Please note this is my 2nd complaint and i am making this 2nd one as i was told by mr viaksh from your team to make the 2nd complain. I already complained to customer care regarding several issues i faced with the bike. No reply was receive from customer care. I made complain on bajaj portal where i received communication reference number isr-223117. Mr vikash contacted me on 21-oct-17 and after discussion he told that he will arrange for pick up of vehicle on 23-oct-17. On 23-oct-17 no body turned up. On 23-oct-17 mr vikash called me again in the evening and told he forgot about this and on 24-oct-17 he promised to get the vehicle picked up. On 24-oct-17 afternoon service center person contacted me and told they want to pick the vehicle for repair. Mr vikas refused to replace the bike saying there is no clause to replace the bike. But as i have told 76 km was already driven. Speedometer was not working. On 19-oct-17 speedometer was connected but after 84km reading, my bike is not starting. Why should i keep defective bike from day 1 with following defects: 1. Vehicle already driven 76 km, speedometer now working at time off delivery... 2. Self start not working 3. Kick start not working 4. Scratches at ignition point 5. Occasional stoppage during driving observe di traffic 6. Bike dirty under mudguard & stand. Please change the bike as defective product was delivered by the dealer from day 1. Was this information helpful? | |||
