      I am very regret to say that I have purchased a bike from Bhavya Bajaj auto in 2015 from muzaffarpur, Bihar on EMI...After paying all my EMI I applied For a NOC in Bhavya Bajaj company Muzaffarpur, Bihar...I have got the NOC paper but in 2021 my bike was taken from me in patna by the Bajaj recovery agent saying that the paper I got is fake, I called the company and told what happen with me then they told me that the give me some amount we will release youur bike I paid 8600rs later in August 2021 then I got my bike after some Pape work..after that I again asked for NOC the told me to wait for 90 days to receive NOC from Bajaj auto main branch Maharashtra.From then to know I don't get NOC paper and yesterday when I go to the agency the behave very rude with my parents and me and threatened or abuse my parents that I will not give you NOC do what you want to do...
      I am not only the single person that suffered from this problem there are many more people which suffer same from this same agency..Not this only I have got my bike registration no wrong which I know 2 years later after got my owner boom..
      I have attached NOC paper which I got fake in 2018 or payment receipts for my bike releasing paper or many more paper which all are fake..
      So please look forward to this problem as soon as possible...this is very serious problem for the reputation of your company

              I am bijay ghosh your company's auto finance customer.
              My loan account number was L2WS1L06178001.
              Since 2years during covit 19 my business was fully closed in this reason I am not avail to pay my EMI on time. I am tring to contact yours company but some third party contact me to visit my residency and told me they are visit from yours side. I am request them that solved my problem and give me more times to pay the loan through on EMI basis but they are continue threating me that the bike was recover to me .Sudden one person calling me and telling me that he was a company's leagal officer and there 5-6 person catch me and threating me loke me . I request to you sir I am totally harassed your company's third party person his name is krishna kamal mitra-contact no [protected]. He is yesterday meet with us and pressurized & threated my bike was recover to me any how .So I am totally nerves and I was take to leagal step to yours company and third party person aider you are not solved my issued . I am humble request to you sir I am not to pay the big amount at a time so I want to more time to extant my loan tenure through EMI basis. Please sir immediately check this problem and do the needful.

                      Head Light Focus: Focus of Head Light is not comfortable. Focus is going on the left side about 02 Feet from the center. Right side, there is darkness. Also, there is not full flow of the light on the road. High Beam and Low Beam both are giving visibility for the same distance. Problem explained to the dealer at Farrukhnagar 02 times during Service and many times other. Issue is not resolved whereas the mechanic at showroom tried to adjust it many times. Please do the needful.

                        I have been looking for spare part for AS200 since 2 years and Bajaj is not helping at all in this regard.
                        I have been running in the service centre of Pune - Sai Bajaj, Patna - Excel Bajaj, Patna - Akarsh Bajaj, Pune - Gems Bajaj and no one is able to help me with the spare part - Radiator Shroud / Radiator cover RH and LH for AS-200.
                        Everywhere, they are bringing the radiator cover/shroud for NS200. But no one is competent enough to understand that the radiator cover/shroud for NS200 and AS200 are different.
                        I expect Bajaj to help to procure the required part without harassment and provide some training to the employees to understand the difference between NS200 and AS200.

                          Hi Sir I Am An Auto Driver Stays In Kushaiguda.On 19/01/2022 At 10:30pm One Passenger Came To Me When I Was Waiting At Ecil Bus Terminal And Asks Me To Drop At Mgbs Bus Stop So I Talked To My Customer And I Started Suddenly An Another Auto Driver Came With An Auto Reg No:TS12UC7089 And Stopped Me And Threatened Me And My Passenger Saying That He Is A Local Don And Is Scolding In An Un Parliamentary Language And Slapped Me As Well So Please Take A Necessary Action On Him.

