Dear Sir/Ma'am, This is with reference of my complaint no- CR-167970. I would like to inform you that till date the problem has not been resolved and technician are not well equipped. They are not able to fix the problem. Sometimes they say there is issue of (electric self) sometimes CDI issue and sometimes magnet. They are compelling us to buy the equipments from the market. Sir/ Ma’am if the authorized service centre (Shri Ganesh Auto Bajaj Service Centre) is not having well trained technicians and not having equipments How could they are going to fix my problem. Almost is going to be 4th day of my bike at service centre. I would request to shift my bike to another service centre were this problem can be shorted out. However I am facing a lot of problem without bike. For the same I am not going to pay single penny. Please act softly. And they have taken signature on satisfaction slip from my younger brother, without knowing me. this absoulty absurd.
