Dear sir
I bought a Bajaj avanger 160 street abs at 22nd June 2019, from your authorised dealer JEET AUTOMOBILES, in sonapur West Bengal .
But the issue is they yet not provide the vehicle insurance, registration number and RC, so many time I called them visit their showroom, but they only giving dates .
Ultimately I am suffering after buying a bike from BAJAJ .
Please do the needful.

    ns 160 abs engine oil leakage within one month of purchase

    Hi, I have purchased my new Pulsar NS 160 ABS from Popular Bajaj, Porur on first week of August, 2019. After 4-5 weeks of daily travel I have faced a oil burning smell coming from my bike after my first service. While I checked my bike, I could find no oil in the Engine Oil viewer. And there is a continuous oil leakage from Head of the Engine. (Between Engine CAP and Bore)

    There is an failure in this bike while they claim...

    No rto passing even after 1 month of bike purchase, i have purchased from garve automobilles pvt ltd. Bajaj - (12752) wakad - avenger street 220-abs on 4th aug 2019 with full cash & today is 2nd sep till now no rto passing. Upon calling mr. Shravan kumar & vaibhav kore sales executive. They said we will call you & no one returned back. I have follow up as i cannot take my bike outside because of no vehicle number & rto passing.

    Please take your bike back & refund my amount, i will book from another dealer

      I would like to inform you that bajaj auto deducted rs 117 from my state bank of india account on 17th june 2019 without knowing me and without any authorization. I do not have any policy in bajaj auto. So i am confused and worried about the way they deducted my money. How does the organisation get my account details?

      It is a fraud case. I want my money back and proper clarification. Please do the needful.

        Worst service. Charged for services and parts that they did not add. Committed service in 3 days and called on 4th day stating work is done we still came on 6 th day to take the bike but bike stopped twice within 1 km drive. Now they have again kept the bike for few more days. Similar exerience last time nearly before a year. And store manager doesn't give a # about customer service. He is still not agreeing that they have given us bad service he is just saying he will provide home delivery because one of the service guy stays near our area. He has not cpnsidered the trouble we are facing due to unavailability of vehicle.

          Monday i gave my bike for service in popular bajaj service centre near vazhakala i got slipped from my avenger bike 220 cruise. So its handle was bent than he ask me to change the handle, i agreed in that and he clean chain of bike. Ask him to change its brake also that was not working properly,
          After two days i drive my bike on long route its handle was not fixed properly still its front brake not working and he charge 670 for labour charge. I want answer how much you are charging for service of bike and labour charge is 670 rs and they don't even wash my bike and asking 230 rs extra for bike wash, what exactly the cost of bike service. If i won't get solution of this i will go to consumer court and complain against your bill

            My self avnish kumar went to bajaj service center at address for paid servicing of motorcycle (Vikrant house, delhi road near shopprix mall, uttar pradesh 250004) on date 22 aug 2019.

            Details of moter cycle:
            Owner name: parul
            Registration number: up 15 ck 1783

            Problem: i mentioned in the service book/paper that there is unwanted sound in the chain of my motor cycle and request to the concern person to get remove such sound. But still there is the same sound. When i said that still it is there he replied that this sound is not serious thing and it will not cause any damage.
            I request you to look into this matter and who will responsible for damage in future.
            Feedback for service of bajaj auto: very negative and not satisfied.
            Hope: i will get immateriality respond on it.

              I am sushanta mondal last day ie 25/08/2019 that day i was servicing my two-wheeler (Bajaj pulsar150 dtsi). At the end of servicing, the machanic drive himself and then let me drive. After i drive, i say i get a soun but the machanic tells me that it is the sound of the chain. Then i came home and foun that the rear wheel did not fit bolt either side of the water gaurd. The next day when i go to the showroom and talk about this tragedy, they say that the mechanic did the job, he is on vacation. And the other day, come and put that bolt.

                Dear team,

                I have repaired my whole engine from dealer unnao but after 2 months i was facing issue like oil leakage / pickup issue / noising in engine /timing chain / clutch plate.
                I have done my complaint through mail dealer my complaint no.. Is 569537. Dealer was collected my bike and after 1 day he has handover my bike without change timing chain & clutch plate but i am facing issue of pickup and also facing whole engine sensation. Now dealer chatirbhuj motors & up divisional manageris mr. Anand dixit ji denied to repair. Whole issue is highlighted to md desk but till time i am chasing. This is worst experience of after sales service and also giving threats by mr. Anand to highlight through mail.
                This is worst & worst experience from bajaj & its people. It shows how you treat a customer and to serve customer.
                I recommend you all please dont buy bajaj bike after sales service is very very poor.
                Disgusting & ridiculous people. A employee like manager is talking like owner of company and using rough language with customer.

                This is like naam bade aur darshan chote.

