Bajaj Auto — Delay in new vehicle registration | |||
Sir/Madam, I had purchased the Bajaj Platina 100ES through M/S ARASU AUTOS on 21st October-2015, almost three month completed till now they have not completed the vehicle registration process. I had called them many time even spoke to their manager as well but still no response from them. similarly there is no call from the dealer for service remainder this is really surprise for me. Just for your info last two years through me three vehicle were booked from the same dealership. now a days M/S ARASU AUTOS response is very very poor this is not only my complaint even few of my neighbors/Friends also saying the same. if there is no immediate action I shall go for legal action against this agency which will affect Bajaj autos name as well. I am really tired and disappointed on this matter in future Shall not recommend to anyone further.hope you will take necessary action against this complaint.
