For your information, there had different cases about engine case blast/cracked while riding the bike, bajaj dominar 400 UG 2019 models.

These issues were affecting the existing owners and the BAJAJ company didn't provide a proper response about the cause regarding this engine blast. Here the riders are still fear to go for a long trip with the bike. And I can clearly say that you had lost many bookings due to this.

When I contacted bajaj through the mail and all but you guys didn't provide any proper solution for this engine blast issue.

Even though there were multiple cases the company didn't provide any proper response or reason for this issue and didn't take any necessary actions or check-up for the 2019 models as a precautionary step
What if the engine blast cost life of the rider? is that the care you have given to human life?

    Dear Bajaj,
    i had done all the things you have mentioned and you guys didn't provide any proper solution for that.
    This is not only the complaint of mine, it's all for dominar 2019 ug owners. I think you have to consider the customers. For customer satisfaction, you are an utter failure. This is not a service issue, its a production mistake due to the low quality of products

    We consumers want to know what’s at fault. We can’t live our life in fear that anytime same incident can happen with our bike too!

      I am approaching for engine spare parts for my vehicle model pulsur 135 since last 4 months. Still the parts are not made available from the company. My bike's engine is in open condition since three months and because of that I have to spend a lot of money on everyday travel.

        I am facing some problem in my bike.
        Prob.1)Bike Running 30km then after i pull Clutch then within 3 Sec Engine Automatically Stop.

        I have complaint for your Service center.

          I purchased bajaj pulsar 125 single seat drum break bike yesterday from bajaj gallops showroom chandlodiya, Ahmedabad- 382481.

          I felt worst experience yesterday, at the time of delivery, they were not prepared my bike proper, there were sketches on petrol tank, seat was damaged, Engine switch also damaged and all this parts were changed in front of me at the time of delivery. Still i have got bike with damaged seat saying that after getting new seat, we will change new seat to your bike.
          And today morning, Engine work stop after driving 200 meter because of air.

          Never purchase from bajaj gallops chandlodiya, Ahmedabad.

            I bought PULSAR 150 (BS6) from Tirur(Malappuram, kerala) KVR Bikes Tirur on[protected]. A week ago, the car started ABS SYSTEM complaint varaan. Then I went to the showroom 13 times between the 2nd service. Complained 2 times in the head office. Several times they repaired and once the abs cable was changed and then the abs full set was changed. After this the same complaint came a second time. When they complained to them, they were talking irresponsibly., The video is all in our hands.

            Please do not take any more vehicles from Tirur KVR. This is the situation after they and their office in Perinthamanna.

                On 16th Feb 2021 I went for my bike service after service they demand for 655 rs and not given bill after payment I got msg of 493 but They charged 655 rs.

                  I have purchased platina ks from bhakra Bajaj rupnagar, Punjab in may 2020. after 18000km running of bike speedometer machine Stop working properly and as the bike is in warranty period I request bakhra Bajaj rupnagar to change it or repair it but they are refusing that except engine nothing is came under warranty. so I request you to kindly speak to them in this matter.

                            Please change the new model of pulsar ns-200 with white tyres it is not at all attractive, it's a hard request please stop this model and bring back the old ones again as same as, I'm going to buy ns-200 then only if it will be provided with, white and grey colour with black tyre as the old one is, it looks very much cheap and not at all royal !!!

                              As I am a customer of popular Bajaj motorcycle. I have given my bike for service and only good fixed the parts not given a good service for my bike and the bike is facing breaking issue in front brake, one part of my pillion footrest is old has been fixed in my bike on the right side. They have already charged for that pillion footrest on right side and not fixed a new one. mileage issue has been started and gear shifting is too poor it is not shifting as smooth as normally.

                                1st bike service also are completed but still above mention documents are still pending.
                                We already one fine payed.
                                This is not proper way of sales
                                And there told with 10 days we will provide all documents
                                This is not acceptable
                                Show room people not response for mobile phone conversations also.
                                If you continue same way sales will be reduced. This very poor customer service.

                                    this mail to informed you that i have purchased one bajaj discover 110 bike on 7th nov'19 ( diwali) from dhananjay bajaj, bhadohi at rs.68000 & given the down payment of rs.23600 but my total loan amount is rs 53000.

                                    Whether my total loan amoumt should be rs.44400 as per executive of bafl (mr. Kunal).

                                    I have visited 3times in ajency & mailed to bafl customer care & talk to customer care also but my issue has not been resolved

                                    so kindly request to you pls resolve my query as soon as possible.

                                      so kindly request to you pls resolve my query as soon as possible.
