I am a coolie worker. I have been a customer of bajaj for the past seven years. On 25/01/2019i had walked down to athen bajaj-nagercoil to take bajaj platina ct 100 plan. I had also decided to pay advance amount of rs 17, 000 through bajaj finance.
On 30/01/2019, i was told that my vehicle registration would be done by showing it to rto. On 30/01/2019, i got my vehicle without registration. I was told that registration would be done on 31/01/2019. But when i contacted bajaj dealer for registration, i didn’t get proper response.
On 31/01/2019, bajaj dealer called me to check the reason for not purchasing the bike yet.
I replied that i purchased it on 30/01/2019.
Bajaj said registration would be held on 01/02/2019, but it has not happened yet.
The intention of my mail is to inform that the customer service of aforesaid organisation is not up to the par. Customers are being tested disrespectfully. My registration is not happened till date (01/02/2019), for the vehicle booked on 25/01/2019. I expect the aforesaid organisation should contact me to discuss on this matter and treat me respectfully.
Bajaj Auto customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
