[Resolved]  Bajaj Auto — bike gets stopped abruptly in the middle of the road

I have purchased bajaj avenger 150 on 3rd may, 2017. After 20 days the bike stopped abruptly and when i switched it into reserve it started again and when switched it back to on it was moving. I have informed the same in first service after which they have suggested the issue is resolved. But again it has stopped just in front of a bus where we missed a major accident by a whisker. We have again reported it to the service center and also to the bajaj auto customer care.
They told they have to make some changes and then informed the issue is resolved and promised it will not occur again. But again i faced the issue and informed it during second service, this time they told there is some blockage and cleared it. The second day after the service the problem appeared. Now they say that the fuel cock has trouble had they need to replace it and i need to pay money for the replacement.

I contacted bajaj customer care, now they are really rude saying if it needs to be replaced then you have to pay the money as that particular part is not under the warranty.

How can i pay the price when i have done nothing wrong, i have made the services as per schedule, never traveled faster than 60km/hr as suggested and total distance is also 2400km which is very less. The mileage of the bike is also 30-35 where it was promised 40-45

Hi,
I have already made a call to the Bajaj customer service where the operator rudely replied that if that is what service center demands then I should pay the money. Every time I go to the center they say something and say issue is fixed and issue persists. This time they told some part and next time some other and when will this loop end and that too at very early stages of my purchase.
I have nice respect for bajaj. Please don't break my trust
