    Jkb Bajaj paravur branch completely denied my hatrick offer for 5 free services at Bajaj showroom north paravur..they are saying after 3 services there are no free service..u need a specific document to get that free service and the sales section there..they are not providing me the necessary documents ..and behaving so rashly ..and I have made a decision to never buy any product from Bajaj..such a poor service

      Dear Sir,
      No solution to these cases was sorted out ever and ultimately I was compelled to make funding and banking.
      This is the trick to make us trapped into funding.
      Now, nobody is ready to come with me and I am not being allowed to collect the funding done by me. Interstingly, other agencies are collecting the funding done by me. If I am wrong then why I am being stopped from coming to customer face to face.
      I request business head that Anurag sir and his team must be removed and then matter should be investigated.

        I am from aligarh up. Here in the bajaj showroom (Shiva bajaj moteram) pulsar 150 abs is not available. I want to know why and when it will be available.
        The showroom employees donot know even that the abs version of this bike is available.
        They do not nothing.
        They are selling non abs version where and is mandatory in 150 cc bikes from 1 april 2019.
        Can you help when it will be available.

          I owned a ns 200 which is purchased in september 17th 2018 from aadhithya bajaj coimbatore, peelamedu showroom. They gave 5 years of engine warranty but my vehicle is runned only 9500 kms. My complaint is the vehicle is not going in proper throttle. While going above 50kms the vehicle will slows down automatically and it will jumping, jumping and moving. I gave it to service station 4 times but once they giving out they are saying the complaint is clear but after 10 kms i am having same issue. On[protected] i gave it for 5th time for same complaint now 4-4-2019 still now im waiting they can't identify the issue. I called to bajaj and now i'm writing a consumer complaint for the purpose of replacement. I'm fully depressed and wasted my money on bajaj vehicle so i need a replacement as soon as possible. Vehicle registration details are as follows tn 43 j 8203 in the name of myself r. Navaneethan. Pulsar ns200 white colour engine complaint. Do the needful as soon as possible. Note: the vehicle in the service station ramanathapuram head office coimbatore.

            Dear it is to inform you that i have purchased bajaj ct 100 on 30th nov 2019 from dada motors gt road, jalandhar, but till date i have not received my rc. Company provide me only one month provisional rc. 2 times traffic police warned me and next time they will bond my bike. Now suggest me what to do?? When will i receive my rc??? Showroom advisors told me that they are looking for the same, but i have visit so many times in the showroom. Please revert as soon as possible so that i cant face such problem in future.

              Hi. I gave my vechile rs200 on feb 17th in 'standard bajaj' located in karimnagar, still they did not delivery my vechile. Fake commitments with costumer. When i asked about my vechile they said the spareparts had came and the next day the said the spareparts not came. I have an insurance for my vechile and they took 5000₹. Is the way that your bajaj company keeps the costumers vechile for months in your showroom without delivery. Worst service center.. Cancel the dealership..

                I purchased the bajaj pulsar bike 150 in dec month. Till i did not complete 5000 km but too much vibration in back shocker.
                I can't understand.. It's too early to diffect in shocker. It's very dispointed to me.. And it's shame to bajaj company. I am very shocked. When i purchased pulsar bike that time too many friends asked to stop me to purchase bajaj bike but i believe in bajaj company but you broke my believe. Please as soon possible to resolve my problem.

                  Sir i give for servicing my two wheeler vehicle bajaj 125 bike at chhatrapati motors pvt ltd pune road, ahmednagar on date 20/03/2019. After servicing a problem continues of knocking & silencer of bike is huge smoke. While servicing they change chains spoket & services are done but problem remain same, when i ask supervisor for picking vechile after servicing he says that he is not taking ride of vehicle and not seen such a problem. I m not happy with your service, as i paid total 2170/- for work. From company not issuing authorize bill of company of spoketkit on white by hand writing rs.1099/-.

