Dear team,

I have purchased bajaj platina bike dated 06.06.2019 from amba bajaj ltd. Sriganganagar (Raj.) i was observed that there is some problem in front wheel and bike was not running smoothly

And observed that it may be manufacturing defect in front wheel (Band in front wheel). I was visited the amba bajaj sriganganagar dated 01.07.2019 for resolve the problem facing and also for

Service which will be due in some days. Problem was noted down by attender on job card and bike was proceed through service procedure, but problem of wheel was not even listen by the

Staff. After requesting again and again one emp. Tried to find out the problem and finally he said that there is manufacturing defect in front wheel (As per him wheel was bubbled in left-right)

And suggested to meet with service manager. But the service manager was not ready to even listen the problem and sit in his own attitude. He was clearly denied and told me that the wheel is

Not comes under the warranty part even there is any kind of manufacturing defect and taken the things very casually. As per him i have to pay insurance file charges and he will process for

Insurance claim without accidental damage. As per me wrong insurance claim was not a right way when there was no any accidental damage occurred.

I have raised complain no. Isr545631 on [protected] dated 01.07.2018 & 16:20, but no one can worried to resolve my problem and complain was closed by their end only.

Now request you to please look into the matter and arrange to check my bike from different auth. Dealer either the band was occurred due to accident or there is any manufacturing defect.

So solution can provide earlier.

Alloy wheel was changed under warranty by dealer after complain raised.
When alloy wheel could be change in warranty why not changed in first instance..

Need action report taken by company against Service manager.

    My EMI deduction date was 6th July 2019, the EMI had bounce due to some problem. Now today a I want to repay my EMI, so I give a missed call at "[protected]" so that I can can I know the amount which I need to pay.

    They sent me this message-
    "Thank you for contacting BFL. Your Loan No L2ADUR04811411, Jul'19 EMI status is BOUNCED. Current overdues Rs. 6724 (EMI Dues Rs.5072+ Penal charges Rs.1652), Foreclosure amount is Rs.35986.02 (valid till 31-Jul-2019). Click https://bit.ly/2uSHH8H to pay the dues."

    I cannot understand that why in just 10 days I am being charged Rs.1652 penalty charge?
    I checked the website of Bajaj auto finance, and I saw this there--

    "If your presented installment is dishonored or bounced, you will be charged Rs.531 per bounce (Applicable for loans disbursed w.e.f. 1st Aug 2017) and Rs.413 per bounce for loans disbursed prior to 1st Aug 2017. Also, if the outstanding dues are not paid within the same month then 3% Late Payment Penalty (Plus applicable GST) will be charged on the outstanding installment dues per month."

      Service center not work as per general guidelines as per desided by bajaj auto,
      Service center not check spares and parts as per bajaj parameter desided as per running kms, he just check when its create major problem, and customer have to change whole elements due to one minor problems,
      If we have submit online complain on bajaj customer service center so same request he will forward to dealer only, but never resolve any complain on that
      Not any authorized person to notify that issue and never check and control on quality for bajaj service center,

        I was bajaj platina 100 comferteck bike purches november 2018. And i was copleting all services on time and according to distance prescribe by company. So bike are also under warrenty and gives black fogg. And when i go yo complain about this tha service centre of bajaj demanding extra charges for it. Service centre is bajaj swadeshi rama road delhi. So please take immidiate action and do all things which are in my favour. Otherwise i take further action

        Pulsar 200ns I bought at 2018 after taken one month the clutch plates was gone and after two self motor noise and now the tyre air bubble and battery problem what the Bajaj was making this type of cheap quality products

          Few months before I was given 2nd
          Free service for my pulsur bike in bajaj service in Anna Nagar. After I received my bike, dome light brightness was reduced. That time I was not able to realized because it was daytime. I realized in night time that my bike's brightness was very low. Actually they(Service center person) changed the dome light. It was very poor. I'm not having time to go directly to the Centre for complaining this issue. So hereafter I have decided no to go with bajaj showrooms. They are stealers. Customer satisfaction is very worst.
          I bought my bike one year before in Anna Nagar bajaj Showroom itself.

            Sir/madam
            I hv purchase bajaj avenger 220 cruise 18/7/2018. And my chasis no. Is md2a22ey9jca24903.. The problem is it's battery is created twice one in last 6monts ago and secondly yesterday. So i'm in last free service today at vinyak bajaj service centr varanasi canttonment branch. Please change it, bike is under guarantee. And milage check machine is not working since last one yr.
            In ur service centre vinyak. No one even the owner is not also interested to repair this machine. How the service centre is running without this machine. This is ur bajaj
            Company is in ashamed.

              I have given my bike for accidental repair. Was reported that the job will be done in 10 days. Still hasn't been resolved (1.5 months). Every time they give one excuse or the other. The bike has been submitted to mayur auto pvt. Ltd (Dehradun) under the name of pranav singh.

