my bike for servicing ,instead of doing good things they are doing something wrong.
now i ma just sick of that workshop.in my bike there is problem with rear wheel but workshop peoples are saying that it is ok.i can feel the problem while driving but no 1 listening.so i wannna make this issue in front of bajaj management that please ask workshop managers to keep good mechnics who can help in technical aspects.

I HAVE FOUND ANY PROBLEM IN BAJAJ PULSAR DTS I
your service is very very very bad, your staff also very bad in behaviour, currently i am working in IT based company & i have so many complaints against my bike (pulsar 200cc) beccause of my problems i have an excident.the reason is the headlights of my bike is very dim & not working properly.i am allready sent u so many e-mails against the complaints of my bike but i have not recieved any e-mail or call from your company...i hope you are solve these problems of my...i am wainting for your positive response...

    What the hell ?

    Hi all,

    myself vishal d.ghodke working in pune as an it professional. i am having a bike kawasaki eliminator which i have purchased from my first saving (2nd owner) and which i love very much. in the month of september 10th my bike was under repaired by luck i got a bajaj authorized service center on the same spot. i was very happy that i got the best place to repair my bike. i always prefer authorize service center...

    I have purchased Bajaj legend scooter in Oct 1999. since three years I am getting some spare parts of this scooter. Some dealer informed that manufacturing of this scooter has been stopped. If so what is my fault. I am not getting bajaj complaint cell Email ID of phone Number. At present I am residing at mumbai (madhisland) Please help me.

    Hi, I am using Legend since 1yr. I am also facing the sampe problem. I am not able to find any shop or dealer who sell legend spares.
    I have purchased Bajaj legend scooter in Oct 1999 at Jodhpur, rajasthan. since three years I am getting some spare parts of this scooter.     Bajaj — Signal Not Found

    Dear Sir,
    this is inform u that my sim no. [protected] not showing network signal since yesterday.
    kindly lookinto the matter there is a lots of problem reg. this.
    I am also unable to get Bajaj Spirit spares in Bangalore. I need float-needle set. No dealer is able to help. At least this is not expected from Bajaj...It is just cheating...when they stop production of some model, they should ensure the availability of spares at least for another 10 years...I have decided that I will never..never buy any product of Bajaj in future... If any body knows where these spares are available in Bangalore, kindly let me know...

    I Purchased my Legand in 1999in Hyderabad.I am staying in Hyd right now.I like my vechile very much.But the problem is about the spare parts & the correct service station in hyderabad.Some dealers are saying that we are not supose to take the vechile for servicing also.But my main problem is oil is leaking out from engine.I have given to many service people .but there comented that plz sale the vechile.But i am not ready for sale it.So, plz suggest me the correct service station in hyderabad for my legend.
    I have purchased India's first no.1 4 stroke scooter, name is Legend, mfg. by Bajaj Auto Ltd., but unfortunately company has stopped production. Right now i am facing a lot of problems for spare parts, i.e. engine mounting bush, tel lamp, clutch lever etc. I request to all anybody to know where all spares are available. There is no any rules & law available? for enjoying my vehicle at least 15 years without any problem, because after sales service/spares has not been given by dealer or mfg. after manufacturer stop the production or no any equivalent spares or source available. ???????

    i purchased babaj legend in Jul 99. But now there is no spares ans service available in chennai. All dealers asy that it has stopped. I spent Rs 35, 000 but no use now . company should take my scooter back or should provide me the service and spares.

    Yes people ... I purchased Bajaj spirit in the year 2000 and from past 3 years I am not able to get spare parts in bangalore, belgaum, hubli. This is not expected from Bajaj and I have decided not to buy any Bajaj bikes in future. This is cheating from Bajaj, the worst after sales support company. This is not only with Bajaj Spirit. Also owners of Bajaj Wind 125, Wave, Saffire are suffering and all of these bikes have gone into scrap for non availability of spares. You can always rely on Hero Honda bikes. Hero Honda is one standard company. Bajaj releases a new model every month and the old ones will not get spares and they call it as continous development by cheating its customers.

    bajaj- legend — scooter not serviceable

    dear sir,
    i m owner of bajaj legand and bought it from swai madhopur -rajasthan on [protected] by goyal motors. and uptill now it was giving a satisfactory responce but now it's bcoming a hedache to me firstly it is not being servicable at all then secondly it is having ignition problem which is persistant since last 2 year. and being fed off from the poor ressponce of company outlets thus having a registered complaint here.

