[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — fraud done to me

Behind police chowki, govandi mumbai-43.
I paid 32000rs in cash with my old bike exchanging cost 8000rs
After that bike costing was 68000rs
Hence above the amount mention paid is 40000rs
He then loan the loan the amount of 40000rs which the remaining amount was 28000rs he fraud me with the loan amount
Please look into the matter
We have complaint the matter to police and consumer forum
