Bajaj Auto — cheated | |||
I had given by vehicle V15 for body repair at Jai bajaj, palavakkam on 8th of oct.2017.They have completed vehicle and returned it back on 10th of this Month. The quality of service is very worst. While taking for road test itself handlebar was in problem informed them they did some adjsutment but am not satisfied. The next day i went and raised the complaint since the problem is not sorted out. Moreover self problem is also there. After two days they said battery is weak i asked them to go for a warranty . But today 18th of jan they saying it was only terminal problem and we have replaced handle bar also . While giving for correction my fuel tank was in full but now they have taken my fuel it shows only 3points. Moreover the parts whatever they are replacing in revisit they are giving job slip or bill. Earlier also once they repalced self motor they didn't provide me anything there also raised the complaint in jai bajaj head branch. Now i need respective customer care or MD of Jai bajaj needs to talk with me. Ready to submit my account statement also of fuel filling . Was this information helpful? | |||

My problems aren't yet resolved .
Handlebar misaligned is there. Vehicle meeting off all of a sudden in a very good avg. Running speed. Self start occurring problem.
But the stated after my revisit they had changed the handle bar and battery terminals had been adjusted. Don't know they adjusted . Before day they said the battery is weak need to replace. I asked them claim in warranty since the vehicle is in warranty period. They asked for all docs. I submitted (which was already in vehicle tank cover ). Later they said no need to replace we have checked and corrected. But yet now they statements are in controversy. Moreover i asked for jobs lip when I left my vehicle, they had not given . Gatepass also not given after taking revisit. I need a solution to these complaints .