    This is the price you pay for buying a Bajaj product. They keep changing all the models except Pulsar. Look at Hero honda or any other company.You will still get the spare parts of even CD 100ss which was launched 30 years ago.
    Bajaj keep changing their models thinking that their new model is going to be a big hit.They still don't know that all their models except pulsar will be flopped.(Pulsar is a success only because of its killing looks).
    Our legend scooter's silencer got damaged and we we had no option but sell the scooter for rs 3000/- (which had run just 13000 Kms).
    So, if you invest a little more money to buy a Honda or a HH product, you won't regret later.

    i have bajaj legend scooter using for last 9 years.major problem is spare parts not availabe in siliguri bajaj auto works.i need block piston kit set no.28101207, camp shaft 28101019, gasket set and kick pad 28101012. i have already deposited Rs.1000/_ in advance to our dealer. vide receipt no.1582 dt.18.6.2010. but till date i have not received the aboves.the golden name of bajaj company is sufferings by their wrong decision to

    I also don, t get any of the bajaj parts . There is frequent break down of silencer. They have also jacked up the price of parts by more than 100%.recently I bought acelerater handle. The price on the pack was Rs.47/- But I was charged Rs. 94. Now silencer is available but the rate is Rs.900/-. I

    i am rajesh, a resident of 72, devdoot apartments, 'd' block, vikaspuri, new delhi and facing spare parts problem with bajaj legend NXT 4 stroke scooter. Service Centre says we dont service the scooters as the manufacturing is stopped. may i ask bajaj where to go after paying a huge amout of 39k, pitty on the part of bajaj scooters and their owners who even dont have courtesies to look after their valued clients. i am not going to suggest anyone to go for bajaj anymore.

    Bajaj's after sales service is pathetic. They change their models frequently and stop supplying spares for the old models. This is even true for their bikes also. I own a Bajaj NXT 2 since 2003 and in 10 years the scooter has become a junk article since I'm not getting the spares I need. I purchased it from Royal Bajaj, Peeragarhi, once they replaced my left indicator and after that I was in need to change the floater, which they and other showrooms were unable to supply, I then approached to their sales office at Narayana, who brought the floater from arcudi, pune. Now I need it's Head Light, Tail Light, Battery Charger, Silencer (Silencer of this scooter is totally different in shape from that of the Bajaj's other models) Front Visor and so on. The overall experience of owning a Bajaj Scooter is not so good so that I can suggest my friends to go for the same.

      I just want to tell every body, Bajaj are worst in bike manufacturing, here in my case i bought a new bike on 15-oct-07 from Khivaraj automobiles pvt. Ltd. Chennai-06. The show room
      Manager was seems very helpful in , I got the delivery in just 1 day ( what a service!).
      From day 2, I start facing problem in gear shifting, I went to my dealer and I was told that there is a problem in clutch plate and we have to check it. After getting assurance by Manager, that bike will be delivered to me on the same day 22-oct-07 (6:00 pm).
      I had called the Manager around 6:30 pm , but no body was responding on the phone ( what a service!).
      Now I do not want to drive a repaired bike ( all of you know the performance).

      Pls guide me how can I suite a case against the dealer / company and get my money back.

      INTRODUCTION OF COMPLIANTANT :-

      I HAVE PURCHASE BAJAJ PULSAR 150 DTS-I ES ON DATED 9 JULY 2007 IN SARBANI MOTARS, CHANDRAPUR (MAHARASHTRA). MY VEHICLE NO. IS MH-34-W-662. IN THE PRESENT TIME MY VEHICLE RUNNING IN 27700 KM.

      COMPLAINT SUBJECT & COMMENTS :-

      1) HANDLE VOUBLING & VIBRATING PROBLEM IN 58 TO 54 KMS. SPEED. THIS PROBLEM IN VEHICLE I SAY TO WORKSHOP, MANAGER & DEALER OF BAJAJ SHOWROOM, CHANDRAPUR (MAHARASHTRA) LAST 3 MONTHS AGO. BUT BY AFTER CHEKING & DRIVING TEST OF VEHICLE THE CHEKER MEANS THE MECHANIC SAYS TO ME IN THIS VEHICLE HAVE A TYRE MANUFACTURING DEFECT PROBLEM. THEN I CHANGE THE TYRE & SEND COMLAINT FOR TYRE CLAIM IN DATE OF 17 NOV. 2008. BUT IN PRESENT THE TYRE MANUFACTURING DEFECT CLAIM IS NOT RETURN TO ME.

      2) THEN THE DATE OF 15 DEC. 2008 AGAIN IN MY VEHICLE CREATE THE HANDLE VOUBLING & VIBRATING PROBLEM IN 58 TO 54 KMS. SPEED. THAT TIME AGAIN THIS PROBLEM IN VEHICLE I SAY TO WORKSHOP, MANAGER & DEALER OF BAJAJ SHOWROOM, CHANDRAPUR (MAHARASHTRA).         i had serviced my bike in amba motors on 7th of october. after couple of days i found petrol leaking from the carborator. but there is no complaint on carborator before service but after servicing i found cracks in the carborator cup.

        but the service supervisor not accepting the replaced faulty carborator

          i have purchased my 200 cc bajaj pulsar dts-i on 4.9.07. vehical no. MH 14 BE 8852 i had an accident on 15.09.07. as per my bikes insurance i claimed it to shirode auto, pune on Monday 17.09.07. ( Bill no. B/WB/6139 ) my insurace policy papers is at shirode auto, pune.

          my bikes damages is as follows

          1. handle bar
          2. silencer
          3. holder step lh
          4. petrol tank
          5. leg guard
          6. head lamp assembly.

          from above parts i am not satisfied for petrol tank, leg guard and head lamp.

