I purchased my Bajaj CT110X vehicle (Reg No. KA19 HH 1819, Engine No. PFXWMD26436 / Chassis No. MD2B85AX7MWD14545) on 20th August 2021 from Supreme Bajaj, Kuloor (Mangaluru, Karnataka). From day 1 I am facing issues with my vehicle.
On the first day, soon after delivery, the vehicle Key got stuck in the slot. This was due to the non-availability of lubricant in the key slots.
Later, I was facing a jerking issue while running. Contacted Service centre (Supreme Bajaj, Kuloor). They told me that it would be sorted out during the first service.
Offered for the First service.
Soon after the first service, I was facing a mileage drop issue. It was around 60Kms/L before the first service. Later, it dropped to 40Kms/l soon after the first service.
I kept my vehicle for service (vehicle Jerking issue & Mileage drop issue). They told that they have updated the software and the problem was sorted out.
But the problem remains the same. Then, I contacted the service centre, they told me that it would be sorted out in the Second service.
Then I waited till the Second service. Offered my vehicle for second service. After service, they told me the problem had been sorted out.
I was facing the same problem (mileage drop) even after the second service.
I approached the service centre again. They told me that there was a problem in the Fuel injector and that needs to be replaced. But, they told me spare was not available. They return the vehicle and told me to wait for some time till the spare arrives. But they had taken the injector out of my vehicle. They told that the error indication would be there till it gets replaced.
I frequently contacted the service centre, enquiring about the spare. But their reply was same that they didn’t get the spare yet.
I kept my vehicle for 3rd service saying this fuel injector issue and mileage drop issue. While getting delivery after 3rd service, they told me that the fuel injector spare is not available yet. And asked me to wait for some time.
After 2 months, I kept my vehicle again for service to replace the fuel injector. During delivery after service, they told me that they have replaced the fuel injector. They have cleared the mileage drop issue.
But, still, I am facing the mileage drop issue. I am getting around 35 to 40Kms/litre.
Really, I am getting frustrated since the first day of purchasing this vehicle.
