I have holded many times by traffic police and is not able to take it on road. I took an auto MH 02 VA 9790 from Nitin junction thane west to Asian Paints office Vakola Santacruz east. The normal fare everyday is within 325rs to 350rs even in extreme traffic condition.

In this regards I have complaint to https://www.consumercomplaints.in and sbi customer care also. But no response has been received till date. Request refund my amount at the earliest. Failing in which I will take further necessary action...
