[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — bajaj auto finance and icici bank

I have account with icici bank.

On 19 october 2019 there is auto debit done on my account by bajaj auto.

I had no transaction with them.

I visited branch of pimpri but told write an email they will reply i don't have access. Email from bank reaponded that ask biller for details. Whom to contact as it is auto debit for monthly basis.
Also i am not allowed on system to escalate it on second level
