Ddr bajaj auto
Refund my 117/-. It got deducted without my knowledge to p[protected]tr this account. Since last 4yrs it's getting deducted. I have no clue. Tried to reach bajaj auto but didn't get any response. Look into this on priority. And refund my all deducted money.
Or else i have no option left than going to consumer court.

    I have purchased bajaj pulsar 150 bike. I asked dealer for trail but he dint given. I have purchased bike from bajaj dealer i have drive for 1 day i feel uncomfortable i asked dealer to i want to return bike he is saying that he will give 20 thousand less from actual prize. And he is saying that bajaj has not a policy to return the machine
    This is not fair if customers satisfaction also matter and important even i called to bajaj customer service but he also dint help me out worst service from bajaj

      I had purchased avenger 220 cc street on 24/8/2018 in siddi vinayaka bajaj center kacheguda. And completed 2 free services till today. Today i. E (17/8/19) i have given for 3rd free service they are saying that i have already completed three services. Now they rejected extra money are demanding extra money for free service. Please take serious action. Please find the attached doc for ref.

        My bike vehicle no is tn 33 bc 0634. I got paid service on 14/08/2019. I gave my vehicle at 10.30 am (I am first customer). They gave my vehicle at 7 pm. My problem whatever i told was not resolved after finishing service. And also i paid rupees 1000 for my vehicle service cost. But they didn't give bill. They gave inly cash memo. After that i check with bajaj care app my service cost is inly rupees 419 only. So please take necessary action against my complaint. I got my vehicle serviced at vennila bajaj auto punjai puliyamapatti-638459

        I have inquire for TYRE rear side of bajaj discover bike at Bajaj dealer in Kigali, Rwanda. Mr. Ajay who is incharge at dealership showroom has told us we dont have stock even other person they are selling same tyre. Currently my bike tyre i have purchased from outside local market.
        Even most of bike sold in Rwanda has same tyre size .

            Today I serviced my bike in Jay bajrang bajaj ara, Bihar. Very slow and deliberately time taking servicing by the mechanic and also not responding to my views. There is very unity at the upper level of staffs that no body can complain anything against them if it happens they will never treat you as a customer. They can do argue with you and they do not treat customers politely. One thing more to say that they take 5 stars rating forcefully.

              I sri pravat kumar bal, residing at - rourkela, dist - sundargarh, state - odisha. I purchased pulsar 150dts-1 (Abs), chasis no. Md2a11cy7krb07583, engine no. Dhyrkb86082, colour - blue, key no. 8315, service book no. 71112298, battery no. M7d9r732633 (Exide) on dtd. 04.07.2019 from rm motors, ground floor, gm mall, uditnagar, near income tax office, rourkela-769012, dist - sundargarh, odisha, code - 21.
              After one month of purchase of vehicle, rm motor, rourkela showroom called me and told me come to office immediately. I went to office and they told me that in which date i had purchased vehicle on that day same colour same vehicle had purchased by another customer and by mistakenly delivered to each other. That means i had taken other customer’s vehicle and another customer had taken my vehicle which is registered in my name.
              When the another customer came to service centre for servicing of his vehicle. The owner of the vehicle and chasis no has not matched. At that time they know all about this. I told to them if the customer will not come for six month to their servicing centre and after six month if he will come then you come to know all about this. At that time what will you have to do? Have you exchange vehicle with each other or not? They do not have any reply of that question.
              They told me to exchange that vehicle with each other. I refused them and told them that i am riding in max speed upto 45-50km/hr and maintain vehicle with proper condition with single user. The process of riding of both customers are difference. And the another customer has not maintain his vehicle in proper condition. So i did not agree to exchange the vehicle with other. I have ride 400km in which another customer has ridden 1300km in one month. The another customer have no issue to exchange vehicle because my vehicle is in new condition which is like as test drive vehicle.
              The sales manager told me that the another customer’s vehicle is in finance. They can not able to change ownership till the customer have not clear all the amount to finance. The problem is that i have paid rs. 108200/- (One lakh eight thousand two hundred) at a time. After a lot of amount to paid them i can not take others vehicle. It is clearly that after paid full amount i have not taken second hand vehicle from bajaj auto. The prop. Of that showroom mr. Mohapatra clearly mention me that change the defective parts of other vehicle with your vehicle which you need otherwise whatever you want you can do. There is no other option.
              This is not legal way to handle customer issue. So i am telling you all about it briefly. So kindly help me in this situation. Therefore i request you to take proper decision and take necessary action as soon as possible.