          1. petrol tank - it was damaged very badly and removed paint from some part of tank still they hadn't give me exchange and i am not satisfied with tanks painting. rather that they charge me Rs. 1600 for painting

          2. Leg guard - it was bend and removed some color again paint is not satisfied me

          3. head lamp assy. - they didn’t give me exchange for lamp glass. Windshield is replaced but i am not satisfied about its quality.
          ( as per my knowledge this is duplicate part )

          *when i send my bike for servicing that time my bikes digital speedometer was working but its not working after servicing.

          i think they charge me above the requirement my total bill is Rs. 10336 and Rs. 3056 is chargeable to me.

          please do needful things for my complaints or tell me the way.

          MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE OF TWO WHEELER : BAJAJ PULSAR 200

          1. I have purchased a Bajaj Pulsar 200, on 16 Jul 2007. Since then I am a proud customer of your automobile company.

          2. First two services of my above two wheeler was carried out at M/S.Deedi Bajaj, Kaimanam, Trivandrum. After those two servicing, I have lost confident on their servicing and changed the Servicing Centre to M/S. Deedi Bajaj, Paruthipara, Trivandrum. After four servicing (third, fourth, fifth and sixth), I was told that servicing of Pulsar 200 will be carried out only at Probiking Servicing Centres either at Kaimonam or Ayurveda College Jn. Accordingly, I have given my two wheeler at M/S.Deedi Bajaj, Ayurveda College Jn, Trivandrum from seventh servicing onwards.

          3. When I have approached that Servicing Centre for eighth servicing (15000Kms) on 05 Sep 2008 (Invoices No.01941 & 02232/08-09 both dated 06 Sep 2008 against Job Card No.30318/08-09), I have asked them to tight the chain which was seemingly loose. But the technicians could not do satisfactorily as it was giving noise on test ride. When I enquired, the Servicing Centre has suggested that the Chain Sprocket Kit to be replaced. Whereas your company recommends to replace the same only after 24500Kms. If the said spare part became really un-serviceable, then what could be the reason behind it? Is it improper servicing? However, I have asked them to change the subject spare part. But the spare part was not readily available with them. The Servicing Center has suggested to enquire and get replaced as soon as the item becomes available. I have enquired thrice before the next servicing on 22 Nov 2008 (Invoice No.04000777 dated 22 Nov 2008 against Job Card No.04000742 dated 22 Nov 2008). But it was never available till then. Again I have visited the Servicing Centre on 25 Nov 2008 as the chain was giving heavy noise and I was in the impression that the chain may break anywhere at any time. This time the Servicing Centre has assured that the spare part will be replaced on 03 Dec 2008. But they failed again and were looking at each other expressing their inability. Handle brake switch also un-serviceable since last three servicing which is also not available with them till now. From these incidents, I could sum up that the Servicing Centre might not have placed their demand for Chain Sprocket Kit yet. Now, I am in a dire situation that I may have to keep my two wheeler purchased for Rs.75000/- with debris shortly due to irresponsible functioning and behavior of the servicing centre of a reputed brand in two wheeler manufacturer for so many years now.

          4. Further, often I observe that the nuts and bolts were being improperly fitted after every servicing. Also, I have found that the pack of electrical connectors under the head light was opened and kept so, even after servicing. So I am losing confidence to get my bike serviced at those Service Centers.

          5. In view of the above, I request you to intervene the functioning of the Service Centre in order to bring back the confidence of the customer like me on Bajaj Automobiles. And also request repeat request you to arrange the availability of Chain Sprocket Kit and Handle brake switch in Trivandrum area so as to get my Pulsar 200 serviceable and make me feel that my Rs.75000/- is still not gone waste.

          6. I anticipate an early availability of both the spare parts and intimation of the same; and better service from your service centers.

            dear sir,after getting harrased i am complaning.sir i have bought a bajaj auto model no.gc1000 on[protected] i have bought it on finance i produced all the documents on time but while delivery of the auto there were many small problems that i ignored,but instead of this when i took my auto for servicing they just did only 25% of the job and left the auto as it is only because on that day there was 20-20 cricket match final.sir iam leaving about 25kms away from the showroom so it is not possible for me to go everyday 25kms away for servicing.lastly after two months also i have not recieved my insurance agreement papers for which once i have paid fine in rto office this papers i should have been got within 15days of delivery of the auto.wheneveri go to the they something wrong and they harasse me.now i have decided to go to consumer court and i am going to file a case against theshowroom and finance company.

              Dear sir,
              i had purchesed a new bike (pulsar-DTSI-150) three month ago from NAVA DURGA BAJAJ BHUBANESWAR ORISSA,but i am so sorry to say that , its servece part is very poor,
              after first service of my bike it shows somany problems
              1. Digital meter display problem.
              2.Geear shifting problem,
              3.some times starting problem.
              4.head light always glowing (not in off)

              for the solutin of the above problems i had go to navadurga service centre there, service people told me it will take minimu 15 days to solve the problems , and if you go to other service centre it will take minimum 2month .
              you say wat we will do for its service ? i went for bajaj instead of HEROHONDA
              SO, MY REQUEST PLZ SOLVE THE PROBLEMS AS EARLIEST OF YOUR END
