[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — bajaj pulsar ns 200 - bike abs light blink issue continuously while driving | |
I have been facing continuous ABS issue in my pulsar ns 200. I bought my bike on November 3rd, 2018. After completing my first service I am having this ABS light blinker issue. Though I have raised the complaint to the Bajaj automobiles (Complaint Number: ISR - 473326) the problem is not yet resolved. I went to the Bajaj service center (Shree Jai Autos Adyar, Chennai) they have reset the ABS sensor but I am having this issue in a continuous manner. I I tried calling the Bajaj Automobiles customer care they said that your complaint number is in resolved state. How can they close the ticket as resolved state without intimating or verifying with me about the problem? Very worst behaviour from Bajaj. As a customer I should not have fault bike in first place. I bought this bike for 1.35k rupees. They should rectify this problem or else they need to replace all parts within the bike which comes under warranty. Customer care person is asking me call again if the issue is still with the bike. I need a proper answer for this. Who will take care of my bike?
