Sir,
this is to bring to your notice that, i bought my bajaj platina 110cbs from janapriya auto centre(asc code- 29425)( address :- kumarpur, haldia, p.S.-bhabanipur, purbanipur- 721654, westbengal). I bought my bike on 15th april 2019 and total distance covered by my bike is 2100km till date.
My bike has a problem but janapriya auto centre is not solving it.
The details of the problem are jotted down as the following:-
1. There is a sound coming from the engine after riding 100kms.
2. I took the bike to janapriya auto centre, they said after sometime the sound in the engine will be gone.
3. After first servicing in 500kms the sound was till there but i was said by janapriya auto centre, that the sound from engine will be gone after riding some more distance.
4.A day after first service i went to the janapriya auto centre, and they opened the engine and said everything is okay.
6.But sadly the the unrequired sound was still there, i took the bike to them again, they opened the engine for 2nd time and after that said its okay.
7. The bike was taken by them to sovan bajaj(tamluk, purba medinipur, westbengal), but the problem is still unsolved.
8. It deeply saden me to say that janapriya auto centre, lacks skilled technician. They have very little knowledge.
9. After all this now janapriya auto centre, is saying me to talk with bajaj company since it is their bike.
10. The behavior which they show to their customers is also not good.
Sir, myself sk niyamat hosen( mob no:-[protected]). I am a technician with a work experience of 30yrs, and i am a bajaj bike rider for almost 35yrs. And from my experience i can say that there is a defect in my bike(bajaj platina 110cbs).
It is my humble request to please look into the matter and take some steps against janapriya auto centre, so that they can repair my bike properly.

Bajaj Auto customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
But As per my experience they have extra charge to me
As well Their behavior was nt good
And I am not satisfied with Charges Vandana bajaj Raipur have charge to me
And their staff was also not Able to how to talk to customer
They remark Yaha kyu late ho
