Bajaj Auto — Dealer is not paying refund.. | |||
Dear sir, my name is Ravindra B Dabola. I stay in Mira road. I had purchased a new bike named Discover 150f from jairaj auto dealer in golden nest, mira-bhayender road. But when i started driving the bike, i feel some disbalanced between the bike'k Cluch and Accelerator. For this problem i complained to the dealer and he told me don't worry, you are new person driving the bike. There's nothing went wrong with the bike. Then again the same problem occured 2-3 times. Again he said the same thing, its you who can't drive bike well. iI asked the Dealer to change the bike and give me other Discover 150f. But he refused my request by saying once you will be done with your bike's first service the problem will never occur again. I agreed and then i went fot the sales and service centre nearby my house. They charged me some amount for the repairing work, but again the problem weren't solved. Then again i went to the Dealer with my friend and told about the same. He asked me why did you went to that sevice centre when its illegal. They have cheated with you. You keep your bike for two days in my office i will give you another in a exchange. But again he gave me the same. And when i asked him that this is the same bike you were given to me. He replied yes because once your number passed from RTO we cann't exchange the bike. And company will not exchange or refund your money. And am still suffering from the same problem. Now i just want to ask whether you the company is ready to help me in this matter to give me REFUND or either i should go through conumer court procedure to claim double amount of my bike.
