Bajaj Auto — Bajaj company seized my bike and sold to others without intimation and the bike is still in my name on RC

I bought Bajaj discover 125 S T vehicle getting two Wheeler loan from Bajaj auto finance in 2013 . But some reasons I am becoming defaulter of this loan.the vehicle was siezed and sold in auction on 2016 .When I see R C details of KA17EL1813 vehicle for some reasons on 2021, it is still in my name in RTO records. Iam stunned.because this vehicle is already sold due to default of this loan account as company records. So i immediately gone to davanagere karnataka, Bajaj finance company for asking this issue, they said me, the all records are in bangalore Bajaj finance office you go to J P Nagar Bangalore Bajaj auto finance office. So I gone to the Bajaj finance company J P Nagar Bangalore on 26/08/2021 and I ask them of this issue please provide me a sales certificate and Delivery note of this vehicle for future reference.they didn't given to me. And gave the name and mobile number who bought this vehicle in auction.and J. P. Nagar, bangalore Bajaj finance company staff are said pay 26000 close your account, and take NDC certificate.but the loan account L2WDAV02620399 is already waive off.whatever it may be I am pay 26000 on 26/08/2021.and i got reciept.They didn't give NDC certificate for this loan, and said it will go to the approval to the pune main office and it come after one week.so I left from office of Bajaj finance. So Incase of any accident and criminal activity done by this vehicle, what do iam so feared. Please help me sir and I write a letter of this issue getting true letter for future how can I solve this issue. Who are the owner or responsible of this bike sir if the bike is siezed and sold to other but it is in my name. I call a person who bought this bike in auction he didn't response to my phone he is not know where is bike. So please help me sir
