I bought bajaj's pulsar ns 200 just 7 months ago. Last week my bike's speedometer stopped working. The whole speedometer is not working also its showing some error messages. I went to bajaj service centre on the same day to show this problem but i got very pathetic response from them. The guy who was there as a service adviser he just saw the meter and without even knowing what is problem behind that he asks me to come after 2 days as there are many bikes are pending. I still asked him just let me know the reason behind this problem but he still refuse to tell anything. Also i asked him should i drive the bike in this problem he said "yes". On the next day problem increased as i am turning of the keys still my meter was on. I removed the keys but nothing happened. Next day i went to service centre to show the bike again for the problem. There was a other service adviser he made a video of the problem, and told me he need to take approval for this problem from his seniors and it will take 3 days for it. Again i asked him you don't even find the reason behind this then you what will tell to your senior while taking the approval also i need to know the reason why this is happening. They are just miss guiding their customers. When i visited first time that time only they could have do this rather than wasting my 5 days. Now they are asking me to wait 7-8 days for the same.
Secondly bike's paint quality is very bad. My engine paint has started removing within 7 months only. Only in one rain every part has started rusting. How can one use this bike for 5 years as they give warranty for 5 years. My contact details are below.
