Hy bajaj,
I'm Dr. Siddharth, I am using your bike. Which I have taken in April 2021. After the 2nd service was correct, the sound started coming from the engine at the time of 3rd service and suddenly stopped after running. I told everything here to the dealer but even after keeping my bike in the service center for 1 week, the problem remains. And give me more time.
These here not cooperative everyone.and even yet found any specific problem.

      Dear Team,

      My name is Manjit Singh, i have purchased an autorickshaw from Laxmi Motors(Mundhwa, Pune) 7 months ago, My vehicle number is MH 12 SK7752.
      I would like to bring to your notice that, It been 7 months i have facing issues with my autorickshaw, below are the mention are the same :
      1) Front fork + Front housing too much of left side pulling to be replaced new.
      2) Idling gets fast in running plus vehicle gets stops while running,
      Carburetor Sensor + Carburetor not working fine request you to please replace the same.
      3) Rear shock absorber - vehicle tilts left side and gets unbalance
      4) Engine tappets (rockers) noise too much twice set but no result
      The service center (Laxmi Service Center, Mundhwa) says that bajaj company has not provided any fault finding devices, For small work also i have to wait for hours, no proper mechanics are available to attend the problem.
      It's been 7 months since I have been going to Laxmi Motors (Mundhwa, Pune) but still now they have not yet resolved my problem, whenever i go to them they check my vehicle and say it's fine.
      As I have been driving the rickshaw for the last seven months and I'm facing the above-mentioned problem, which is causing a lot of inconvenience to me and the showroom people are least bothered to solve my problems.The showroom people are not giving me proper service and they have no resolution to the issue which my vehicle is facing, it's really disappointing and annoying.
      As a middle class person the autorickshaw is my the only way to earn bread and butter for my family and way of income for me to support my family, if the my rickshaw is not working fine so how will i manage to do my business.As bajaj being a reputed company i opted for your company's vehicle but the kind of service what i am getting is just not up to the standards.
      I would like to request the team to look into the matter and please help me in getting the problem resolved.I hope and wish writing to you will help me get the problem solved permanently and request to please take some action against the showroom as they are not providing the services which are required.

          I have given Pulsar 200 NS 2013 model(KA41Y2999), for service on 13 th November 2021, (km 44236, job card no: 10866, at Varun motors, autonagar Vijayawada.

          We have been informed that, there is shortage of manpower and the bike service will take some time. We received the bike after service on 1st December 2021. We paid Rs.15021 as service charges.

          We observed that the battery symbol blinking and after some time it is discharged. And also observed that over heating symbol flashing on screen.

          We have given the bike, back to same service center on 11th February 2022. Job card number 17324, km 44293.

          We have not used this bike due to Corona lockdown for the college. We run only 49 km.

          Service center people called on 15th February and informed that the bike wiring need to change and one Relay is missing. I have visited the service center and found that the wiring is joined at many places and the relay Pertaining to the radiator is missing from its place.

          We don't have any kind of knowledge about this situation. We never took the bike out side bajaj for any kind of service.

          I guess this is happened at their service center, when the bike is parked there from 11th Nov 21 to 1st Dec 21.

          They just joined the bike wiring, where ever RAT cut the wires. And simply they handed over the bike to me on 1st Dec 21.

          Now they want to charge me for that again.

          This is purely a criminal act. I would like to get justice through this window. If not possible, I will knock all possible doors for the justice.

          I hope you understand my situation and take favorable action.

                I have purchased bajaj pulsur BS6 model from Auto Aquarium of Chinsurah, Hooghly, Pin : 712102 west bengal on 15-feb-21.
                Last wednesday ( 9th Feb 2022) I had 3rd free service from there.
                After that, i found some awkward noise arising minutely and seems due to some parts malfunction .
                After minutely observing couple of days, it seems to me the noise is coming from front wheel combo brake and i've found it gets loosen.

                It started just after my 3rd service and the corresponding mechanic was completely unaware of that or not checked properly. I need proper relacement of that parts immediately without any cost.

                  Today i visited bajaj service centre (morbi) for the repairs of my pulsar 200 as, their were no spares available and they told me to visit another city for the repair then u requested to bring parts as per possibility, they refused to repair bike and i was tolled that we are to able to repair this bike pulsar 200as, for the same problem in bike I already visited bajaj service center (morbi) they repair bike and the charge was 7000 for the first time and 1000 for the same problem after few days but the problem remains same, now what should i do?

                    As on Sunday & also on monday i visited the agency i dont have any positive feedback from the employees against my bike service.
                    At agency some of one employee said that all the employees worked here are on resignation period so you take your bike service from another place.

                    Kindly look into this matter & necessary action. I am not that much free to visit the agency.

                      I bought my Dominar 400 on 17 June 2021 in Bajaj Coonoor showroom, The Nilgiris.

                      When test riding first time found that there was a vibration in headlight and instrument cluster which was mild and noticeable. The showroom person told that it will be rectified automatically, but the vibration day by day started to be more and more around 2500 RPM to 3000 RPM which is annoying and now the instrument cluster in shaking independently. I did my first service in mettupalayam showroom they also didn't take necessary actions.

                      I honestly want this issue to be rectified as soon as possible, because it is very annoying to ride the bike with this noise and the instrument cluster is shaking. My bike is due for 2nd service and I want this issue to be rectified without any compromise.

