    Platina ES comfortec 100cc carburetor replacement request is pending for more than 20 days now at Raj bajaj service center at Raey Road branch of Mumbai.
    Service station staf[censored]s telling me that the confortec model is no longer made by the company hence its carburetor is difficult to get from bajaj.
    How can bajaj scam people into selling its product and shortly halt yhe production and force people to buy other products.
    Pls help me on this.

      Hi,

      I am writing this email to express my concerns regarding the experience I faced from Bajaj team.

      I owe a Bajaj Avenger 220 Cruise (2018 model), I purchased the same from Executive Bajaj, Goregaon, Mumbai. In the initial days itself, I had an issue with the ignition which was creating the starting problem (since there is no kick in the bike, the ignition remains a key feature), I told them (service center at goregaon ) about the issue in each of my free service, but each time they told that there is a battery problem, and I replaced my battey in warranty, however the ignition issue was observed again and again, there seemed to be no permanent solution.

      In the lockdown, I bought my bike to Indore and thought of getting the servicing done. I contacted Mangalam Bajaj, Annapurna road, Indore team and shared my concern (Complain Reference Number -ISR[protected] checking the root cause, they concluded that the problem is not with the bike starter, the problem is with the battery itself. I got my battey fully checked in thr Amaron authorized center and they claimed that the battery is fine and they gave this in written on their letter head. Then I again visited the Bajaj service center and told them about the battey being fine, then their argument was like - "chalo accha hai sir, ab aapne battery check karwa li to confirm ho gaya ", then they again checked the bike and found that there was an issue in "bike charger", then they finally replaced the charger in warranty. However, 4 days after the servicing, again the bike is facing the same issue.I had reopened my complain and yet no action has been taken up by the servicing team

      Looking at such a pathetic service by Bajaj, I sometimes regret my decision of purchasing a bajaj bike.

      Hopefully, after sharing my feedback, the team should address these concerns and assure the customer with better services in future.

      The senior management should seriously review the service quality time to time and should feel accountable towards the loyal customers.

        My bajaj service branch at ramanathapuram coimbatore... very worst service ever seen 😒...no proper services but billing more amount in their service bills ... this is happenning for more than my 3 services ... they are lethargic in their work ... more issue with my service ...bajaj service center has to face it out or they should face the compaint raised against them ...

          Dear Sir/Madam

          I had purchased Bajaj Pulsar 125 cc bike from Vaishnavi Bajaj Bulandshahr (U.P) last year on Dec 2020 registeration number UP13BR3426.
          All my service was done at vaishnavi bajaj only and my bike is still in warranty period.
          Today i go to Vaishnavi Bajaj Agency for my complaint regarding my bike shockers but unable to get satisfactory answer by the staff and management team there. I requested them to change my bike shockers after getting tested by their technician, first they said we will replace them but we don't have shockers in stock. So, it will take approx 15 days but after some time they all said we will not replace them under warranty instead we will get them repair, but i don't want to repair them because in 1 year all four shockers become useless so after repair how much time they will be working good thats why i want them to change under warranty.

          I request you to please look into this matter and resolve my problem because of shockers my front mud gaurd, head light viser & number plate cover was broke down & Engine light is showing continiously.

              My name is uttam yadav son of late Uma Shankar Yadav, my father had purchased a motercycle name Pulsar 125 model on loan from Bajaj auto finance Ltd on sep 2020;
              He paid 26000/- down payment against the original price of bike 97400/- and 36 EMI's of 2940/- but unfortunately my father Late Uma Shankar Yadav expired in December 2020. Now BAFL Bajaj auto finance is harrassing me to pay the rest of the EMI which I am not in position to pay with a very small income also living on rented house with meeting responsibilities of bed ridden mother and family.

              Sir kindly help me it's my humble request to you, please let me know how laws can help me with this situation.

                Hi... Recently I got my NS200 serviced in Gaya Bajaj Service center.Before servicing there wasn't any issues but after servicing it misfiring, RPM meter isn't working properly,
                I got the accelerator cable changed as they recommended but still accelerator at some point misses . Cranking Sound from the engine. And after that there is the irresponsible and rude behaviour of the team.

                          Bajaj auto deducted Rs.117 from my account without any reason or prior indications. There is no loan due open with them. I am requesting the refund of the amount deducted and need an explanation why did this happened in first place?