                  Last 1st july heavy rain in mumbai and water storage entire area, my bike was flood and i submited bike at bajaj service center ghatkopar, they have given 33k value estimate for new bike, hardly 3 months are completed for bike.
                  I realy doubt for new bike is this charge its realy new bike and sold me old bike.
                  I the guy who attend me mr. Siddhesh are denied for insurance claim, he is bajaj service provider or insurance guys without inspection of my bike he given lots of amount bill which is 33k, in that much price will buy new engine for my bike, this is ridicules service from bajaj service center. Need proper justification about all parts and correct information about my bike.
                  Service center people are spoiling the name of bajaj. Need some strong action about like those persons.

                  3 Month ago bought new bike and just for one incident Bajaj service center not supporting, this is very bad service from bajaj guys.original part suppose to be not damage due to heavy rain, bike is under water 2-3 hrs and never run after incident direct submitted to service center for clearance. and they said 33k value for repair charges. which is not acceptable.

                    I purchased Pulsar NS 160 on 14th Jan 2019, did 1st and 2nd servicing, everything was good.
                    Just 2 days after 3rd servicing, the engine was getting too much heat and also a lot of noise coming out of the engine.
                    The service personal said it is normal, but how it is normal in just 6000 KM.
                    There was also oil leakage from the engine head, so I asked the service personal to fix this.
                    I had to go there twice in 2 weeks but the oil leakage was still there.
                    So decided to go the Deccan Bajaj Showroom, Ranigunj there they changed the oil seal and did the paid servicing (4th servicing) of my bike at 9000 KM.
                    In the same day of delivery after servicing, the engine noise was still the same which is really giving me too much irritation.

                    I need this noise issue to be fixed by them.

                      complaint regarding fog on headlight

                      I'm a long time customer of bajaj, and I recently purchased dominor 2019 model merely 45 days from pioneer bajaj, trivandrum kerala. Nowadays it has some problem that fog is appeared on headlight and I approached several times bajaj authorized service centre regarding this issue but their response made me disappointed. They stating that all dominor have the same issue and moreover there is no provision to replace it. And I'm not satisfied...

                        Dear sir,

                        I am a regular customer of your m/s supreme auto dealers (P) ltd for the last 15-20 years and regularly servicing my bike at your authorised service station at balmatta rd (Near mandovi motors). Recently i. E on 01.07.2019 i took my subject bike for servicing with a complaint of oil leaking near engine. Later they have informed me that gasket and cam shaft to be replaced for which i said ok. I also specifically told them that, there is obsoletely no problem in engine running and requested not to disturb any other thing except for general check up of brake, chain, and oil level etc.

                        Evening they have informed me that vehicle is ready and accordingly i have collected my bike after making payment. (Bill attached).

                        But on going back i experience lack of pulling. I am forced to select 2nd gear in stead of 4th gear which normally sufficient to ride. Again i reported this to supreme motors on 03.07.2019 and left the vehicle at their disposal. At evening when i contacted the service station, it is informed that bike is ok and on enquiry they have told me that there was some problem in valve setting and same is since corrected and bike is ok. Hence i collected my bike and there was no problem on that day.

                        However today (05.07.2019) when i am coming to office from my home, bike suddenly start giving mild jurk near aj hospital and there after engine stopped running. I tried to start again but could not succeed. Finally i pushed the bike for some distance and parked near one grocery shop and caught auto and reported the same to supreme motors. They have told me that they will pick up the bike and look in to the fault.

                        Sir, this is not the first time happening.in previous occasion too, i had experienced the similar problem and i was forced to push the bike nearly 1 km and handed over the bike to service station. This too happened in very next day of servicing my bike at your above said service station.

                        I am severely hurt by this type of service due which i have gone under lot of physical as well as mental disturbances and i have no other option except expressing my grievances to your notice.

                        I hope you will look in to the matter and inform me the action taken by you in the above matter.

                          wiring harness fault of dominar 400

                          Dominar 400 wiring harness, have not run more than 1.5 years facing serious issue with headlight, horn, brake light and indicator, s as they are non-functioning, fuse have been replaced thrice but its going on blowing. Have showed bajaj authorised service center in ghaziabad, up. But even they are unable to sort out my issue. Its a premium bike and is suppose to have some reliability, faulty parts, pdi is a joke....

                          My bike has been with servicing center since 1 and half month and they are still no giving any reply on what is happening with my bike. I called them many times and even gone to service center many times but those guys were not responding to anything. There is no other service center near by. I'm stuck here dont know what to do. I complained many times to bajaj service help line but that is also not helping. I'm very frustrated with the bajaj service centers.

