Bajaj paras srinagar has recieved my vehicle for service under warranty. And the said authorized service station is denying to deliver back the same fresh vehicle for the same/concecative next day due to poor services.
I am asking you aim i have purchased bajaj v15 for your workshop display.
And why you sold deffected vehicle to me??

    Dear sir,

    I am a regular customer of your m/s supreme auto dealers (P) ltd for the last 15-20 years and regularly servicing my bike at your authorised service station at balmatta rd (Near mandovi motors). Recently i. E on 01.07.2019 i took my subject bike for servicing with a complaint of oil leaking near engine. Later they have informed me that gasket and cam shaft to be replaced for which i said ok. I also specifically told them that, there is obsoletely no problem in engine running and requested not to disturb any other thing except for general check up of brake, chain, and oil level etc.

    Evening they have informed me that vehicle is ready and accordingly i have collected my bike after making payment. (Bill attached).

    But on going back i experience lack of pulling. I am forced to select 2nd gear in stead of 4th gear which normally sufficient to ride. Again i reported this to supreme motors on 03.07.2019 and left the vehicle at their disposal. At evening when i contacted the service station, it is informed that bike is ok and on enquiry they have told me that there was some problem in valve setting and same is since corrected and bike is ok. Hence i collected my bike and there was no problem on that day.

    However today (05.07.2019) when i am coming to office from my home, bike suddenly start giving mild jurk near aj hospital and there after engine stopped running. I tried to start again but could not succeed. Finally i pushed the bike for some distance and parked near one grocery shop and caught auto and reported the same to supreme motors. They have told me that they will pick up the bike and look in to the fault.

    Sir, this is not the first time happening.in previous occasion too, i had experienced the similar problem and i was forced to push the bike nearly 1 km and handed over the bike to service station. This too happened in very next day of servicing my bike at your above said service station.

    I am severely hurt by this type of service due which i have gone under lot of physical as well as mental disturbances and i have no other option except expressing my grievances to your notice.

    I hope you will look in to the matter and inform me the action taken by you in the above matter.

    I had service my Pulser my bike with Vandana bajaj auto Raipur
    But As per my experience they have extra charge to me

    Today i came for my V15 bike service.. Poor customer service, not satisfied.. Too much of amount collected..worst response from customer launge.. I never had an such experience.

      wiring harness fault of dominar 400

      Dominar 400 wiring harness, have not run more than 1.5 years facing serious issue with headlight, horn, brake light and indicator, s as they are non-functioning, fuse have been replaced thrice but its going on blowing. Have showed bajaj authorised service center in ghaziabad, up. But even they are unable to sort out my issue. Its a premium bike and is suppose to have some reliability, faulty parts, pdi is a joke....

      My bike has been with servicing center since 1 and half month and they are still no giving any reply on what is happening with my bike. I called them many times and even gone to service center many times but those guys were not responding to anything. There is no other service center near by. I'm stuck here dont know what to do. I complained many times to bajaj service help line but that is also not helping. I'm very frustrated with the bajaj service centers.

        Purchased the bajaj dominar 2019 from raj bajaj (Navi mumbai) in may, 2019. Right from day 1, there has been an alignment issue with the bike. The bike steers towards the right when both the hands are taken off while riding, whereas it should ride in a straight line. When the complaint was submitted to the company call center, they asked me to leave the bike at the service center for 5 days. After 5 days, when the bike was collected, to my surprise, it was run for 300 kms (Which the service center mentioned that it was run by multiple people to check the issue) but the issue wasn't resolved. What is the point of purchasing a bike worth 2.20lacs when the after sales service provided is so shoddy.
        I will now be escalating this matter to the consumer court.

