I have purchases bike pulsar 150 from bopal ahmedabad from jay auto on 15 sep-16.
Yesterday while driving bike gear was stuck-up and i have almost met a severe accident. Bike gear was stuck-up near ghuma.
I have taken bike to at jay auto (From where i had purchased this bike), while communicating this gear stuck-up issue to jay-auto owner, he was suddenly started shouting and misbehave, abuse to me.
The point is being a new bike9almost 11 month completed) how this sever gear stuck-up issue occurred.
And if i need to gather some information from bajaj authorized dealer then in this case i was abused.
I need to know the action on above both matter & looking forward to bajaj company that how they will protect their customer faith (To purchase new bajaj bike) & honor.
