[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — Defective vehicle - pulsar 220f | |||||
I bought new bike from bajaj dealer: Shiva Bajaj, Aligarh and they sold me a defective bike. The pulsar 220F which I purchased started making noise. When I visited service center in Ghaziabad: Shiva Bajaj, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, they keep on calling me for visit every other day but they are not fixing the issue. Bajaj have cheated me, after 2 months now still neither problem is fixed nor they are replacing the vehicle. I have also given complaint to Bajaj on their customer service number but they are also not doing anything from last 1 month, they are just passing the time. Was this information helpful? | |||||

See...this is what bajaj service is. I gave you number on 24th April and since then no one have called me. Anyways...I visited showroom again and they have provided me a temporary fix, when I came back home from service center again my vehicle have started making noise.
Will Bajaj Auto be able to fix it, I do not see anyone interested. The interest was to sell the bike and now no one is bothered to check it.
