[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — Complaint against service bajaj avenger 200 | |||||
Hi Team, My name is Tausheem Shakil. I own a Bajaj Avenger 200cc. Bike no. DL6S-AC-5907 I was facing some issues with my bike's performance so I thought to get it checked up by Bajaj experts. I visited City Bajaj Bareilly to get my bike's checkup done. The team at the service center did a quick checkup and suggested me to get the Full-Engine Service done and gave me an estimation of INR 8000 to INR 10000. Although it was a lot of money for me but still I made up my mind and hand over my bike at the service center on Monday, 10th April 2017. Next Monday, that was 17th April 2017, I got my bike back with a bill of INR 11300. It was above the estimated cost given to me by the service center. I asked them why the amount is higher than what had been told at the time of submitting the bike for service, they told me that they have replaced every part that was the part of the problem and assured me that my bike will now run like a new one. I happily paid the money and took the bike to my home. When I was riding the bike, I noticed some noise that was coming from the Engine. The gear & clutch were also making some noise. Even I also noticed that my bike is now overheating. Next morning, I complained about it at the service center. Since then, I keep calling and visiting the service center every other day and nobody is giving me a solution. Instead of providing a solution, they are asking me to ride the bike few thousand KiloMiters and as per them, the problem will be sorted out automatically. I am very much unsatisfied with the quality of service that I received from City Bajaj and would like to request Bajaj Automobile to help me out sort the issue. Either I want a solution to my problem or a refund of my money. I hope I will get a reply to this email very soon.
