First of all, I would like to thank you for the quick action you have taken on my query. The very next day after sending you the email I got a call from City Bajaj Bareilly. Although my problem has not been resolved yet, and I am very unhappy with the way City Bajaj treats their customers. They are very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
Let me explain to you what happened with me.
As I have already mentioned earlier in this email that I have got a call from City Bajaj. The person who called me up regarding the issue asked me "Why you have written an email directly to the company, you should have told us first?" When I told him that I have complained about it many times at the service center but nobody listened to me, I was left with writing an email to Bajaj Automobile, he got angry.
He further told me, what do you think, If you will write a complain directly to the company, will they send the staff from the headquarter to service your bike? They will route your complaint to us and ultimately you have to come to us only.
He also added, If I have guts, I should get the service done directly from the company's staff as they will not do it.
I don't know how come someone talks to their customers like this. Is this what customer service is?
After this incident, I do not want to go to the service center again, please arrange some help directly from the company and get my bike's service done.
One more thing I would like to bring to your notice that I have got an SMS and an Email that my query has been resolved. I don't know how on earth someone has fixed the issues without touching my bike. I even not visited the service center after the call I received from City Bajaj.
