Sir/Madam I'm an owner of RS200 plate no:Mh02Ed0940. I've always given my bike to the companies service station. Since the last 3 services the customer service is very poor. I had instructed the official named Ramesh of the ghatkhopar station to change my battery and the next day got a call that the bike was done. I received my bike that wasn't starting because the battery wasn't changed. i had to take leaves from office to receive my bike, which wasn't starting. How can they expect a customer to take the bike in that position. The bike wasn't treated properly (parking of the bike was very bad). The bike was first promised to be delivered in 2 days that took 4 days and was giving my in that condition. The mechanic asked me to push the bike and start it and take it from there. We give our bikes to an authoriser service station to avoid such consequences but I'm regretting my decision. I would like you to look inside this matter and improve the quality of customer service or else the peoples mindset about bajaj not having good quality won't change.
