I purchased avengers 220 street from Gurunanak motors on 24 Nov 2018. After 1-1.5 months I got bike Registration number from him in sms by taking daily follow up of process but I didn't get any system generated sms from RTO regarding any process so I informed him about this, then he said sometimes we didn't receive. After 2 month when I didn't receive RC book then I checked my registration number given by him on MParivan app then i found that this number is faulty. till now date he is not doing registration of my bike and shut his shop completely. He is available on mobile but everytime giving me false commitment.
It's about 5 months I bought bike but I am not able to ride because of this registration number.
Please help me in this matter.

I paid all tax amount for my bike to Salasar Bajaj, bhiwandi on 27/05/2019 but still my Tax Payment is not done through this showroom. So that I don't get yac receipt and vehicle registration number. Please help me for this.

    I had purchased bajaj palsar150 in march 18. Today i went rukmani bajaj for 3rd free service of bike and they declined that its expired. But earlier when i asked them that can i do service of bike in next month they said it will be ok, will do. Today when i visited the receptionist person behave very rudely and said 'jisse baat kri thi uske paas jao'. I had 3 bajaj bikes, but i never disappointed with the services of bajaj. The experience of today's made all the perception regarding bajaj services went down. Expecting revert and the service which i deserved.

      I have purchased NS-200 on 20th february 2019, i am having issue of sudden drop in speed, the vehicle suddenly drops speed & jerks & please advice if this happens while I am overtaking some other vehicle & am tailed by another vehicle at the same speed what is my fate, in spite of visiting service centre 6 times, my problem was not solved, today they say there was an issue in carburetor, which is solved but cannot give us evidence of changing the defective parts & I am sure the service people will deny all this & now with such bad experience I an not confident if NS-200 is a road fit vehicle as there are many other similar complaints hence I have not taken the delivery & after the 5th visit the service engineers had not fixed the fuel pipe properly which resulted in fuel seepage leading to wash off the paint on the belly pan, why is the dealers not ready take up the issue with the manufacturer & more over we have seen reputed companies calling back defective vehicles if the vehicle is not road fit

        I purchased vikrant bike from your delar bharti bajaj located at kharghar in january first they give me wrong astimat after discussion i settled & applied for my bike number on first week of march still i don't get my bike number or rc book. Every day i contact to show room always they give me new excuses.
        I request to bajaj auto please help otherwise i have to stop my bike emi & return bike to show room. I want my money back which i have paid in advance & also my two emi which i paid i will go for other company bike.

          Dear sir/Ma'am,
          I the owner of Bajaj Avenger Cruise purchased from authorised deale, r Nagpal towers Barielly road Haldwani, 263139, Distt.-Nainital, Uttarakhand. on[protected], having registration no.- UK04Z8120. and my contact no. is [protected].
          On my final free service the dealer found the manufaturing fault in my bike related to one way clutch assembly including gear starter. On[protected] they assured me that the part has been ordered and they will change in future when part is available.
          Since then the dealer keep on telling that the parts are not available with them it is being now more then 1 month they have not taken any response.
          Also I had made several times customer care calls (reference no. ISR-503377, ISR-507148) these are the reference number provided to me but still no calls has been made by the company to give me assistance, also the number provided to me by customer care([protected]) is not in working anymore.
          Such type of service made me a compulsion to write this mail to company for a proof that the company is not responding and the product(Avenger 220 Cruise) is a faulty product and company is liable for the same under the legal proceedings related to consumer act. The case is heard by the consumer forum if no action or assistance is provided in the appropriate timing(within a week).
          Thanks for your anticipation.

              I bought avenger 220 street on 8th nov 2018, it ran around 6000km, after 2nd service i started observing the self start issue.
              I checked in some website that avenger has self start problem (Manufacturing fault)

              I went for service center 3 times now for the same issue, still it is not resolved.

                I purchased avenger cruise 220 on april 14at balamuruga bajaj theni. With in one year shock observe broken two times they replace the shock observe first time free.
                They ready to replace the shock observe second time also free.
                But they don't know why it was broken and they told me first time the first replacement done wrong shock observe fixed so it was broken. Second time they call me and told it was broken by office box fitting.
                Actually they don't know what was happend.
                Now my bike was in chennai my brother is using my bike. He is scare to ride bike. Now my bike is in service centre at kln bajaj anna nagar chennai for 10days.
                Please examine my bike by good expert.