          I have purchased Bajaj Platina 100 Motorcycle having Engine No-DZUBUJ***** & Chassis No-MD2DDDZZZUP***** form M/s DADA Motors, Shakti Nagar, Basti Jodhewal, Ludhiana Jan-2012 by paying Cash amounting to Rs 44800/-. From the first day of purchase this Bajaj Platina 100 Motorcycle gives me lot of problems. It gives me a mileage of just 40-45km per liter on highway. The pickup of the bike is very very poor. I feel lot of vibration even on the speed of 50km/hour. This bike cannot run more than the speed of 70km/ hour. The ride as well as co ride feel lot of sound, un comfortless, jerks & vibrations even on the speed of 50km/hour. The engine fully die if two persons ride on this bike
          I complaint lot of times to the Service center regarding the problem of pickup, mileage & vibrations. Several parts have been changed by them from the purchase to till date. You’re Mechanics /Technician also made their extreme efforts to resolve these problems, but they always failed. They suggested that there are several manufacturing defects in all the Bajaj Platina 100 Motorcycle. They also suggested me to buy any other motorcycle.
          Now I have bought new TVS Victor (110CC) from ludhiana. I am surprised to see the performance of TVS Victor. The ride quality is very very comfortable. There is no vibration, sound even on the speed of 90km/hours. I have realized first time that the motorcycle can run on speed o f 90km/hour without any vibration. More over it gives me a mileage of 60-62km/ liter even on the speed of 80km-90km/hour. From the date of purchase I have neither run you Bajaj Platina, even my family members are also preferred to ride on TVS Victor. This bike has been normally climbed to the hills of Dharamshal & Macleodganj (High Hills of Himachal Pradesh) with two persons & luggage also.
          Bajaj have a good name in the automobile industries, these types o[censored]nsatisfaction spoiled the goodwill of your company I shall never buy any vehicle from bajaj nor suggest anyone to buy the vehicles of Bajaj. So by this complaint I wants to highlight the shortcoming of your Platina motorcycle & further necessary action at your end please. You are requested to look the matter seriously & take further necessary action for the satisfaction of customers. Copy of the Invoice for the purchase of this motorcycle has been attached herewith

            I Ravish kumar singh i bout Bajaj discover 125 cc that price 57860 i was down payment 21200 but give 25000 he debit advance emi that advance emi right now that is advance so looking 21200 rs bajaj auto approve 52000 i have required only 36000 he approve more amount i give already 13 emi 13*13= 36218 rs my interest rate 14.3% after interest want settlement but he calculate 52000 his price total price 73000 why i give more many time i complain but not response regarding he give always refer another people right now not do rembures i want statement he told 30000 required than statement.please solve this problem i toll i will going legal option he told go. i attach my bill he not response good like i am beger.

            not responce my complain please solove my problem i paid 2787*14 emi=39018+21200 down payment total amount paid 60018 rs my bike price-57686 his interest rate 14.1% so settlement if he want require money ya refound money i have require 36000rs loan but he approve- 52000rs
            give detail below.
            Down Payment -21200rs
            36000*141%=5076
            36000+5076=41000rs i paid 3918 rest amount i want pay and settlement
            thanks
            total emi paid 2787*14=39018
            My bike price -57686
            His interest rate 14.1%

              I gave my bike for service at bajaj service centre in pondicherry. While the time of leaving the bike my bike was good at the time of giving for service but later after the delivery im facing lots of issues with bike and the service centre is not at all responding me and they just looted my money in the name of service.

              my bike is totally damaged by the service centre people and im helpless now.
              i want bajaj service centre to refund the whole money i paid for the service
              and i want them to fix all the issue made by them.

              i want my bike in a very very good condition and i will not pay even a single rupe e for the repairs further.

                Vehicle delivered still registration book not received when checked found that registration is the name of poornima b bhosle and vehicle category is reflecting as activa instead of bajaj plusar 150 found about the issue while renewing the insurance and have been following up with the dealer since last 10 months were dealer has accepted the mistake but has not resolved there mistake or provided solution dealer name gurunanak motors of airoli navi opp railway station mumbai.

                  Bajaj has been dissapointing me since i have bought my bike. It has the worst built quality bikes. Within 6 months i've had a clutch issue which had been changed by the company, broken indicator without any accidents and now apparently a battery issue. Looks like their business is for cheap bikes and not quality ones. Don't buy bajaj bikes. They are not worth the money

