Your location Suryoday bajaj Mahesh indl estate, opp silver park mira bhyandar road, thane miraroad (E, hatkesh udhog nagar, mira road east, mira bhayandar, maharashtra 401107 Motorcycle shop 32 points I booked the pulsar 220f abs in 1st week of march and gave a down payment the same day post which i paid rs23000 on 4th week of march. And im still waiting for the bike number and the bike, today is 12th march and i don't have both called the showroom but there is no appropriate answer can't imagine that a bajaj showroom has this type of service wherein bike dealers take complete ownership and accountability for their customers very bad service and not up to the mark. Contd... Yesterday 12th april after i called the bajaj suryoday showroom mira road east branch and asked them to cancel the bike that i booked they quickly started working towards the process of getting me the bike number but there was no customer service no retention process they really don't give a [censored]. I was told later that i will receive a msg the same day which i did by evening and today 13th april when i called them again to chk did they get my bike number the lady representative told me that i will get the number sooner by tuesday. It's so bad that after paying the money and after the bank approval i've still not got my bike my excitement has come to an end i would recommend you people never ever buy a bike from bajaj showroom. Bike dealers are much better and faster when it comes to providing a great service i've learned it a hard way. Seriously no follow ups done with the rto team and no follow ups done with me it's only me who is concerned. Thanks for the wonderful experience bajaj team you've lost a valuable customer. With respect i would like you to see into the matter and take appropriate action. As there is only one servicing center in Dhemaji town, customer are facing problems from the them. No good response, they charge unnecessarily even they cut the price details.
