Bajaj Auto — defective bajaj v15 | |||||
Hi bajaj team, I have purchase bajaj v15 bike from popular bajaj showroom at bsk 3rd stage, from the 1 st service i have been informing about the gear shift issue as the gear used to get struck in between. But everytime during the free service which in general your people charge rs.1500 they ignored by stating the compaint has been attended and is rectified. But the issue still existed and during my last 3 rd service i started making noise and escalating to their senior team. Then they agreed to have a look and get bakc to me on this and also when the bike speed moves beyond 60 kms speed there are vibrations in bike which they have agreed to look and get back. After checking they came back that the clutch plates are worne out and to be replaced at extra cost of rs, 1600 whcih is not covered under warranty. But the question is from the day one the bike is serviced by bajaj and has been highlighted from the first service and even now the bike has not even crossed 4500 kms they are claiming the damage in the clutch plates whcih is unbelivable and shocking. They have been charging rs.1500 for each free service in the name of these services and if these services were carried out in a proper manner then this should be manufacturing defect whcih they are not ready to accept and have been esacalating with their team since 24/12 but there is not even a single response from the team.