                            I Rajesh Kumar five month ago i purchase a Bajaj Platina whose Registration No.- JH09AX1189, Registration Date- 03/09/2021, Manufacturing Date- 02/2021, Model Number- PFXRML26338, Model Name.-Platina 110, Chassis No.- MD2B77AX0MRL61894, Engine No.- PFXRML26338. in the beginning the bike on stand position when I bike handle turn the right side then engine turk is high in this matter i went showroom four times in last five months a service mistri Mr. Sharma entertain me but they not serious to solve the problem and the problem still going on.
                            A day-26.12.2021 when i go to the showroom solve the above problem including i told them my speedometer is not working they say your speedometer wire is damaged so its need to replace and pay the charges for cable speedometer 129 and service charge 74.95 after that i say in only four month speedometer is damaged what is the cheap quality the manage of the service center are replied me you are running on bad road its happened then i replied i purchased the vehicle run on all types of roads hence i appose the service charges under free service period the service manager rudely said in every time you come to the service center you must pay the service charges and parts amount.
                            Sir firstly i want to ask you why i am bear your service manager bad behaviour.
                            Secondly every visit in service center i liable to pay your cheap quality of parts payments and cheap quality of service payments.
                            Thirdly I went four time to resolve the above said problem my precious time, my energy, my petrol expense is wasted who are paying of them.
                            Fourthly some year ago i bought a 100 cc platina and i found no maintenance bike is that but the present platina demands heavy maintenance in only five months.
                            (a) A handle is playing
                            (b) Front Suspension is vibrating not working well
                            (c) Charging point not working well in after 30 kilometer running battery is not edicute charge for self starting
                            (d) Many body parts are noised
                            (e) The head light is not so good for clear vision of road.
                            (f) In event of changing the gear not smoothly chase the gear.
                            (g) The bike petrol running average is 60-62 kilometer per liter
                            Fifthly in above all the reason why i am going to service center for resolve the issue. besides of them i wish to aware you that the journey of my vehicles in last three decades
                            (a) Bajaj priya
                            (b) Bajaj 150SL
                            (c) vespa
                            (d) Royal enfield 200 cc
                            (e) TVS
                            (f) Yazi
                            (g) Freedom
                            (h) Unicorn
                            (i) royal enfield 500 cc standard[protected]
                            (j) Platina 100 cc
                            (k) Honda shine
                            (l) Now present Bajaj platina 110 cc
                            NO ANY ACCIDENT HISTORY IN MY LIFE
                            NO ANY ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE CLAIM IN MY ANY VEHICLE
                            Sir/Madam please suggest/guide me to why i am going to your service center.

                              I'm here to complain about the Service center: "Ranju Bajaj" which we have here in Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand, 827001
                              It's the worst service center, I'll ever visit...
                              I'd bought my bike last year on 9th July, 2021. Since then, I've been giving my bike for the repair for atleast 4 times now due to some issues that I came accross.. And everytime I give, the old prob doesn't get solved properly and the new one arises infront of them . And they manipulate just by saying, bring it next time, we'll fix it.

                              I've been changing my headlight 2 times now as it got fused, and both the time, they put on the second handed headlight in my bike. Not only that, when I went on to change the second time, they broke one of my Pilot lamp light of the bike. Whereas it was already Ok since the purchase. I saw infront of them and complained too, still they made an excuse, give it next time we'll fix it.

                              Last time, I went on to fix one of minor issue of my bike, but they broke the another thing, i.e., battery, and then the bike doesn't get start now. It was never the prob. Of my bike. Still, these all prob. occurs infront of them, after I give them to repair.

                              According to me, They change the new parts with old one. And due to that you've got to come again inorder to repair, then they change another thing as well. In this way, whole service center is running.

                              Moreover, they ask us to rate full on the feedback.

                                Really I published the complaint because totally fedup with the starting compalint of the bike. Initally couldnot able to start the bike after fill the fuel and the technician says to properly close the petrol tank without any gap as the air goes into it. So on every time take utmost care to close the tank after fill the petrol, but the same problem again repeated and after all the pump between the carbrator is automatically moving out at the time of kick start.

                                So please do not purchase the bike as the complaint arises after the 2nd service itself, moreover no more pulling and not getting the mileage as sugggested by the complaint. I already spent unncessary money for the maintenance. I really complaint agains the company for such type of vehicle marketing

                                  In Guntakal Bajaj show room I have purchased the bike back body part along with tail lamp today but no bill is given here no cost price is mentioned here they have charged me 1250 RS for body part plus 700RS for tail lamp and 200 service charge for fixing this total 2150RS I have paid through phonepay upi but no bill is given for this, iam very much upset with this because iam thinking they might have charged more amount from me hence iam requesting Bajaj CEO Mr Rajiv to kindly look into the matter and do the justice.
