Bajaj Auto — bike battery issue from the date of buying to present

Im have battery issue from the date of october 2018 to now, still my issue is not resolved. I have claimed for battery replacement, but even after replacement also it has same issue. Very worst. I have bajaj v15. My mobile number:[protected]
I'm in ranipet. I need to resolve my issue. Having issue for about 1 year is very abnormal. Solve my issue or provide me a new bike.
