[Resolved]  Bajaj Auto — complaint talwar bajaj (d11739), kukkutpally, hyderabad collecting service charges double the other service centers

Dear sir,
Myself mahesh kumar, having pulsar 180 (Ap21q0411) and pulsar rs 200 (Ts07el9109)... Am having complaint regarding service of pulsar rs200... I regularly gets service done in talwar bajaj, kukkutpally, hyderabad... Whenever i check for billing paid service charges are more compared to other bajaj authorised service centers... This time i went to get service at 45000 km for my rs... I got quotation of 5500 rupees (Other than battery and front disk plate)...in that general paid service charge is 1000 rupess, they jus change oil and wash the vehicle, when i asked for chain sporket change and fork cone replacement they are charging extra 1000 rupees... Fork cone and chain sprocket comes under regular wear and tear products which needs to replace at specific intervals... Even they are charging for air filter replacemnet charges of 200 rupees... So when spares like chain kit, spark plug, cone set and engine oil are costing around 3300 and just service cost they are making for 2200, is this low maintenance cost of bajaj bike... Even my scross car paid service charge is 2000 which is less than a bajaj bike service... I can agree if they open engine or hectic works done, but simple general spares changing also they charge this much amount... They even treat harsh to the customers, for general service they want to keep vehicle for 4-5days... When i asked for one day service they are not responding and told to get service outside... If this is response from bajaj authorised service center how can we belive bajaj near future... Can i get answer for below

1) how will be service cost vary from bas to bas (Bajaj authorised service centers) in same city

2) how can they charge more for regular wear and tear spares which are changed at regular intervals... Even for spraying for chain they charge 100 rupess (As oil spraying on chain doesnot include in paid service of 1000 rs)

3) how many days it takes to get general service done (Even bigger cars are get serviced and deliverd with in a day)

4) are there any separate charges for opening of parts, like air filter cost is 250 and replacement cost is 200, as they need to open tank or panel... Then what for they are taking 850+tax 150 for general service.

And am very much fed up talking with this guys as they don't have genuine answer for double charges., they jus tell we have to open panels so we take double amount... So i request bajaj to answer all this and register complaint from my side and please provide me that complaint number... Based on your reply am looking forward

Still not received any call from bajaj... Just received message 5days back with number ISR-526423...This is how they treat customers... Worst two wheelers in India..

After multiple reminders Complaint still not resolved... I have not even received any call from CUSTOMER CARE or showroom... How it is resolved? why are you people making customers fools... Is this the way you treat the customer... Please revert me how the complaint has been solved...please read the below message I have received

Dear team pulsar / consumer complaints,

How many days it will take to clear my complaint, don't you have responsible for costumer feedback and complaints... Actual problem has not been cleared and you people are closing complaints without justification... It is almost 2weeks since am followup bajaj customer care, team pulsar and consumer forum... I still want to know how how my complaints has been resolved... Waiting for your reply, based this I would like to go legally with bajaj...worst quality bikes and worst service team pulsar
