My Loan account No. L2WNGH07072923 is closed through online portal of BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LTD. But on 6 January 2021 finance company trying to deduct my EMI from my account. which was bounced.

There are 10 EMIs was balanced @ 3900/- each (total=39000) and foreclosure was Rs. 36756.

Now the financer company asked me to deposit another EMI.

Please help me as soon as possible

      I recently purchased BAJAJ CT110ES BS-6 Bike from New Smart Motors (NSM), Badkhal Market, Badkhal Pali Road, Opp. Sector 48, Near Truck Market, Badphal N.I.T. Faridabad - 121001.
      I purchased bike on 29th December, 2020. First 2 weeks bike run smoothly but first day after first service of bike I start facing problems. Bike was turning off automatically once a day anytime when I was driving a bike. I paid approx. Rs. 470/- for Service of Bike.

      On 30th December, 2020, Bike was turning off again & again when I was going to my home from office at night.

      On 31st December, 2020, at morning my bike didn't started. I tried for 1 hour but no luck. Finally I was forced to go to office in CAB which costs me around Rs. 430/- and I reached office 1 hour late.

      On 2nd January, 2021, I submitted bike to NSM Motors for fixing an issues and bike was in service center for 3 days. They tried to make a lot of efforts to fix an issue and anyhow I get the bike yesterday on dated 05th January, 2021. I was in service center for whole day due to which I missed my office. Reaching Service Center at morning to collect the bike cost me around Rs. 130/- . I get the bike at 6:30 PM and I came to my home and in between bike was running smoothly.
      But again today morning on 06th January 2021, I tried to start the bike to go to office but bike didn't started. I tried to start the bike for 40 minutes but no luck. Finally I complaint this to NSM Motors again and they are collecting the bike again.

      Again today, this issue cost me Rs. 425/- to reach the office.

      What is the point of purchasing a new bike of bajaj if I forced to go to office in CAB and paying more than Rs. 400/- for one side visit?

      Now I finally decided to submit a complaint of this. Now I want a new bike from Bajaj or refund of my money along with the money which I paid to Taxi Service due to this issue. Total amount which cost me is Rs. 66, 470/-

        I have purchased bike ( bajaj pulsar 125 Disc split seat) on 12/11/2019 from above mentioned dealer. As i reside in mumbai so i have asked them to issue me Temporary registration certificate so that i can register my bike in mumbai. On 19/11/2019 i have received the certificate. Then i sent my bike to mumbai along with the papers. When my bike was presented in the RTO they refused to take the Registration form as Saket bajaj has wrongly filled the details.. My bike was supposed to get registered in MH02 but instead of they had registered in MH03. So i have approached saket bajaj then they refused to entertain the same . Then i visisted the RTO and from there i came to know that this correection has to be done from Dealer itself. Again i approach saket bajaj. And had asked him to do needful . From past 10 days i was told that it will be done but no one is taking responsibility and no one is resolving the issue... Please help me for the same.. I am attaching the relevant documents for same.

          I have given my Bajaj pulsar 150cc two wheeler for servicing. During servicing, fuel tank leaked. They are not able to rectify the fault even after visiting the service center for continuously 4days. They are calling again and again without any solution. Even though they replaced some parts without my consent. They are taking full servicing price without washing of vehicle. They are giving dates and dates for washing but till now washing not done. Till now my fuel tank is still leaking and nothing done regarding this by service center. I am only visiting the service centre from last 4days regarding repair of fuel tank. I request you to please intervene in this matter.

                I wish to inform you that I have purchased a bike from your registered bajaj outlet with registration dt[protected].In beginning I not face any problem, but after one year starting problem arise in bike (because no option in bike to start with kick) fully depends on self start switch. Many time I visit to bajaj service center to solve this issue but no solution I got from there and still problem persist . I really get very disappointed after purchase this type of bike. Recently I changed the battery to resolve the issue but problem still remain same .
                Therefore I request to you please resolve the issue as soon as possible otherwise I go to consumer forum as which problem I faced no one faced in future this type of problems.

                          Hi,

                          I purchased Bajaj Avenger Cruise 220 on 7th Jan 2020, now today is 2nd Jan 2021. Still not received RC for my bike.
                          I purchased bike from Green Bajaj - Faridabad dealer. Tried contacted them like 20 to 25 times already.
                          Dealer do not take any serious action on this, always same communication I got from them, that is "The RC people did not reached office yet." and some time they said "The RC people is in leave."
                          In every call they were arranging a call back for me, which I never received from them yet from last 1 year.