                    this is to bring to your notice that, i bought my bajaj platina 110cbs from janapriya auto centre(asc code- 29425)( address :- kumarpur, haldia, p.S.-bhabanipur, purbanipur- 721654, westbengal). I bought my bike on 15th april 2019 and total distance covered by my bike is 2100km till date.
                    My bike has a problem but janapriya auto centre is not solving it.
                    The details of the problem are jotted down as the following:-
                    1. There is a sound coming from the engine after riding 100kms.
                    2. I took the bike to janapriya auto centre, they said after sometime the sound in the engine will be gone.
                    3. After first servicing in 500kms the sound was till there but i was said by janapriya auto centre, that the sound from engine will be gone after riding some more distance.
                    4.A day after first service i went to the janapriya auto centre, and they opened the engine and said everything is okay.
                    6.But sadly the the unrequired sound was still there, i took the bike to them again, they opened the engine for 2nd time and after that said its okay.
                    7. The bike was taken by them to sovan bajaj(tamluk, purba medinipur, westbengal), but the problem is still unsolved.
                    8. It deeply saden me to say that janapriya auto centre, lacks skilled technician. They have very little knowledge.
                    9. After all this now janapriya auto centre, is saying me to talk with bajaj company since it is their bike.
                    10. The behavior which they show to their customers is also not good.
                    Sir, myself sk niyamat hosen( mob no:-[protected]). I am a technician with a work experience of 30yrs, and i am a bajaj bike rider for almost 35yrs. And from my experience i can say that there is a defect in my bike(bajaj platina 110cbs).
                    It is my humble request to please look into the matter and take some steps against janapriya auto centre, so that they can repair my bike properly.

                      Iam ajithkumar here that iam one of the customer of bajaj pallava motors chengalpattu. There was engine problem in my bike pulsar ns 200 (Tapnut noise sound) i have raised the complaint many times in that showroom but they were answering very cool that was regular complaint in all bikes mr guru was a service manager he was answering very cool and service was very poor and bad and they were not listening to customer problem and they were charging for free service also up-to 700-1000rupees and the concern should be cleared lively if you were not taken any action on this i am will be going for a consumer court.

                        Iam ajith kumar iam one of the customer of bajaj. As i left my bike for 2nd service, i had problem in my bike in engine area (Tapnut noise sound) i have informed to sevice manager mr guru (Pallava motors chengalpattu) but he is not taking as a serious problem but iam facing problem for last 4 months and they were answering very cool and the service was very bad and poor but they were charging for free service from 700 to 10000 they were not working properly and the concern should be cleared lively in front of me lively if you were taken it seriously they will face very big problem or else i will go consumer court.

                            Don't have any requirement to use for any purchase.
                            Why have i been charged rs. 6400/- as card inactive fees which is debited directly from my savings account without my consent.
                            Do you want me to use this card even if i don't have any requirement as present allready installament complet nov-2018 amount deduct upto jun-2019 then again rs 2000/- penelty fees please closed my installement account & refund my amout. And noc not coming
                            Four times called on customer care number but didn't connect.
                            This is a unethical act which is not expected from a big company like bajaj finserv.
                            I am loosing my faith on this company.
                            Please reverse the amount as soon as possible.

                              मेरी बाइक के पिछले शॉकर खराब हो गए है । मैं 2 बार एजंसी जा चुका हूं । उन्होंने कुछ नही किया ।

                                I'm prasanth, i have purchased bajaj avenger street 150 before 2 years now it have runned 37, 500 kms. I have maintaining a well service record.

                                My problem is now i have engine noise in my avenger street 150, regularly i am servicing at "adithya bajaj service center, coimbatore"

                                Now i've visited there and serviced (Regular service) they are saying you have a engine problem and you have to pay around rs.7000/- for only engine service.

                                My question is, i have a engine warranty and why i want to pay some much of money for engine service.

                                Kindly replace the engine or repair it with no cost immediately to avoid such things.

                                  I have actually cancelled my Bajaj Auto Loan, Here is my account no is 403ZBTEE077026. Before I cancel my loan the hypothecation was processed. But I want my NOC to be cleared. I haven't got proper response from Sales team. Could any of your team help me to get the NOC.

                                    Sir i have bajaj pulsar 150. I give to service in bajaj showroom in a avinashi, tiruppur district tamilnadu, there was engine oil changed and water washed. They billed 2200 but not done i saying works. Then they treat very worst, my bike was suddenly down from jockey by mechanic, but i think he don't know mechanic work. Plz take action on my complaint and warn them....