                  I have given my pulsar 220 bike for service on 26th aug 2019 at 8am your service people asked me to come in the evening at 5pm but u people could not delivered my bike and from that time till next day ie 27th august 2019 ur people not at all started my bike service at all if i ask them they are saying it's our wish i[censored] want service make here or else get last they are answering me i'll definitely suggest all my neighbour friends everyone not buy bajaj auto vehicle worst fellowship

                  I have given my motorcycle for service and some complaints but the service was done and the complaints were not cleared and their staff was so arrogant and told that spare is not available. It was not informeed I[censored] want you can keep the vehicle for 15 days then they will clear it

                      I purchased a bike pulser neon 150 from Nikhil Bajaj Showroom Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
                      From first day I face many issues with bike 1. Starting problem, Heating like fire in the engine, break issues, milage and many more three times I complained in the agency and service center apart from that the first service of my bike has been completed with nessesory work like mobil oil changed but my bike's engine is still being sphere of fire, much vibrations, very much noises... If it will be resolved I will complain in consumer forum... So plz resolve al the above mentioned issues within given time...

                      I purchased a bike pulser neon 150 from Nikhil Bajaj Showroom Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

                        मैने 4 महीने पहले एक एवेंजर 180 लिया था। अभी 4 दिन पहले की बारिश में सायलेंसर के माध्यम से गाड़ी में पानी चला गया था। सर्विस सेंटर पर ले जाने के बाद मुझे बताया गया कि आपका क्लच प्लेट जल गया है जिसे बदलना होगा और उसका पेमेंट आपको करना होगा। जो भी काम उन्होंने किया और मुझे 2360/- का बिल दे दिया। 3 दिन पर गाड़ी मुझे मिली जिसमे अभी भी चलाने पर कुछ जलने की महक आ रही है।
                        मेरा पहला सवाल ये है कि क्या बाइक में पानी जाने मात्र से इतने का खर्च आ सकता है?
                        दूसरा यदि ऐसा होता है तो क्या कंपनी में ये वारंटी में नही बन सकता?
                        तीसरा क्या गाड़ी में इतना प्रॉब्लम आना चाहिए, यदि इतना ज्यादा दिक्कत आती है तो क्या ये मैन्युफैक्चरिंग प्रॉब्लम नही है?
                        पानी मे अधिकतम 5 मिनेट गाड़ी रही होगी जिससे उसकी बैटरी डिस्चार्ज हो जाने के कारण मुझे इसे 3 किलोमिटर धकेल कर ले जाना पड़ा तो मेरा निवेदन है कि इसमें किक की व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए जिससे यदि बैटरी डिस्चार्ज होती है तो किक से स्टार्ट हो जाये।

                        आपके उत्तर का इंतेजार रहेगा। और आशा भी कि मेरा खर्च रिफंड कराया जाएगा साथ ही इस तरह की मैन्युफैक्चरिंग फाल्ट के लिए उचित प्रबंध किया जाएगा जिससे पुराने कस्टमर को भी लाभ मिल सकेगा।

                          I am a customer of your company i have a avenger 220 bike but this product is worst product from your company i have a very bad feelings of this product, i have facing so many problem specially start problem since buying this product till now, it's almost 1 year over, i am not satisfied from your end. I think your distributor cheated with me, i have ride another avenger 150, 220 bike but they have no problem about that, but just for my product i am facing it, it's a horrible feelings for me while i am riding this bike on the road then after some time it's automatically start off for long time then i have to shake and push for long time for start, so many times i have missed train for emergency purpose for this cuase,
                          I had complained so many times to s s bajaj but they didn't help me.

                          That's why i am complained here that kindly do something, i don't want to used this product i[censored] want to changed then i am agreed, if i don't get satisfaction from your product then why i will use it???

                            I bought bajaj pulsar ns200. Within a year of time with driving kilometres around 3000, i realised the rear disk brake holds on the tire pretty strongly leading to heated disk brake, reduced milage, terrible load on engine and battery.

                            After once this issue started arising more frequently, i could literally feel the drag while driving or just simple moving the bike.

                            One lead to another bike's battery started to drain & being dead ultimately. I had to give my a bike a strong run-up to start it.

                            I have taken my bike through a series of servicing and fixtures from a certified service centre & retailer but could get rid of those. Spent quite a lot of bucks within a year.

                              My name is suneesh and i would like to complain or need your answer in regards to price variation of bajaj avenger 220 which i am planning to buy.
                              On the website of bajaj auto for kochi states inr 1, 04, 787,
                              The same when it comes to allepey area the rates are inr 1, 09, 000.
                              Now this allepey dealer is quoting me 1, 32, 000 on the road price. This will be including rto charges, cess and other charges that will be add on to the price.
                              However why is their a variance on the price being the same state and supplier of bajaj auto wherein the website states 1, 04, 787.
                              When i call customer care they state that the charges are low to attract customers. How can you fool a customer who wants to buy a vehicle.

                                    I would like to inform you that on ddr bajaj-auto deducted rs 117 from my sbi account on 19th aug 2019 its looks like a fraud case.

                                    Can i know the reason why you people have deducted this amount from my a/c.

                                    It is very painful to see that company like bajaj finance are deducting money from savings account without any kind of information or any consent.

                                    I have not initiated this deduction. Please take necessary action and reimburse the money. Otherwise i will take the further legal action.
