Bajaj Auto — complaint against bajaj service center | erragadda branch hyd

I am nirmal, i went to bajaj service center erragadda branch (Hyd) for general service, initially a guy named vineesh made a test drive and has quoted with 1100 as estimation price with a service charge of 510 within that quoted 1100 price (Picture 1), later after sometime a mechanic from the service center made a test ride and told me some clutch softs, gear bearings ad sprockets are damaged and need to change and quoted the bill to 5700 (Picture 2) and told me he would return the bike next day.

The next day, a lady named lavanya has called me and was quoting boar has been damaged and it has to be replaced and it will cost around 16, 000/- and apart from the service charge mentioned is not 510/- now prices got high it is now 800/- (Picture 3). I was shocked with the price quotation, it is coming around 30-40% of total bike cost and asked them did you identify the damage of boar while servicing, they told me they haven't started the service yet. I was asking is there any way can we manage without boar changing on the call and will bore get damaged for 37 thousand kms travel? They are least bothered to provide me with some alternative solution or answer my queries on call.
This was not the first time happened to me like this in this service center, last time they insisted me to do teflon quoting as i was in a rush to office i told ok and they charged 400/- for it and it was no there in the invoice, when asked they gave me some slip.

Considering my previous experience with the service center i cancelled my service there.
I have completely lost trust on the bajaj service center, i see only motive from this service center is to charge as much amount as possible from the customer. If this is continuing people will look out for local servicing. I strongly believe bajaj has not dropped down to that level and hope they provide me an alternative solution for my bike servicing after doing a proper investigation. Below are my details
