Bajaj Auto — Bajaj Avenger bike dealer (kanse showroom , satara ) | |||
Dear sir/Madam, I am from satara I approach to Bajaj dealer, KANSE AUTOLINES in satara, Maharashtra by taken reference from the Bajaj Auto's official website for purchasing the BAJAJ AVENGER 220 bike. At that time they promised to me that they will deliver the bike on dated 03/07/2015 after taking 50% amount of in advance. But they fail to deliver the bike on time. They deliver the bike on dated[protected] with a faulty Bettery I.e was dumped after 20 days of the purchase dated of bike. When I asked to him about the bike's Bettery they give me supplimentry Bettery and promis to exchange the Bettery, but till now they didn't exchange the Bettery. And from the date of purchase of bike till now they didn't give full documents of my bike, while I have paid full amount of the bike I.e Rs 90, 655/- . From the date of purchase of bike I take proper follow up for getting my bike's paper and exchange of Bettery they didn't give me proper response and they mentally harrashed me by making excuse etc. I have previously lodged the complaint about the dealer on dated 07/09/2015 with complaints ref no. CR 170621 at BAJAJ AUTO. But no body respond me. I want to lodge a complaint about the BAJAJ AUTO DEALER, KANSE AUTOLINES SATARA, MAHARASHTRA for - 1- Delay in bike delivery 2- faulty Bettery that was not replaced by them 3 - till now I haven't received my full documents of my bike (insurance papers ) Invoice no.
