Dear sir/madam, [complaint reference no. Is isr-509612] Few days ago i bought a bajaj pulsar bike from durgapur showroom, but from the first day itself i have discovered that my bike is having issues and the engine is not getting start properly. I have informed the same to the showroom and they tried their best to fix this but couldn’t able to fix. They have confirmed that the bike engine is having some issue. Probably some manufacturing defect or so. I am a regular customer of bajaj and i have never experienced this with my previous bikes. I am very disappointed with this service from bajaj. The consumer rights act makes it an implied term of the contract that goods i receive must be of satisfactory quality and for the reasons stated above they are not.