                        I used to have a bajaj auto loan whos number is L2WHOW05094852 I was paying it off really well buy after lockdown my business got shut down and i was going through a financial crisis so the emi were not paid in time so i opt for settlement of the whole amount i paid the amount in cash n got a receipt in my whatsapp from the collection agent n kits been 6 months i'm still struggling to get my NOC. Initially the collection agent was co-operating and he event mentioned that the loan is not yet closed and it will take couple of days more and i started getting sms from the company that some amount is still due from my end.Presently he is not answering my calls or messages the company office is also not able to tell me anything about the loan .

                            This is to report an important issue i had faced from your service center, my bike dominar 400

                            have met with a breakdown issue on 8 Feb on a unknown place and i had request KVR Bajaj Edappal

                            showroom team to resolve the issue, but we told me that, move the vehicle to showroom for checking the issue,

                            that's ok, i have done the same on 9 th Feb with my own expense, and here after their checking, they told me that

                            the issue was happened due to a complaint on the fuel pump, i had made purchase of this vehicle on april 2021,

                            so i'm eligible for warranty, till this date they was not close the complaint and told me that,

                            pump was not in the showroom and it will get it on friday, as of now i called their office number

                            they told that, it will get it on monday or tuesday, i have contacted on mechanic personally,

                            they told that still they are not collect pump form head office and thats why the delay,

                            still they are teasing me like a fool, if the issue will not resolved from your end

                            i will complaint against the company on consumer court for cheating.

                            so please take this complaint seriously and take necessary action againest the below mentioned branch

                              Good Morning !!!

                              But my morning was not good today because of your Jaipur Branch Manager Mr. Umesh (Senior Person) behavior. His rude & Dadagiri behavior is not acceptable at all in our service industry, as I am also working in customer service field and handling customer escalations in polite way but seems he has adopted different culture.

                              During our today's conversation he was so loud & wording was (1) " Tmko kaam karana h to karao warna mat karao " (2) "Tmko koi discount ab ni milega" (3) " Ab tum work shop jao wahi se final quotation milega ham koi quotation nahi denge tmko " etc……….

                              As I have already mentioned my concern in trail mail and in response got call from Mr. Tarun Prakash from your side. He was taking care my issue in good manner and I was assured that he will close my issue in satisfaction stage but now things are gone in different path and we are still doing conversation over phone instead of closing this issue.

                              Now I don't want any more conversations on this and wants closure of it.

                              Please reply on my below points line wise to close this issue -

                              (1) Do you have same customer handling culture which I have encountered today from your Manager, I don't think So. Because in current scenario, Customers can ask for this and its up to you whether discount will be offer to customer or not but you cannot slip your tongue in any situation. You are well aware on this.

                              (2) I want mandatory work done only in my byk, So that it can run at least next 5 years without any trouble. You are good in this industry, So pls suggest mandatory spare parts replacement & repairing work in it best discount price.

                              (3) Pls give line wise bifurcation & quotation of this repairing work along with price for approval.

                              (4) Although byk warranty is expired but after this engine repairing work and investing so much money there should be warranty on this repairing work. So pls confirm this repairing work warranty also.

                              You have done valuation 10k of my vehicle and whereas repairing cost is so much high from this value. So think on way as a customer and close it what best you can offer on this.

                              I want to complete this repairing job today only, So that I can take it back by today eod.

                              Your prompt response will be highly appreciated !!

                                dear sir/madam,

                                with reference to the above mentioned details i, maria priya rana, a sincere customer of yours is forced to bring the matter at your desk.

                                It happened that i was unable to pay monthly installment of my two wheeler for the last two months which was financed by your esteemed organisation and because of the continuous pressure from the collection department i myself had asked them to come and take my vehicle till i do not clear my dues.

                                To this the manager namely arijit chanda who had come over to my address for taking the vehicle agreed and also clearly told me that i have a grace period of 30 days to arrange for the amount and can contact him to get back my mentioned asset soon.I somehow arranged the fund within 6th day on 09-02-22 .

                                Their visit procedure took place on the 3rd of february 2022, which was again the date for my 3rd emi clearance.

                                Now that i have arranged the total money to clear all my dues(3 emis as told by the manager and the department), i am continuously calling mr arijit chanda and the collection department agent mr mithu majumdar they are not at all paying any attention to my problem. They are giving me times and dates and ultimately nothing is happening.

                                Today after continuous calling and getting no proper response from him i also visited the minto park office located at the lucas building to understand why are the bajaj representatives are so rude to me.I was totally surprised when visited office today.There was nobody to help me out or even listen to my grievance.

                                I ultimately bursted out in tears in the office today.
                                Sir you are not aware what we are going through, i belong to a lower middle class family i had taken the bike from my own little income. I am still a student studying in college .My husband is a normal swiggy delivery partner who is unable to work or login to earn without my bike.

                                People here have made me completely helpless. I do not know whom to call whom to trust and believe.I have all necessary call recordings and sms recordings which tells my situation and the conversation with them.Days are passing without any result and hope.

                                Sir with immense hope and heavy heart i decided to bring this to you.Kindly look into the matter and resolve this so that even i can become your future positive testimony for other clients