                          They are too much careless about any issues, they filled my name wrong on the RC form when I got the number plate placed in my bike on Feb 2020. I informed them instantly to rectify my name, and now they are giving excuse- As I requested for name change so it is taking time.

                          This is the high time now. RC name change take near about 1 month or less, and here it is 1 year now.

                          I am requesting you to provide my RC within 1 month. I am attaching the registration form which dealer provide me by saying that- THIS is the Valid RC registration form. Which is only valid for 1 month, now I am running my bike in risk, without document.
                          In any case If I got fine for not having RC from the Traffic police, I will definitely file a Complain against Bajaj Auto and also for that dealer.

                            Today I buy a new Bajaj pulsar 150 bike in jai sakthi Bajaj showroom, trichy. But headlight is not working and we came and bought from thuraiyur to Trichy. Showroom employees are responding properly and they said tomorrow come and replace the light.

                                      I ve pulsar As200 nd on 15/12/2020.I ve visited authorized service center in macraboert ganj kanpur where i ve purchased a bike.
                                      My bike problem is only that it give low mileage at least 18-20km while it give 25-28km so for this i visited to service center and than service center mechanic send me that they will clean tank nd carburettor nd i said him ok after servicing my bike horrible things started to happen:-
                                      1)Bike doesn't start at ideal rpm u ve to keep crusing the acceleration at 4 to 5 rpm anotherwise bike will stop.
                                      2)because of this battery got drained 3 time because of repeated try to start my bike
                                      After visiting service center nd what they said me i wish i will kill the mechanic "He said to me that ur carburettor is damaged nf and need to replace what the ### is this, i don't know what he had done to my carburettor nd earlier this he had replace my spark plugs, air filter nd make my bike in worst condition".
                                      I don't know why u keep these tupe of mechanics who loot people
                                      Please help me to repair my bike nd plz take action about the mechanic.

                                      On 25 i receive a call from society motors Macraboert ganj services center in which they said to me that they will again see my bike nd please come with ur bike as soon as possible.
                                      On 28 December 2020 i visited service center nd what they ve done. First my bike number is on 1 number nd the engineer is late i ve reported at 9 o clock in morning nd there is no bike in repair nd my number came at 11:30am, the service channel is also ideal at that time, in which he had not seen my bike only tight a one screw and charged me Rs89.After visiting service center...
                                      1)The mechanic was so much confident about my carburettor(that for sometime i think that its her carburettor not my) he doesn't even check my carburettor nd said u ve to replace ur carburettor there is no other option. Ok nd nd the most horrible moment come that the mechanic is forcefully convening me that "U VE TO CHANGE YOUR CARBURETTOR PLZZZ SIR"
                                      ND I M ALSO GOING TO PAY FOR MY NEW CARBURETTOR BUT I M THANKFUL 2 MY DEBIT CARD THAT I HAVE VISITED ATM MACHINE TO WITHDRAW MY MONEY ND THANKFULLY THE MACHINE IS OUT OF CASH. SO I SAID HIM THAT I WILL COME TOMMOROW ND CHANGE MY CARBURETTOR THEY SAID ME OK... ND I WENT OUT WITH MY BIKE there is a famous bike repair center in kanpur so i visited there...
                                      Now the magic moment started
                                      I exit service center and take my bike to outside mechanic shop in which I have not tell anything about my carburettor nd, ask him that my bike is having problem nd it only stop at ideal rpm..

                                      1)He inspect my bike
                                      2)He take a screw nd something he had done in my carburettor nd after that he had started my bike...
                                      Now the result is shocking. ...
                                      1)My bike start at ideal rpm.
                                      2)My bike mileage is also right 25-28 in 1 litre i ve check for 2 days continuously.
                                      Now i ask the outside mechanic what's the problem in my carburettor nd now bajaj brand u feel shame on urself that what nd how ur service center re making fool to customer nd cheated peoples.
                                      He said that ur carburettor is not set for which ur bike is not starting at ideal rpm...

                                      Nd i m thankful to my debit card nd the outsider mechanic.Anotherwise i will waste my money nd carburettor also now after all this i want to say to all my bikers..
                                      1)If problem is not solved in authorize services center than please visit outside mechanic(only reputed mechanic) don't allow him to open ur bike only take advice nd ask him only what's the problem is this.
                                      2)If any part o[censored]r bike will change in authorize service center than that part u ve to take out from service center because of our foolishness they will take out ur working part nd use it with other customers bike nd make money, like in my case i don't ve to leave my spark plugs airfilter.
                                      On 25 i receive a call from society motors Macraboert ganj services center in which they said to me that they will again see my bike nd please come with ur bike as soon as possible.
