Bajaj Auto — Complaint about franchise misbehavior

i am mr.biju chakraborty from badlapur taken bike loan from bajaj finance L2WULN06509255 As per my record only two emi pending
but now on your record your collection franchise asked to me extra amount .

and they had doing Miss behavior and use the abuse word on call and what's app. collection franchise number [protected]/[protected]

all recording are in my hand as a proof .
solve this issue i have agree to close this loan but i can only pay 2 pending emi only so please confirm me after pay pending both emi no other pending on me.