                Actually i have pulsar 150. When i was riding bike suddenly bike chain has cut down. Two small childrens were sitting back of me.in case if some accident occurred in this incident. How will you answer me.in case i'm driving bike in highways if the same incident held over there. I'm dead because of that incident. How will answer to my family?? I'm really very depressed of this incident. Do something to me. I'm not sure that this will happen again and again

                  I happened to visit autoden service centre at mahim west with regards to my dominar 400 and met pushpak the service associate.
                  Issue in my bike was the radiator fan was direct and my signal indicator and tail lights were not working.
                  My bike was kept under parking cover for approx four days and was not used being rough weather - raining heavily.
                  Coming to the main point which was wire of my bike were seperated due to mouse bite.
                  Pushpak checked my bike and mentioned that he has opened the entire body which is apparently under fuel tank and everywhere mouse has chewed the wire and hence the entire set needs to be changed which was approx rs 11, 000 + 3, 500 labour + relay set which was total amounting to rs 20, 000.
                  I told him not to do it and give me my bike.
                  Still he has charged me entire service charge which is approx rs 1239.
                  I mean this is disgusting.
                  I did the same work through a local mechanic where in he only had to open my pillion seat and joined two wires and my entire bike was fine.
                  Best part was he only charged me rs 100.
                  I was saved by not going through bajaj service centre which was apparently charging me 20, 000
                  Just for checking small wire issue if you would charge the customer entire service cost then wht's the point.
                  I understand that service being the main bread and butter for bajaj but you shouldn't cheat your customer.
                  If this is the moto driven by mr jamnalal bajaj and mr rajiv bajaj to cheat customer's and drive the money by not doing the required work then let us know.
                  None o[censored]s would ever like to visit service centre again.
                  I need a proper explanation as to why such cheating business is happening with bajaj.
                  Cheated, very unprofessional and unsatisfied behaviour.
                  Pathetic!!!

                    Dear concerned, we purchased a ct100 alloy from akc bajaj, civil court, shahjahanpur on 21 may 2019. Come 13th august 2019 we still haven't received the registration certificate or registration number. With the traffic police drive in u. P on the chief minister's lead, we have to bear the brunt of bajaj unprofessionalism on a daily basis being harassed.
                    The fee wasn't even submitted in the rto for 2 months. We spend 30 minutes on the phone complaining, and the unprofessional, shameless, untrained and unethical staff closes the complaint at their end without any resolution. They have arrogant staff that misbehaves and feels like they have done you a favour by answering your query and aren't obliged to tell you why they sat on the file for two months. They will behave rudely and close the complaints on their end and bajaj is taking no penal action against this staff or dealership.
                    3 months later we have no rc are being penalised by the police and noone shares the escalation process even in customer care of bajaj.
                    We need the registration number and certificate urgently.
                    Also, you need to share the escalation mechanism and contact details of responsible managers for the customers. I guess they're hired to serve the customers.
                    Mainly do share the action that can/will be taken against such a dealership.
                    Because customers aren't fools filing complaints and the local staff can sit in their cozy offices and close the complaints at their whim and desire without any resolution and be smug about it.
                    This is total mental harassment of the customer and should invite legal action.

                      Bajaj dealer in kigali, rwanda doesn't provide proper services to customers and they don't give any free service to customers while tvs dealer gives all free services like we get it in india. Even bajaj dealer mr. Ajay speaks very rude languages when we ask about any spares or tyres. Even bajaj dealer has no tyres for bajaj boxer 150 cc. Service is totally bad here in bajaj dealer.

                          Labour charge for boxer two wheeler has been charged high.
                          When i was asked for an explanation, manager was not ready to answer my questions and treated me badly.

                          Money is hard earned. And i need answer for each and every rupee collected from me. And its branch responsibilty to clarify customer's question.

                          But they have failed to it. I feel that i have been cheated by charging more for service. I doubt the same is done to all customers.

                            My vehicle was given to ttk motors panruti (Bajaj delaer) for regualr service and few other complaints. But on return the vehicle condition was bad than before the service and when i went to register my complaint the manager was rude and did not entertain my complaint or provide me a solution. Inturn the manager also asked me to get it repaired from outside which he is not right in saying. I purchased the vehicle from bajaj and its their liability to get this serviced as per the cost applicable. Moreover i had complanit about the lights and horn which is not working and the spare parts is yet to be changed. I am at the risk of driving my vehcile withour lights and horn. My service center and its manager are not understanding thsi and behaving rude as i did not purchase the vehicle from the, such rude behavior of ttk motors towards its loyal customers should be dealt by bajaj.

