My name is saurabh kumar Iam purchased PULSAR 125 as on 13.03.2023 from JPS BAJAJ ALAMBAGH LUCKNOW at purchasing time dealer told me my first service held be on 500 to 700km either 45 day which one earlier but now at 26.03.2023 my bike run at 650 km so I reached on JPS SERVICE CENTER at 11.30am after all paper work complete he told me you take your bike at 3 to 4pm beacuse of rush in service center it's ok Iam back to my home but after 20 min I received call from service center at your bike will full service and engine oil change . I reached service center with my friend he have 22 year work in automobile sector and now he's running own 3 workshop he told employee you have not do any think in bike even not change engine oil gasket kit and washing also and you generate invoice RS 581 at that time arugment start between then he saw engine oil and change and gasket also not change you generate invoice at infront of my eye he's change my enging oil and gasket kit . This type service you provide I have to take legal action against JPS Bajaj and It's request you also take action agaisnt him. Iam attached invoice
