    On 10th june ur customer care executive had called me and tell me the process of paying online for my bike emi...i had paid through the phone pay through the official bajaj auto finance page. But on 11th june again the amount is deducted from my account. I m very much dissapointed from this. I m sending my details of payment and loan account number.

      Already mailed my issue on customer service of baja but still no reply at all.

      Also I know that during pendamic their is an issue of lock down but still no reply, is it your customer service

      My bike is not in working condition for last 2 months

        I purchase my bike 11 month ago. And now in only such little time my bike battery is not working. And clutch wire is also not in good condition. Many more problems are coming day to day, instead of regular service. Provide me the solution

          I am planning to sell my 6 month old dominar 400 bs6 due to financial issues.
          However, my buyer is saying that he will not get any warranty if i transfer the ownership..

          Is it true that bajaj doesn't provide warranty to second owner. If yes, what is the logic, how will the change of hand affect the credibility of parts manufactured by bajaj.?

            The platina bike that I have bought from Alok Bajaj Auto Sales for two months, the engine of that bike is not taking load and the sound is coming like an old bike, the bike is able to run after taking the full accelerator, the engine is getting hot.               I am from jalgaon Maharashtra i am interested in buying a Bajaj platina so i call to showroom of jalgaon for quotation. As there is a COVID-19 situation in jalgaon i asked them to give me a quotation online. They are not ready to give me a quotation on what's app they are arguing to come to the showroom and say that u should visit the showroom for the quotation we do not provide it on what's app.

                I have given my Bajaj Pulsar for service at Aditya Bajaj in Dahod Town, Gujarat in last week of April. Because of Lockdown the service center was closed for three weeks and finally opened on 21st May 2021. Since then I have visited the service center for my vehicle four times but everytime the supervisor tells me that i have started the work and it is in progress. As the service center has more free service vehicles they are facing a difficulty. I am sure this is the same story for all the consumer's whose free service period is over. They all end up facing the same situation because the profit margin in more in free service vehicles. I would never recommend a consumer to buy a Bajaj vehicle if this is the level of service. If at all anyone wants to buy a bajaj vehicle then buy it from a different service provider and not ADITYA BAJAJ in Dahod Town, Gujarat.

                  Dear sir
                  I have purchased Bajaj pulsar 125 cc bike on June 2020 at Pattanashetti Bajaj show room in Nidahundi dist - vijayapura, state - Karnataka.
                  Since from day 1 average is very low between 30 to 34 km/ltr . During purchase they have said 55 km /ltrs but after two service also average is very low and maintenance yellow light is always in on Condition. During second service I have rised this both issue but no response from service center.
                  Service center manager said this bike is having fuel injector we cannot adjust bike average. The cost of fuel is about 100/ltr . Bike average is half of standard average. Who will fill this over head on customer.

                            I have purchased bajaj pulser 125 on 12 feb 2020. Afer all services free & paid.
                            But still handle of bike is not not ok when bike runs, it goes to one side and my left hand got pain. Only in that bike runs not ant other vehicle.
                            Many times I complaint to service center but not get satisfied reply.
                            I request please do the needful.
                            I have expense many rupees for my hand and shoulder.

                              I bought Bajaj discover 150f bike in2015 till now I ride it for 19000km. In the service center no one is well trained person, no responce for the problem at every services I have faced same problem at Hyderabad, Vijayawada and khammam my bike remain running with defect with unusual sounds if compain about it they will say it has been solved but it remain same... I have fed-up with Bajaj vehicle before I used to ride hero honda glamour Fi, it didn't gave any trouble, for a change I buy this worst bike into my life it has ruined my mony, my time, my patience... It's a worst company with I'll experienced staff

                                My account has been debited with Rs 117/- without my consent.

                                I closed the Bajaj auto loan in the year 2018.
                                I am not using Bajaj Card since ages. I don't have a valid card as well, then why my account is being debited.
