Bajaj Auto — Dominar 400 ug(2019)

I had been facing an issues with my bike. I thought that service centers are meant for repair and services for their compamy's product. But i was wrong i guess. I been taking rounds of the bajaj service center in okhla. The problem started about 5 months ago wherein the instrument cluster started showing a message stating ECU CAN COMMUNICATION FAILURE. I went to the service station n thought they would just diagnose the problem and i would not face the issue again on my bike which has not even completed 3 years of age and is a flagship/Most expensive product of BAJAJ AUTO. But the service center in okhla was not the place to visit i guess. The mechanics there and the guy who appoints worker with the job card said they dont have the proper tool to diagnose the issue. So i went again about 1 month later for the service. I thought by then they must the tool to diagnose the problem but i was wrong. I went there, the guy connected the diagnose tool with bike's ECU, he filled the info's and started the tool, and the tool ended up showing the message as ECU MALFUNCTION abd i saw it. But the guy was trying to play smart by telling me that the tool is not working and i should visit someother service center. But i didnot which was i should have done much earlier. So after that about like 1 month ago my bike faced an issue of not even get started. Yes, the bike is not starting now. So i had to tow it to the service center in okhla and the guy there had the same rebuttal for me of having no tools at every time i visit there... So i had to leave the bike there at the service center for only 1 night which i was not even planning to because i had no trust on the staff working there. And the guy who appoints mechanics with the job card insisted me to leave the bike there. So i left the bike there just for 1 day and after that when i took my bike back, there was something which i was scared of. There was some parts lose which should not happen if i am leaving the bike in an authorised service center. But i have a strong feeling that they must have replaced some parts of my bike because the cover was lose, a lot of changes was there. But the bike is dead now so i cant fight there with the staff. So i towed the bike to my house. And tomorrow i will be taking to another service center where i have some hopes. And if i go through any difficulties on my bike and i get confirmed that some parts are replaced, i will surely go to the corporate office of bajaj auto in delhi and let them know the issue, otherwise i would just have to go to the court i guess.

I still have not received any updates for my query... I took the bike again this week to the service center in kirti nagar bajaj service center but still no scope of help from them till next week Tuesday because this week is full with holidays and the GM of that service center asked me to take the bike for repair on Tuesday next week. The first thing that will be done is the updation of the KM which was a mistake from the NDM bajaj in Chandigarh. The issue of wrong update of kilometres for the last service was updated there. So the service center of kirti nagar said they will put the request of wrong updation on next Tuesday and the process will take about 24 hours. Then after updation they will start working on my dominar. I hope they stay on their words because it is seriously lowering the goodwill of bajaj as a brand in my eyes as being the owner of the most expensive bike of bajaj.
