Date of incident :11/3/2016 job no: 5660 I am senior citizen and i have purchased a Bajaj Platina bike from kallingal bajaj, during my third service given to them, although iwas not satisfied with the last time itself, but due to the burden of free service i had to give them the same for service. this time they tried to make fool of me and with out even doing the water service and they just sprayed some kind of oil spray which has made the dirt and oil mixed together making it sticky and lots of scratches on the tank and glass. after speaking to the Front office manager they cleaned with one bucket of water . during further checking found clutch cap missing and cable loosely held. when asked they started shouting at me saying bad words to me in front of all the customers and their employee.when other customers reacted on the same complaint on cleaning they reported us about the power failure at their service center from morning. if this was the case they should'nt have collected the bike for service. they charged me Rs. 390 for oil change, from what all has happened i think the didnot even replaced the oil, and they have given me and dummy estimate( 12217)dated 11/3/2016, JOB no:5660. The mental agony i have faced during the 3 hrs that i had to spend at service center cannot be explained and lost complete faith on bajaj customer relations and product services. An Unhappy customer.