                    I had taken my bike at Baja service center hosur road, electronic City 1, Bangalore. They charged with 4400 for servicing my bike then after I'm facing start issue, earlier there was no issue with the start as they have cheated by replacing my battery with duplicate one.
                    Self start is not working neither kick start.even Accelerator is working properly. It keeps on making high noise while taking acceleration and some time gets stucked at highest . Making terrible sound.. please help. I went to genuine Baja service center with a trust but they cheated me.

                      noise in engine. since last two and half months.

                      Bajaj authorised dealer kanchan bajaj ulhasnagar i bought v15 in the month of november 2018. After first servicing engine jaam vehicle cant get start that time kanchan bajaj ulhasagar change volve. After few days their is noise in engine that time they change cam shaft.
                      Still their is huge noise in engine.
                      Give proper solution. I. E. Replace this vehicle. It's manufacturing faulty engine. Pl.co-oprate....

Now battery was fault..in show room they said need to change battery totally i need explanation why the battery was fault before 30000 kilometers.. Any claim to clear from your end... There is no machanic who knows about bike... I comming 10th times... 200rs is having lots of problem.... Black carbon is comming. Horn not working... Auto off while driving... It is very dangerous to ride this bike... Full body vibrate...... So please took a serious action against this... Other i will go to cunsumer court...

                            I'm not satisfied your company bike Bajaj CT 100 mileage. My name is Mahendra pal singh.my bike registration no. Is RJ27 BF 0442. I bought bike Bajaj CT 100 date - 30/3/2019 . Contact Bajaj showroom 5&6 time but my problem is not solved. I complained Bajaj company coster care reg complain reference no is ISR-496802 date - 8/3/2919. Company delar representative contact and ask me leave bike in company showroom Bajaj Raj mandir be.resolved mileage problem. checked bike after two days I received bike at showroom . Representative verbally sure me resolved mileage problem. But bike run 330 km. Bike give 46 km/LTR. Mileage .I am not satisfied this mileage.

                              My self navaneethan. I owned a ns 200 white colour which got in september 17th2018 near coimbatore navaindia aadhitya showroom.
                              Now i runned around 9500 kms. I got an issue which is in running around 50-60kmph my vehicle is not running in proper throttle it will goes but block and again got block. I gave it for service in navaindia aathiya service station. They said it was cleared. But again i got an same issue then again i went to service station and they told me they will clear it and give back. Then i take a delivery and went while going suddenly the engine gets off and i fell down then with god's grace i got small wounds. Then i called to manager and they sent two mechanics to the spot they came and again they taken it for service station. Today[protected] i take a delivery and went for test drive but again same complaint. I didn't take the delivery. I was soo depressed. I cant be satisfy with bajaj service. I want a solution for this problem or else i will send a consumer suman for this issue. Kindly take this complaint seriously and take immediate action and clear this problem.

                                  On 16/12/2016, when i had done the service, my motor cycle's fuel pipe, air filter pipe, and the main bolt out of the handles came out. The whole gasoline of my bike went out and the handle's bolt fell off the road.
                                  And today in the morning on march 27, 2019, 9.30 for the bike service. I waited until 12 o'clock when i asked if my bike was done or not they told me sorry we forgot to send job card to machenic.
                                  And had to take my bike back home without getting service

                                      I have planned to buy pulsar neon 150 during the month of april, i
                                      Called the bajaj (L/45, ambattur industrial estate, chennai, tamil
                                      Nadu 600058, phone[protected], the approx price of the bike is
                                      Around 81k, i am going to take the bike by paying them full cash using
                                      Credit card but the shop person said they will charge 2.5% extra. When
                                      I asked is that mandatory he said its rule by the company.

                                      I tried to get more details about the same so came to know that this
                                      2% is nothing but the service charge that merchant is liable to pay to
                                      The bank. I called up bank and checked with them and they also said
                                      The same thing. I visited the rbi site where it is clearly mentioned
                                      That any merchant can't charge customer anything extra on top of the
                                      Actual amount. No matter if its a debit card or credit card usage

                                      Kindly provide me a solution as soon as possible.

                                      As new Pulsar 220F abs model has out in India. The red colour has arrived in the showroom. But the blue did not came so far. So kindly send the stock of blue pulsar 220f abs model. I am eagerly waiting to buy my bike.