                            Purchased the bajaj dominar 2019 from raj bajaj (Navi mumbai) in may, 2019. Right from day 1, there has been an alignment issue with the bike. The bike steers towards the right when both the hands are taken off while riding, whereas it should ride in a straight line. When the complaint was submitted to the company call center, they asked me to leave the bike at the service center for 5 days. After 5 days, when the bike was collected, to my surprise, it was run for 300 kms (Which the service center mentioned that it was run by multiple people to check the issue) but the issue wasn't resolved. What is the point of purchasing a bike worth 2.20lacs when the after sales service provided is so shoddy.
                            I will now be escalating this matter to the consumer court.

                            I don't have any loan from your company.

                            Can i know why this transaction has been made without my knowledge and purpose of it?

                              I have purchased Bajaj Platina 100 Motorcycle having Engine No-DZUBUJ***** & Chassis No-MD2DDDZZZUP***** form M/s DADA Motors, Shakti Nagar, Basti Jodhewal, Ludhiana Jan-2012 by paying Cash amounting to Rs 44800/-. From the first day of purchase this Bajaj Platina 100 Motorcycle gives me lot of problems. It gives me a mileage of just 40-45km per liter on highway. The pickup of the bike is very very poor. I feel lot of vibration even on the speed of 50km/hour. This bike cannot run more than the speed of 70km/ hour. The ride as well as co ride feel lot of sound, un comfortless, jerks & vibrations even on the speed of 50km/hour. The engine fully die if two persons ride on this bike
                              I complaint lot of times to the Service center regarding the problem of pickup, mileage & vibrations. Several parts have been changed by them from the purchase to till date. You’re Mechanics /Technician also made their extreme efforts to resolve these problems, but they always failed. They suggested that there are several manufacturing defects in all the Bajaj Platina 100 Motorcycle. They also suggested me to buy any other motorcycle.
                              Now I have bought new TVS Victor (110CC) from ludhiana. I am surprised to see the performance of TVS Victor. The ride quality is very very comfortable. There is no vibration, sound even on the speed of 90km/hours. I have realized first time that the motorcycle can run on speed o f 90km/hour without any vibration. More over it gives me a mileage of 60-62km/ liter even on the speed of 80km-90km/hour. From the date of purchase I have neither run you Bajaj Platina, even my family members are also preferred to ride on TVS Victor. This bike has been normally climbed to the hills of Dharamshal & Macleodganj (High Hills of Himachal Pradesh) with two persons & luggage also.
                              Bajaj have a good name in the automobile industries, these types o[censored]nsatisfaction spoiled the goodwill of your company I shall never buy any vehicle from bajaj nor suggest anyone to buy the vehicles of Bajaj. So by this complaint I wants to highlight the shortcoming of your Platina motorcycle & further necessary action at your end please. You are requested to look the matter seriously & take further necessary action for the satisfaction of customers. Copy of the Invoice for the purchase of this motorcycle has been attached herewith

                                I Ravish kumar singh i bout Bajaj discover 125 cc that price 57860 i was down payment 21200 but give 25000 he debit advance emi that advance emi right now that is advance so looking 21200 rs bajaj auto approve 52000 i have required only 36000 he approve more amount i give already 13 emi 13*13= 36218 rs my interest rate 14.3% after interest want settlement but he calculate 52000 his price total price 73000 why i give more many time i complain but not response regarding he give always refer another people right now not do rembures i want statement he told 30000 required than statement.please solve this problem i toll i will going legal option he told go. i attach my bill he not response good like i am beger.

                                Total price- 57860rs
                                advance- 21200rs
                                Total paid amount-57400
                                emi -2786*13=36400

                                not responce my complain please solove my problem i paid 2787*14 emi=39018+21200 down payment total amount paid 60018 rs my bike price-57686 his interest rate 14.1% so settlement if he want require money ya refound money i have require 36000rs loan but he approve- 52000rs

                                Down Payment -21200rs
                                36000*141%=5076
                                36000+5076=41000rs i paid 3918 rest amount i want pay and settlement

                                  I just left my bike for service in bajaj but they didn't do the service properly and they charged me 3.5k very disappointed and i'm in a loss and i want bajaj to do the service and i will not pay any amount further. Very worst kind of people they just looting people money.

                                  I gave my bike for service at bajaj service centre in pondicherry. While the time of leaving the bike my bike was good at the time of giving for service but later after the delivery im facing lots of issues with bike and the service centre is not at all responding me and they just looted my money in the name of service.

                                  my bike is totally damaged by the service centre people and im helpless now.
                                  i want bajaj service centre to refund the whole money i paid for the service
                                  and i want them to fix all the issue made by them.

                                  i want my bike in a very very good condition and i will not pay even a single rupe e for the repairs further.

                                    Vehicle delivered still registration book not received when checked found that registration is the name of poornima b bhosle and vehicle category is reflecting as activa instead of bajaj plusar 150 found about the issue while renewing the insurance and have been following up with the dealer since last 10 months were dealer has accepted the mistake but has not resolved there mistake or provided solution dealer name gurunanak motors of airoli navi opp railway station mumbai.
