Bajaj Auto — complaint against bajaj autoden mahim mumbai.


I wanted to launch complaint against bajaj autoden mahim (W).

I have bajaj dominor and my bike no. Is mh 06, bs - 7851. I m staying at bandra (W) mumbai thats y bajaj autoden mahim very clouse to us. Thats y i service my bike their.

I have done my last service on 1st march 2018 but that time bajaj autoden has not done proper service. Same time i had pay oil change charges but they fill oil only 50%. Next i have paid washing charges but they are not wash my bike due to the service center closing reason. Nest i pay for coolant but they cant fill it. That day i go for shown my bike engine knocking problem but they had not done proper work. My bike engine still knocking.

I Have a bajaj pulsar RS 200 MY bike no is MH 01 CG 2491. I VISITED TODAY AT AUTODEN prior taken taking appointments, I was called at 8.30 am in the morning by the appointments executive. Shocking was there was no advisor was there to serve. I Have waited for almost 1hr after that also the advisor was not there, finally a helper guy from the outlet took my name phn no and told me to leave my bike and I agreed with him and came home. There was around 11am since there was no call, finally I called the advisor as I took his no frm the guy at the outlet before leaving, I called guy namely SANTOSH THAKUR who was the advisor of the service center. He toked with me in a very hurry and tld me all this in just 2 min which was not at all clear to me and when I called him again for details he was like how many time to give u details I am having 60customers I m not having so much time n was very rude.. I just want to ask and also raise complaint about autoden mahim, IS THIS THE WAY U TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. DO WE COME TO DO FREE SERVICE AT UR OUTLET. WE PAY U FOR EACH AND EVRY WORK U DO WHILE SERVICING AND THIS IS THE WAY U TREAT CUSTOMERS. THIS HAS SPOILED MY TRUST ON BAJAJ VEHICLES AND EVEN BAJAJ AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER LIKE THIS

I want to launch complaint against Bajaj Autoden Mahim (W).

I have Bajaj Avenger 160 Street (MH02FM5477). My Delivery was taken on 30th Nov 2020. I found that some noise is coming from front tyre shockup or through disck brake, i couldnt identify the exact location of sound properly.

Twice i visited Bajaj Autoden Mahim and there they only put some Oil in front shockups, but then also sound remains continue as usual, then they told me to inform at time of first servicing.

My 1st Servicing was done on 25th Dec 2020 where i have mentioned this point of sound, but after my servicing this sound is still coming, They told me to continue using for 4 to 5 days and the sound will be unavailable, but the sound is still coming.

Request you to please take necessary action against the same. I cannot take this much of time visiting mahim for this issue as i also have difficulties to adjust my timings in middle of my office working hours.

The Autoden Bajaj Service Centre Was Very Bad... I Given My New Pulsar 220F Abs On 12 January 2021 The Bike Was Accident Condition The Centre Labour Sayed The Bike Was Repair In 10 Days only The Parts Was Not Available At Service Agency I Given The Time To Them But Today Was 2 February 2021 But The Service Centre Manager Was saying The Parts Was Not Come Yet My Bike Was Taken On Loan On 25 October 2020 But Service Centre Labour Was saying The Parts Was take More Time.. Today 20 Days Ago Who Pay The Emi Of that Bike And Take Responsibility Of A Bike... And The Theft Thing Is Labour Was Stand The Bike At Road Tariffic Police Was Capture A Pic And Cut The Challan Says Who Mistake In This 😡😡😡 My Contact Details Is [protected]- Anand Gupta