                              The bike is giving starting battery problem. I purchased the bike on 19th august 2018 my bike is pulsar 150 twin disc and till now i showed and complained to the nearest bajaj showroom (Wasan bajaj jay bhavani road, nashik road, nashik. They are not telling what is the actual problem occuring this is the 6th time. I already complained to the showroom but the showroom is also ignoring they do something and it does not give problem till 2months and the same problem occurs again and again. They firstly said there is battery problem i changed the battery. After 2 months again the same problem occurred. Again i showed in showroom they said there is problem in alternator i changed the alternator. Again after 2 months there is the same problem. I am frustrated now please see this as soon as possible

                                I bought a new platina 100cc bike in april 2019... But it doesn't give a proper mileage... My bike mileage is only40-45 kms... Till now only 2 free service has been done... I already complained to the bajaj showroom on service but they didn't done any proper service... I had wasted my money only... At least i need to change my bike for free... Please do the needful

                                  Hi,
                                  Recently i gave my bike for servicing in varun bajaj kondapur, hyderabad. I had clearly shown them the location and the problem. Major were frame bolt was broken cause of which stand came down and it was touching ground most of the time & then oil leakage from front shock. And he took the note as procedure. And he told these are major services and will take around 2 days (From thursday morning to sat evening) for which i did not ask them to do it in hurry and i agreed for the time they told. Before this i waited for 2 days (From tuesdat to thursday) as somebody from that office told that they are in training till wednesday and i did not want to give it to abhinandan bajaj (Tolichowki) again cause of bad experience last time.
                                  But this time i got the worst experience as the issue they dint even check and when i took my bike after payment the frame was still moving, bolts were not there which pissed me off after waiting for 2 days. After lot of arguement i had to leave bike again for 2 days and had to travel for 2 more days by cabs which is actually costly.
                                  I am really annoyed with the services i got last 2 times and things are getting worst. I am not sure its the problem with bajaj services that you dont follow the feedback or complaints or its the problem with hyderabad bajaj centres.
                                  Whatever the case is, i am sending this mail hoping for proper action to be taken as i got too much trouble this time.
                                  I have attached the images for feedback form which i changed after finding the blunder they made.
                                  And other 2 images are of the new bolt which they installed which is much smaller in size than the actual bolt which will break much earlier than the original bolt. Cause this bike has very less clearance and it keep on hitting speed breakers or potholes.
                                  I complained to bajaj also many times but no actions been taken so far.
                                  Hope for positive action.

                                  You think I dint try for your customer support.Before posting here i tried your customer services for 10 days. Check request ID ISR562494. I called many times and when i checked my complaint was taken as feedback and not as a complaints. I am very much disappointed and annoyed. I want your proper action to be taken and not taking it as just a feedback(Similar incidence happned in abhinandan bajaj also which i mentioned in mail.

                                    Few days back, i have had discovered on my monthly bank statement of an unknown transaction. I realized it was unauthorized or an illegally debited amount from some 'bajaj auto'

                                    Heard from my friends circle regarding the same thing had happened to them as well!

                                    I had complained the same on this forum for "bajaj auto" company. There has been no reply till now. It has been more than 3 days.

                                    Sir respected my bike pulsur 150 agency situated safipur unnao not given my r/c buy 2 months ago please help us..
                                    Till now no reply to my complaint regarding the unauthorized auto-debit of Rs.117/-

                                    I kindly request the concerned people to look into this complaint and resolve it immediately by crediting back the same amount.

                                      Sir mene 2 mahine pehle neon model ki pulsar 150 goutam agency sihora distt jabalpur se purchase ki thi... Usme pehle se hi chain cover m se khadkhadane ki awaj a rahi h or break lagane par chu chu ki awaj ati h. Iske alawa bike pickup bhi nhi banati h... Is baare m mene first servicing m inform bhi kiya lekin wo problem resolve nhi hui or badhti hi ja rahi h...

                                        My father has purchased vehicle (Scooter) from amin automobiles in october-2001. The loan is repaid in one year. However, he has not got no objection certificate to change details in rto book of scooter.
