I would like to file a compliant against Bajaj authorized service center in Tiruvannamalai (Sayar Motors) on collecting extra money than original invoice.
I have approached for my PULSAR 135LS get serviced on 20Jun 2022. The job sheet number RJC[protected] and it got delivered on 25Jun2022 for which the total amount I paid Rs.5533 via Gpay thru an invoice given at that time.
Once after I reached home and verified in Bajaj care mobile application where I found the total invoiced for Rs.4923
They have collected more Rs610 from me by showing invalid invoice. When I asked for bill they said the given invoice is final and no more document to be shared.
But why the duplicate invoice is uploaded with less value on Bajaj portal?
From the portal invoice, I can see Bajaj has given some discounts which are not mentioned in my given Invoice.
The service center is completely hiding the discount details given by Bajaj to customer amd collecting more amount which is literally illegal.
I can share the data of both original(from Bajaj portal) invoice and given invoice (from service center) to me.
