Bajaj Auto — fed up of the dealership's nonsense everyday! want to return the bike. | |||
I live in pune and had pre booked bajaj avenger 220 abs in feb of 2019 from the bajaj dealership located in warje and was told that the bike wasn't available and that it will take time to get back in stock. After months, i visit the showroom again in june and they suddenly say why did i wait until now and why didn't i visit earlier as if i was dumb that i regularly visited the showroom. Then they say i have to pay the full amount and then only the bike will we dispatched. I paid the full amount and they gave a date on which the bike was to be handed over to me. On the given time day i contacted them and they completely forgot my order and say why didn't you contact us earlier. What kind of # is this? Now after days of complaining them i finally get the bike after 1 month of payment in july and after that they say i'll get the number within 15 days. And until now at the end of september they are still working on my registration process. What kind of rto process is this? I'm seriously fed up with their service and want to return the bike.
