Bajaj Auto — bad performance and service | |||
Dear sir/madam, Iam shaik madina from hyderabad, i have purchased a pulsar 150cc dual disc on july 14 in hyderabad. Just after 2nd service, i have been facing many issues with my bike. After few days of 2nd service, i faced a lot of problems like self starting delaying and engine killing regularly. The show room and the service centre told that, as the bike is new so that it will take some time to settle properly. Ok i agree with that. Bot again after few days same problem is occured as the petrol leakaging from chouk and the bike is suddenly not working and the bike is working only for 6000 kms. Due to this issues i went to the showroom service centre they said that they will repair it in half day but they take 3-4 days. Then also same problem is appearing again and again i went for a repair but there is no permanent solving for that. What the hell it is how many times i have to repair my bike. The service they have given is very poor and they are not responding properly with the customers. The showroom station is very worst and they are not functioning properly and without permission they removed the engine head part and also they are given late delivery. Seriously now i'm thinking thatbwhy i choosen a bajaj products. If this procedure is continuing like this with problems then definately bajaj products ratings and servicing centres will going to close.
