[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — found a defective part in my new vehicle. | |||
Hi there, Im s. Kannan. A recent customer of bajaj located in kasturba road. I bought a new bike pulsar 200 ns (White). On dated 13th of november month. There was a defect in disk plate which was bent (Front), i noticed after a week from the day i got my new bike. I took my bike to main brach in kasturba road from where i bought my new bike. I told them the issue what was wrong with which i wasn't satisfied. They replied saying you can come anytime to have a check on the vehicle, and since then i took my vehicle to have a check on 1st of this month at 9:30 am, and they asked me to come at evening to collect my vehicle so that they can service my vehicle and plus to have a look at the disk plate which was bent. I went at 5:30 on the same day to collect my vehicle back, i had a expectation that the bajaj would sort the problem out, but the problem was the same of which the service team replied me saying there isn't any problem you can take your vehicle back and leave. Which hit my heart for a minute. I replied to the service team saying *i already had a check with an expert who said it is bent, who was local service station. But i didn't wanted the local service team to handle my vehicle from which my warranty would effect*. I asked the bajaj to look into it again and they replied saying there is nothing you can leave for the day in a rude manner. And coming to service my left side handle is shaking and the switch box on the lift works and sometimes doest work, it goes off and on every now and then since after the bajaj serviced my vehicle. Than sorting out my problem the people there were very rude to me. And the manager called as harish was so arrogantly behaving with me. The service was horrible and pathetic. I would please you to look into this problem.