                            Complaint against Sarbani Motors, Nagpur Road Chandrapur-442401 Phone[protected]I have booked my bike bajaj avenger 160 (Red Colour) on dtd-22 November 2021 vide receipt no.20195 and they had promised to give me the delivery in 2’nd of December 2021 .today 2’nd December 2021 I went to get the bike, the showroom gave my bike to someone else. they are making reasons for the late delivery. they are telling in one week bike will come they are telling still 1 week for my bike delivery. if they promised gave in written on booking form that bike will be delivered in 2’nd of December 2021 then why are they not doing it. if they are not able to get the bike then why they did fake promise.
                            when asked about the delivery of bike the sales manager misbehave, behaved badly . I am totally not satisfied with their resolution and excuse of sarbani motors. i am old customer of bajaj automobile, i have various bike’s of bajaj, but because of badly behaviour and fake promise of the present by Sarbani motors chandrapur. i have lost my confidence against bajaj automobile.bajaj automobile is one of the best company and good service provide to customer but sarbani motors chandrapur is not doing .
                            so it is requested please guide to sarbani motors chandrapur to change behaviour with customer's and does not fake promises to customer’s.

                              I gave my bike for small service in Jaishakthi Bajaj, Trichy. 8 days have passed still I didn't get any proper response from the showroom. Just number and fork bend is the issue but for this they took 8 days if we call also they aren't giving a proper response. Please take a proper action.

                                Dominar D 250 self start issue in 8th month from purchase

                                Dominar D250 i purchased on 14th jan 2020. In 8 month i got self start issue...i visited bajaj services like pune, panvel and vashi.
                                They said battery problem. Bajaj not give warranty of battery because it is 3rd party part..you need to wait for 15 day for new battery. If you want urgently then i need to buy new battery. Is it the policy of bajaj to harrassed customer whos bike under warranty period...still my bike park at cg panvel...

                                  Very bad service. After just 30min, i faced new Speed Drop issue, after 5 gear shifted not more that 75km speed reached my bike. It's a very big surprise.

                                  Charges are made even for bike tail light issue attaneded by Services time, the excuses there is no proper services provided, Not at all satisfied with the services Made a wrong choice of purchasing a two wheeler from Bajaj company.

                                  Today total bill cost for My 180 Pulsar 2076rs. So I made call log Via Bajaji Customer Support With Ref No ISR- 1041792 next day they asking to come with my bike at Permablur.

                                  NEXT Day Scenario

                                  Yesterday Morning have reached showroom 10 oclk
                                  My bike tested by your mechanic by 4 times,

                                  Most of the People said it's A. Clutch plate Issue, One time that siner mechanic first time tested he accept my problem there is no more pickup, bike having trouble in full Acceleration after not getting more than 95km speed in front of GM Mr.Jothi raji and Ramesh and Mani Show room Floor Incharge.

                                  Finally they Conclude it's a Clutch Plate Issue, but I won't accept. Becoz this issue happen only after Yesterday's service.

                                  Really am appreciated for Your Concern, They cleaned my Bike Carbarator in front my eyes, but still Pickup drop theri I won't accept this, still include u convince from your side in over phone.

                                  Before service In previous there is no fault occurred this kind of millage drop issue now newly came.

                                  I had only one Doubt how to I trust this clutch one day service after this problem will happen again.

                                  Still Bike not getting my previous conditions.

                                  Really I am very irritated about Bajai Service. I never refer people in feature

                                  As u said there is no petrol also provided by ur side. Today totally 3lts of petrol is used but issue not solved, stilll presist.but ur people still convenience.

                                  I ready to pay for new clutch plate so. So in final think u should prove ur side what happen for that yesterday service time and I need a proof for full service footage with your Bajai team approval.

                                  I loom forward to ur support again. As u said only happen in front of my eyes with free of cost of Carbarator clen. But still I am not satisfied.

                                    Issue in Bajaj Avenger 160

                                    Hi,
                                    I had brought Bajaj Avenger 160 bike in 2019. From the day 1 I’m facing some or other bike issue and after complaining multiple times (verbally visiting service center, on-call, emailing) at last the issue got resolved by changing the bike battery.
                                    Now again I’m facing another issue, the petrol tank of my bike has got severe dents by vacuum created inside automatically as per my observation. I had visited Suryoday Bajaj...
