[Resolved]  Bajaj Auto — Refund against booking cancellation not been processed since 40 days

Respected Sir,

My Name is Ruban Dutta and it has been almost 38 days bajaj swastik auto retail showroom has not refunded my booking cancellation amount. I have booked at the spot on showroom and got a receipt for advance booking of a bike then later cancelled it. As per the receipt it states that any cancellations will be refunded after 20 percent deductions of the booking amount. Hence i have been following since last 30 days but still my amount has not been refunded. Whenever i call showroom they either dont receive my call or they say that our owner is not available for refund please call back later. Days after days gone by still they have not refunded my amount. Last night they asked for pan, aadhaar, and my bank statement which i have provided them via whatsapp still they saying our owner is out of town wait wait wait etc etc...Feels like being scammed or fraudulent activities by swastik auto bajaj Agency jamshedpur.