                The time management is worse, it took me 6 hrs to stay there, excluding their lunch time.Later, while paying the service charges, they did'nt have any card swiping machine, so i had to walk a long distance to get the money in cash.

                  After thinking enough, I have decided to take this step. I lives in ambala and today i visited in the showroom of Bajaj in Ambala City and After doing a lot of surveys finally I decided to take Bajaj Avengar 180. But That was a very surprising thing that There was only one bike in 180cc in Bajaj's showroom in spite of that I finalized it. I have completed all the documentation. First of all, Cleaning before any delivery of a bike is very important. During dikivery process, I found some Scratches on the bike parts. I told him to change the Parts even though. i did not cancel the deal. I told him to change some other parts of the bike and for this I was ready to pay for that. But the employee dismissed my point without considering on that And when I asked for the owner's number then he straight forwardly refused And all my documents returned to me By saying that "That I can return all your documents to you" Either you do not have complete stock or stock which is available is defective. The Employee is availbale. They do not have any solutions. Who has Solutions. He does not have time to talk. Dealer wants profit, But have problem to communicate with the customer for the service.

                    I booked the pulsar 220f abs in 1st week of march and gave a down payment the same day post which i paid rs23000 on 4th week of march. And im still waiting for the bike number and the bike, today is 12th march and i don't have both called the showroom but there is no appropriate answer can't imagine that a bajaj showroom has this type of service wherein bike dealers take complete ownership and accountability for their customers very bad service and not up to the mark. Contd... Yesterday 12th april after i called the bajaj suryoday showroom mira road east branch and asked them to cancel the bike that i booked they quickly started working towards the process of getting me the bike number but there was no customer service no retention process they really don't give a [censored]. I was told later that i will receive a msg the same day which i did by evening and today 13th april when i called them again to chk did they get my bike number the lady representative told me that i will get the number sooner by tuesday. It's so bad that after paying the money and after the bank approval i've still not got my bike my excitement has come to an end i would recommend you people never ever buy a bike from bajaj showroom. Bike dealers are much better and faster when it comes to providing a great service i've learned it a hard way. Seriously no follow ups done with the rto team and no follow ups done with me it's only me who is concerned. Thanks for the wonderful experience bajaj team you've lost a valuable customer.

                    With respect i would like you to see into the matter and take appropriate action. As there is only one servicing center in Dhemaji town, customer are facing problems from the them. No good response, they charge unnecessarily even they cut the price details.

                        Few days ago i bought a bajaj pulsar bike from durgapur showroom, but from the first day itself i have discovered that my bike is having issues and the engine is not getting start properly. I have informed the same to the showroom and they tried their best to fix this but couldn’t able to fix. They have confirmed that the bike engine is having some issue. Probably some manufacturing defect or so.

                        I am a regular customer of bajaj and i have never experienced this with my previous bikes. I am very disappointed with this service from bajaj.

                        The consumer rights act makes it an implied term of the contract that goods i receive must be of satisfactory quality and for the reasons stated above they are not.

                        As you are in breach of contract i am entitled to have the item replaced with the new one.

                          I purchase bajaj discover 110 cc on date 10 february 2019 from pr bajaj lucknow.
                          He is not give me service book at this time. He tell me that please collect the service book after some day because this time service book not available. I go after some day but then again he is not give me service book again he tell me service book not available and he tell me that you will do service from your nearest service centre without service book only do service of bike from blue bag.
                          He except some parts of bike at this time.
                          I suffered from service book because service due date expire and other service centre are not allowed service from service book.
                          I complnait to pr bajaj lucknow because his service very poor.

                            issues with bike avenger 220 cruise and its servicing

                            There was issues with my bike since i purchased it.
                            1. Gear transition issue. (For doing neutral need to shift gear multiple time)
                            2. Idling issues
                            3. Battery issue

                            After doing servicing, issue is getting worsen. I had already complained service station (Shreeguru automobiles) about the issue. They are telling the issue is resolved, but rather issue getting resolved issues has increased.

                            ₹5058 has been deducted from my account on 5th april 2019 towards bajaj auto ddr amount. Please explaination what this is.

                                Dear sir,

                                I have purchased my avenger 220 street 1 month ago. I have given it for first service as well on 28 march 2019. Just after 2 days there is some issue with the bike and it is not starting (Guess some battery issue as my headlight is also not switching on). I have requested multiple times from the past 4 days however there is no response. No body came to the location to check the bike.
