[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — disgusting service from bajaj dealer | |||
Hi, My name is zeeshan and i have purchased a motorcycle bajaj pulsar 150 classic from osl bajaj (Ajc bose road, kolkata) on 30/11/2018 and it was a cash purchase. I got my motorcycle number plate affixed after 2 months of purchase by calling several times to the dealer. Secondly there is a mistake in the insurance paper which needs to be corrected but after calling numerous times to the dealer there is no response and till now the mistake is not being resolved and i haven't got my smart card yet. I just want to ask osl bajaj that they have given me the bike for free??? Then why i have to call hundred times to the dealer for getting the things done as it is there responsibility to get there work done within time so the customer dont get frustrated. I literally got harassed by there services and i hope this complaint of mine can make an imapact to the dealer. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
