So give me a new bike injan platna 110.

I have visited 15 times in showroom for vehicle complaint but till now it didn’t resolved.they told come tomorrow there is shortage of technician next day i went on that day also same excuse shortage of technician if bajaj have shortage of technician why they are selling vehicle on purchasing of vehicle they have to tell we have shortage of technician i cancered can adjust then only you buy vehicle otherwise u dont buy..worst service experience i have ever faced in my whole life.

    I bought bike from RK Bajaj Mughalsarai GT Road Pin 232101 on 15/07/2021 today is 11/10/2021 but i have not received my bike Number Plate and RC Copy and when we visit your showroom staff not take any positive response, They are saying that they have handed over the number plate to the wrong person by mistake.
    How can you give our number plate to the any person,
    We will not be responsible if the receiver used our number plate in any criminal activity.

      I request everyone don't repair your vehicle at Bajaj motor spare at Mulund East

      On 9th Oct 2021 my bike broke down at eastern express Highway near Mulund. I called number written on road ( Santosh Dethe [protected]) his mechanic took my bike to his garage there his workers started opening my vehicle they told me that my Bike chain is borken and chain sprocket repair cost shall be 1250/- and after completing work the owner santosh demanded 4500/- ( towing charges 800/- labor charges 1200/- and parts plus 28% GST)

      And GST bill will be shared after 2 hours. When I got frustrated and told that this fraud. He was like mai koi seva karne nahi baitha hu... Sabhi log chori karte hai isme kaunsi badi baat hai. Plus he has ladies bouncer to make nuisance and scene worst.

      Some how I argued and made Gpay payment of Rs 2900.

      I made a huge mistake by calling road side number, I have all call records, GPay receipt and photos.
      Police and Bajaj should take strict action against such fraud people.

                This is Gopi Bandarupalli, I visited your MG Bajaj showroom, Tirupati yesterday i.e.5th October at around 10AM as my NS200 rear break is completely down and somehow I managed to bring that bike from 30KM without breaks to your service center.

                I requested service staff to come and check the breaks, they refused and said like NOT POSSIBLE and ask me to visit next day. I don't understand what is not possible means, then the guy who sits in service desk ask me to check with the person in Billing, when I reach out to him and explain the situation, he is also shaking his head left and right instead of saying no (here I don't understand one this, if service team is really busy with their work, how they can check my bike as per billing teams permission). Is this how you behave with customers?

                I am really disappointed and bring my bike back without breaks as unauthorised service centers are not able to check it.

                      I have purchased bajaj pulsur BS6 model from Auto Aquarium of Chinsurah, Hooghly, Pin : 712102 west bengal on 15-feb-21. Today i went for second servicing and during the servicing the technician told it was not started.( i did nt have any starting problems before).they are unable to figure out the actual problems till now.

                      Dear sir/madam,
                      i write this letter to inform you that i am working abroad, and my bike (200 ns) kl25-2797 has given for maintanance on 16/8/2021 at kottarakara branch, pulamon, kollam, kerala.
                      The main problem showed aws the starting trouble and thus given for repair, they have told me to replaced most of the sapare parts such as carburator, monoshock, spark plug, tank lock set, battery etc. And it cost around 16000rupees/- . And taken the bike return to home and still shows the starting trouble and fuel leak, in which the same has not been cleared yet.
                      Trouble shooting for maintance is very poor from the part of technicians and service centre.
                      Hereby attaching the bills and invoices for the same.
                      Very arrogant and rude behaviour to customers has been faced by my friends too.

                      Please tak enecessary action for this.

                          My bike headlight stopped to lightening and I went to Haroon motors in Kadapa .they said that replace the whole headlight set-up.but it is not good advice.we can replace only light is sufficient.i got this advice by local mechanic.So I was misguided by Harron motors mechanic and purchased the headlight set-up with 1680 rs.
                          It is not really good at customer opinion.we lost 1000 rs because of this false advice.

                            I am tamilselvan, [protected]. Bought Bajaj ns 160 . my engine got siezed and done a service on December 2020 and had to pay 18000. My engine got siezed again by march, 2021. Unfortunately, due to financial situations I can't do service immediately and So, I submitted my bike on August, 2021. The service changed the same parts and asking for a charge of 17000 again. How in the world, I can pay for the same parts which got sized in just 3 months.                                     I would like to inform you that I have purchased 2 Bajaj Pulsar Bikes in 2013 & 2015. Reason for purchasing was nearby services from my home. Now, from last 1.5 years I am facing trouble to service my bikes as there is no service station available within 15km range of my home. They have shut down almost 5-6 centers during last 1 year. And because of this so much rush at their other workshops & their manpower is not enough to handle such volume of footfall.

                                    I am writing this complaint because I tried to take service of my bike from local mechanic but he is unable to short out the problem as that is related to Bajaj's internal wiring. Every 2nd day, my bike is not getting start & I am disappointing as so much amount has spend on it. I need proper resolution from Bajaj as they committed to provide services to the consumer while selling their products in open market.

                                    Please take the corrective action.
