Dear sir/Ma'am,
I the owner of Bajaj Avenger Cruise purchased from authorised deale, r Nagpal towers Barielly road Haldwani, 263139, Distt.-Nainital, Uttarakhand. on[protected], having registration no.- UK04Z8120. and my contact no. is [protected].
On my final free service the dealer found the manufaturing fault in my bike related to one way clutch assembly including gear starter. On[protected] they assured me that the part has been ordered and they will change in future when part is available.
Since then the dealer keep on telling that the parts are not available with them it is being now more then 1 month they have not taken any response.
Also I had made several times customer care calls (reference no. ISR-503377, ISR-507148) these are the reference number provided to me but still no calls has been made by the company to give me assistance, also the number provided to me by customer care([protected]) is not in working anymore.
Such type of service made me a compulsion to write this mail to company for a proof that the company is not responding and the product(Avenger 220 Cruise) is a faulty product and company is liable for the same under the legal proceedings related to consumer act. The case is heard by the consumer forum if no action or assistance is provided in the appropriate timing(within a week).
